A few clips from Muslims and leftists celebrating the Oct. 7 attacks in Israel from 2023

1. Montreal last night

2. This National Post reporter notices that the leftist-Muslims who led this parade in Montreal last night would block her view of it while allowing the CBC unobstructed access.

Maybe she should take a page from the CBC playbook and go in disguise. I have now been to many events where CBC crews have been there but without any insignias, clothing or ID that would identify them as CBC staff. If you ask them directly, as you can sometimes identify them by the type of equipment they carry, they might tell you, or simply refuse. So far, as far as I know anyway, CBC doesn’t lie and claim to be with someone else. As far as I know anyway.

3. See the thing is, if they shouted what Intifada means in English, it would be most certainly a crime in Canada. I don’t even mean a BS ‘hate-speech’ crime, (such laws should never exist in even an approximate republic like Canada used to be) it would be an actual crime of conspiracy to commit numerous crimes. Grok suggests:

Under section 59, “seditious words” are words that express a seditious intention. Section 59(4) creates a presumption of seditious intention where someone teaches or advocates the use, without the authority of law, of force as a means of accomplishing a governmental change in Canada. Section 61 makes speaking seditious words an indictable offence punishable by up to 14 years’ imprisonment. If two or more people agree to carry out that intention, that can be a seditious conspiracy under the same provisions.

A street march that explicitly calls for the violent or murderous overthrow of the Canadian state (federal or provincial) is the kind of advocacy the presumption in section 59(4) is aimed at. Peaceful criticism is carved out: section 60 says a person is not deemed to have a seditious intention merely because they, in good faith, point out errors in government or the constitution, or seek change by lawful means.

Other provisions can also apply, depending on the exact words and conduct:

Treason (section 46(2)): using force or violence for the purpose of overthrowing the government of Canada or a province, conspiring to do so, or forming that intention and manifesting it by an overt act. Maximum penalty is life imprisonment. Mere speech is more often charged as sedition; actual force, conspiracy, or a manifested intention to use force moves toward treason.
Counselling an offence that is not committed (section 464): if the calls amount to actively encouraging others to commit specific crimes such as murder. The Supreme Court has required active promotion or encouragement, not mere abstract approval.
Terrorism-related offences (Part II.1), including counselling the commission of a terrorism offence, if the advocated violence meets the definition of terrorist activity.
Unlawful assembly or riot (sections 63–66) if three or more people assemble in a way that reasonably causes neighbours to fear a tumultuous disturbance of the peace, separate from the content of the slogans.
These offences sit alongside Charter section 2 protections for expression and peaceful assembly. Courts treat the line as turning on advocacy of unlawful force to change government, not on harsh criticism of the government itself. Sedition prosecutions have been rare in modern Canada, but the sections remain in force. Whether any particular march crossed the line would depend on the precise statements, context, and evidence of intent.

I get that they would argue that “Intifada” means the overthrowing of Israel and its annihilation to be replaced with another Muslim state. But in truth it means both Canada, the US, western states and Israel. There is a reason leftists march with the Muslims. And it isn’t because they care deeply about Palestinian rights. The leftists chant along with them and add slogans of their own using terms like “Colonialists” etc. Meaning they lump European Settlers, another term they use actually, in with Jews who live in Israel.

4. The leftist_Islamic protestors frequently target the Indigo Bookstores as its owned by Jewish people who believe in the right of Jewish people to live in Israel.
