1. It appears that Alex Berenson is catching up to Vlad Tepes Blog. On the high importance of reading 1984 and understanding it in today’s context:

You’ve read 1984.

Even if you haven’t, you think you have. Everyone knows its most famous slogans, testimony to the power of propaganda to warp minds. Big Brother Is Watching. Two Plus Two Equals Five. Freedom Is Slavery. War is Peace.

So why take the time to read George Orwell’s novel (again)? After all, on the most basic level, 1984’s predictions were wrong. Published in 1949, as the Cold War began, the book forecasts a nuclear war that destroys democracies, ends economic progress, and melts the world into three all-powerful states.

We avoided that particular future, thankfully. The missiles stayed siloed. The West did not fall into the trap of communism or fascism. And in 1990, 41 years after Orwell’s masterwork, the Soviet Union collapsed, largely without bloodshed.

Yet this weekend I reopened 1984 for the first time in many years — and found it more relevant than it has been at least since the fall of the Soviet Union. 1984 was the most important novel of the 20th century. It is shaping up to be the most important of this century too.

2. The faux Disney video below is the best thing I have seen of its kind so far. A truly excellent bit of prophetic anti-Islamic propaganda that we so desperately need. The good things are that it’s clever, watchable, done well enough that Disney will most certainly force its removal ASAP. (Then of course we will find an embed somewhere else for it.) It really is excellent and entertaining enough that is will get millions of views. Over 500K now and who knows if this is the originator of it. So maybe lots more already.

HOWEVER: There is a major bad side to it, which struck me as so problematic I wondered if it was a form of controlled opposition.

At around 60% they claim it’s too late, and 10 years ago was the line we couldn’t cross and we crossed it. So the video inserts subtext, ‘there is nothing we can do now.’

This, if deliberate, is brilliant spell craft, or political warfare as it’s known today.

This becomes predictive programming as well as exonerates people from any belief that they have to actually do anything, because ‘there is nothing we can do’.

The fact is, Wars are not won or lost. They are settled for a while. What is true, is the longer one delays dealing with a problem, the more costly the solution. This is pretty much axiomatic.

The cost of dealing with islam in the USA even now, might be the temporary loss of constitutional freedoms. It will definitely mean a lot of deaths. Most likely Muslims killing non-muslims who are trying to deport or otherwise block them from setting up Islamic institutions, but these kinds of counter-revolutions can get messy. Had we started dealing with this issue 20 years ago, stopping Muslim immigration, teaching Islam in schools as it really is, and a few other 100% non-kinetic fixes would have fixed the problem without so much as a nosebleed. Now, it will take a lot more effort. Perhaps taking down the Mullah regime in Iran might block a LOT of the funding that is assisting the growth of Islam around the West. In the US though, most of the funding, I am reliably informed, is domestic. Still, it will help. Qatar maybe should be stopped. But the point is made. If you say there is nothing we can do, people feel OK about doing nothing. Then we really have lost.

I think one way to really improve the situation for the majority of reality centric people would be to make Alberta, Saskatchewan, and maybe one or two other provinces the 51st, 2nd and possibly 3rd US state, and then make California the 11th province of Canada. Well the 7th since maybe 3 of them would be gone.

Attorney Erin Friday says California Child Protective Services can threaten parents who refuse to use their child’s preferred pronouns.

She told me she feared calling the police when her 13 year old daughter ran away because she worried CPS would take her child.

“My daughter, who was 13 years old, just starting high school, was secretly socially transitioned at school.”

“The school started to call my daughter by a male name, use male pronouns.”

“When I called the school and told them to stop, that next week Child Protective Services was at my door.”

“The next day, the police.”

“That was an immediate alert to me that the school wants to parent my child.”

“If I didn’t follow and call my daughter a boy, Child Protective Services may come and take my child away.”

“Parents in Southern California had lost custody of their children because they wouldn’t transition their daughter.”

“I already had a black mark, and a few months later my daughter ran away.”

“The normal thing for a parent to do is to ask law enforcement to help find your child… but I couldn’t make that phone call.”

“Because Child Protective Services can swoop in anytime and take my child.”

“It’s coercion at its highest level.”

“You don’t get to parent your child.”

“This is America. This is insane.”

And California doesn’t even have Bill C-4 like Canada does, that actually criminalizes the parents if they try and talk their children out of being spayed or neutered till they are old enough to get a tattoo.
