Here is a novelty. A leftist group sets off a bomb in Greece because they are opposed to unbridled immigration and the destruction of Greek culture. This is a first in my experience. Of course, given that National Socialism and the term ‘Front’ often refer to Nazi affiliated groups it is less of a surprise. NAZI of course, was a German Acronym for ‘National Socialist Workers Party’ a left wing group if ever there was one.

Militant group Revolutionary National Socialist Front claimed on March 30 responsibility for the March 28 bomb attack in central Athens, Xinhua reported. A 15-year-old Afghan boy died and his 10-year-old sister was seriously injured. The organization is opposed to immigration, saying that the Greek government does not have a migration policy and the group said there is the risk of foreigners being dominant in the country. Police have yet to identify the claims of responsibility, including that of Guerrilla Group Lambros Fountas, which claimed responsibility through a telephone call to a Greek newspaper.

Well, as it was ‘National Socialists’, better known as Nazi’s it sort of makes sense.
Why was I taught in school that the National Socialist Workers Party of Germany was right wing? The Nazis believed in huge government, a controlled economy, zero human rights, and state-sponsored murder. Hitler was personally sickened by Christianity and Democracy. How is that like Winston Churchill, Ronald Reagan, Margaret Thatcher, Sarah Palin, Glenn Beck, David Horowitz, Milton Friedman, Ayn Rand…you get the idea. Talk about hiding in plain sight!

In 1985, I participated in a gigantic event called the ‘World Festival of Youth and Students’, in Moskva, USSR. While there, some very nice KGB agents explained to me the difference between the Western and Russian world views. While the West saw it as a fight between Communism and Capitalism, the Soviets saw it as Democracy vs Fascism, with them being the democrats and Hitler ‘n us being the fascists. It’s interesting that our intellectuals and academics have managed to create a truth in which Adolf Hitler and Benjamin Franklin are pretty much the same thing…but I’m sure the Soviets didn’t mind.

To you it looks strange that Greek leftists are so much anti-muzzie. I am a Christian Albanian and I understand this so easily. A 1000 years of Turkish Muzzie occupation starting in Trebizond and ending in Epirus, you get a better idea. Turkish genocide against Christians, Pontus Genocide, population “exchange”, the fact that Turks acquired 100% of their territory from Greeks, they still occupy Constantinople, Smirne, Bursa, Cyprus to begin with.

It surprises me because leftists in Europe tend to be allied with Muslims to overthrow what they imagine to be ‘capitalist right wing blah blah blah’ etc. Groups like ‘Antifa’, or, ‘Antifascist action’ which are very left wing groups work with Muslims in the UK against anyone who would try and preserve British heritiage culture, laws and even history itself.
However, when I first posted it I neglected to notice that it was ‘National Socialists’. However even so, Nazi groups in North America and much of Europe are also allied with Muslims in their common hatred of Jewish people. You can see many videos of that here on this blog. Marches with leftists, Neo Nazis, which as I point out, are also leftists as the name NAZI makes clear, so it is interesting thats all.
Typically, I expect classical liberals like myself to fight Islam and it’s irrational hate fulled collectivism and utter destruction of individual rights and frankly anything worthwhile.
To add grist to your mill, revisionist history claims that Muslims brought the enlightenment to Europe and preserved the ancient Greek knowledge. Well, thats a sort of half truth. The Muslims when they laid siege to, and ultimately took Constantinople, forced many of the men there to flee to Italy, and they brought the knowledge that they themselves and their ancestors had created to the Western Church thereby starting the enlightenment indeed.
Crediting Islam for that is a bit of a stretch however.
The Greek government better give into their demands immediately!
