There is a tactic that communist, anarchist protestors such as ANTIFA use in order to make whatever the issue de jure is, or more accurately, whatever their pretence of the day is, into our collective problem. This tactic is called, “Sleeping Dragon”. And they use it to stop traffic or make it very difficult for police to remove them from whatever crime scene they create.
The way it works is they create a sort of Gordian knot. They get or make devices known as Lock-ons, or pipe-locks, although I have a dim recollection of them being referred to as ‘dragon-sleeves’ by STRATFOR which would make sense given the name of the tactic.
The idea is that each protestor puts one of his or occasionally her arms into a PVC or metal pipe and inside there is a lock of sorts that makes it very difficult to get the arm out of the pipe. This slows down police considerably and creates the desired level of anger and frustration for all the rest of us trying to get to work, or home or a hospital or wherever we may want to go other than stuck at an intersection while college kids get extra credit for pretending they care about something when really they are trying to bring the temple down.
For those not familiar with the term, “Gordian knot” it refers to an Ancient Greek story:
In the city of Gordium (in Phrygia, modern-day Turkey), there was an ox-cart tied to a post with a massively intricate knot — so tangled that no one could see how it was tied.
An oracle had declared that whoever could untie the Gordian Knot would become the ruler of all Asia.
When Alexander the Great reached Gordium around 333 B.C., he was shown the famous knot. After struggling with it for a while, he realized there was no point trying to loosen it the normal way — so he drew his sword and sliced straight through it, cutting the knot in half.
This solution was known as the ‘force majeure’. When faced with a difficult problem sometimes the only solution is to apply a superior force to it till the problem goes away.

well i can say is if you play in traffic youre gonna get hurt..the car had right of way..they passed laws in the united states that actually holds the driver unaccountable for hitting a person protesting blocking and impeding traffic on a public street because they are using the street in a manner its not designed for..
the driver cant be sued or sent dr bills because the protestor is at fault..id like to see drivers sue the group as a whole for damages to their vehicle and force this group to pay for damages and all court costs..
Back in the days of rule of law, there were laws in Canada that impeding someone’s right of way was a crime.
Now defacto, objecting to someone impeding your right of way is the crime.
