Biden: Al Queda changing tactics

February 11, 2010
U.S. Vice President Joe Biden said al Qaeda was moving toward smaller but “devastatingly frightening” attacks, adding that the chance of another 9/11-style mass assault is unlikely, Reuters reported Feb. 11. Biden also said the situation in Pakistan worried him more than that of Iraq, Iran and Afghanistan, stating that it is a big country with nuclear weapons and a significant minority of radicalized population. He added that Pakistan does not have a completely functional democracy, making it his greatest concern. Biden said the concern relates to someone just strapping a backpack on them with weapons and blowing up.?
