First, you invent a problem out of whole cloth. Let’s say, well there are so many to choose from, but for the moment, the natural digestive system of cattle is an existential threat to planet earth. Then, you force a solution based on the severity of the imagined problem that will in fact have very destructive consequences.
Then you must know that the very destructive consequences to the forced solution to the imaginary problem, was in fact what was desired by the architects of this anti-reason, anti-civilizational revolution in the first place.

OTTAWA — A chill is roiling Ottawa’s bureaucracy after the woman who crafted Canada’s policy to defend the North with American allies was fired, she alleges, after criticizing the government’s anti-American rhetoric — and shortly after Mark Carney’s government declared Beijing a strategic partner, The Bureau has been informed.
Raquel Garbers spent 28 years in Canada’s public service and helped write the country’s current defence policy. On October 15, 2025, she published an opinion piece warning that Ottawa’s growing anti-American rhetoric was splitting the Western alliance and handing a gift to the country’s real adversaries, Beijing and Moscow. Two days later, according to the statement of claim in her wrongful-dismissal suit, Canada’s foreign minister stood in Beijing and signaled a shift toward a “strategic partnership” with China — a sharp reversal of Ottawa’s own recent posture toward Beijing. Weeks after that, she was fired.
Garbers, 57, filed her claim this month in the Ontario Superior Court of Justice in Ottawa, seeking about $2 million from the federal government. She is not a junior official, and her stature, and questions about whether Mark Carney’s government is trying to enforce a silence over the public service as Ottawa pivots closer to Beijing, are topics of conversation in Ottawa, Garbers’s legal team told The Bureau today.
Anyone who has followed the Helen Grus case would find this story to be situ-normal. This is how the state works now. We are a dialectically driven country. Not based on Truth, reason, the rule of law or the interests of the people who built this country or inherited it from the builders. The Helen Grus case, which is a years-long and seemingly inconsequential hearing of a single police officer who actually did the obviously right thing by checking to see if a sudden increase in dead infants had anything to do with the state mandated roll-out of experimental mRNA injections, which it turns out, the same state that mandated them already knew they didn’t work and probably were dangerous. But what makes the Helen Grus hearings, which had yet another session today so interesting, was that as a consequence of her actions, the police adopted a new, never before contemplated policy, where police have to AK PERMISSION to investigate a crime if the results might have political consequences. Specifically consequences to making state policy look bad, or politicians look bad that implemented those policies.
I think we can find a word for a state that operates like that without a lot of effort.

One wonders if it isn’t a crime for British citizens NOT to rise up and deal with this properly. I believe some states in the US have good Samaritan laws. To rise up nationally and really mean it should probably be understood to be a kind of natural-law national ‘Good Samaritan action.

As it happens, I ran into someone that owns a significant business. One most or all of you have heard of. He told me that he had decided to move all his businesses and holdings to the US from Canada. One of his observations was that a luxury grocery store in the state he moved to, was cheaper for everything than Food Basics, the discount grocer here in Ontario.
Don’t let anyone tell you there isn’t a firehose of money and talent leaving Canada for anywhere else. There is. And it is because Canada is so obviously becoming a nation where the state creates only one product well, and that is scarcity. Even where people cannot see the machinery behind the effects which make it communist in philosophy, increasingly the practical facts of existence in Canada is making people know it is time to leave whether they call the reasons, communism or not.
