This was part of Jeff Evely’s Outstanding De-trans event on May 5th.
One of the speakers was Constitutional Lawyer, Chris Fleury who is in litigation against the State in Canada to stop men from being admitted to Women’s prisons.
This story is convoluted. But needs to be understood as it is a perfectly fitted puzzle piece of the new dialectically operated Canada, as opposed to one that operated on the basis of actual empirical reality.
In other words, if a man claims he identifies as a women, somehow that qualifies him to be put into a woman’s correctional facility. Interestingly, as far as we know, no women who identifies as a man has chosen to be put into a men’s prison. Which tells you a lot already.
In any case, that is the dialectic. The destruction of our reality down to the roots. It is the twisting of concepts, backed up by social pressures such as critical theory and being cancelled for defending reality, that makes it a dialectical system as opposed to a reality based one. You know. Where men are men and women are women.

After all the invited speakers had their opportunity to present on their aspect of the issue, there was a panel discussion with all the speakers and a Q&A.
RAIR Foundation managed to get a question in which spoke more to Chris’s expertise than the rest.
