1. The obligatory Oct. 7th post.
Many people I like, appreciate and admire have written pot boiler posts in remembrance of the mass slaughter, torture, rape and worse of party-goers on various Kibbutzim in Israel 3 years ago on this date. Our view of these sorts of things is different. We believe, and have said so before, that mourning the dead is a privilege earned by the victor in a war. In our case, we haven’t even begun to fight back yet. Every time we see a stack of plushies and flowers after a Migrant rapes and kills a young girl in Europe, well frankly we find it a little emetic in nature. Go find the people who did it, get justice for the victim and family, change policy one way or another towards the group waging war against you, and once your borders are sealed and justice has been done and real and true deterrent has been put in place against future acts like that, then hold all the ceremonies you want.
Imagine if the Nuremberg Trials happened, say in Toronto while the Nazis were still in full control across Europe and Africa and no alliance had been formed and no one was actually fighting back against the Nazis. Then it would be exactly what we have today. A hollow exercise in sanctimony. Something to give the enemy to attack and laugh at. Meanwhile we will pile up a nice calendar full of dates to commemorate our dead as attacks continue against us unopposed. 9/11. 10/7. 7/7 in London and frankly many many more that most of us can’t be arsed to remember. Pretty soon it will be a crime to even hold events on these days. After all, Muslim groups in the US have an active campaign to claim that Muslims are the victims of 9/11.
I believe Orwell predicted something very much like that in the essay on NewSpeak at the end of 1984.

The article is well worth reading. it actually names the actors who were CLEARLY prepared in ADVANCE of the Oct. 7th attacks for the real attack, which was the mass protests worldwide after the kinetic one which would be so brutal it would get the kind of Israeli response they needed for propaganda purposes.
Stephen Coughlin of course explained that entire mechanism over 2 years ago in an interview we did with him on that and other subjects.
I’m not going to post examples of the commemorative articles I am being critical of here. as I say, I like, admire and appreciate the authors and their efforts. But the friendliest of people disagree. And in our opinion, the road to failure is to act like we won when we haven’t even started to fight.

Sooke brewery meets with Indigenous leaders after ‘Show Me the Evidence’ controversy
A Vancouver Island brewery says it has met with local Indigenous leaders as it works toward reopening following a controversy that began when one of its co-owners wore a “Show Me the Evidence” shirt on the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation.
Sooke Brewing Company says the individual involved is no longer working at, representing or involved in the operation of the business.
“We remain deeply sorry for the hurt caused by what happened on Sept. 30,” the brewery said in a statement to CTV News.
The company did not provide details about who took part in the meetings with Indigenous leadership, saying the conversations are being kept private out of respect for those involved.
“We are grateful for the opportunity to listen,” the statement said.
The brewery said its remaining owners are working through the “appropriate process” to determine what comes next.

Note the terms: “Hurtful shirt”. Asking for the evidence of a claim that netted millions of dollars from tax payers to obscure Amer-Indian bands is now “far right wing”. Keeping the negotiations private for respect, likely a cover for the extortion racket political correctness hides. In any case, the CTV clip is a stunning display of communist messaging.
