Each day at just after midnight Eastern, a post like this one is created for contributors and readers of this site to upload news links and video links on the issues that concern this site. Most notably, Islam and its effects on Classical Civilization, and various forms of leftism from Soviet era communism, to postmodernism and all the flavours of galloping statism and totalitarianism such as Nazism and Fascism which are increasingly snuffing out the classical liberalism which created our near, miraculous civilization the West has been building since the time of Socrates.

This document was written around the time this site was created, for those who wish to understand what this site is about. And while our understanding of the world and events has grown since then, the basic ideas remain sound and true to the purpose.

So please post all links, thoughts and ideas that you feel will benefit the readers of this site to the comments under this post each day. And thank you all for your contributions.

  3. Turkish man arrested in the Netherlands over plot to assassinate Pope Francis in Italy

    A 45-year-old man from Turkey was arrested in the Netherlands for allegedly being part of a plan to kill Pope Francis over a year ago in Trieste, Italy, authorities in that country told newspaper Il Piccolo and press agency ANSA. The suspect was arrested on April 23 at Schiphol Airport, according to the Amsterdam district office of the Public Prosecution Service (OM). He is alleged to be linked to a Turkish branch of Islamic State known as ISIS Khorasan.
    The suspect, who has been identified as Hasan Uzun, was taken into custody on the basis of a European Arrest Warrant issued by authorities in Italy. Amsterdam District Court records show the arrest warrant accused Uzun of “illegal trade in weapons, ammunition and explosives.” The court ruling on his extradition in June stated that “these facts are punishable by a maximum term of imprisonment of at least three years under Italian law.” He was transferred to Italy on June 27.

    Oost Brabant police took credit for instigating the investigation after detectives working last September “spotted a fast Audi RS6 that was reported stolen,” investigators wrote in a statement. “In the subsequent investigation, they tracked down the male suspects arrested in Austria, who appeared to have shifted their operations to that Alpine country.”
    An Audi RS6 was seized during one of the 10 raids that took place in the three countries on August 19. Searches of the suspects’ homes and other properties revealed imitation firearms, ammunition, mobile phones, cash, electronic devices, and vehicles linked to the group.

    Europol reported that the group rigged machines with solid explosives made from flash powder derived from heavy pyrotechnics. “Activated from a short distance, the blasts often not only destroy the ATMs but also devastate the surrounding area.” Europol wrote in a statement.

    Two men attempted to attack a suspect during a hearing at the court in Utrecht on Thursday. Officers were able to restrain the two men before they got to Mohamed B., who is accused of destroying 117 graves at the Daelwijck cemetery in Overvecht, Utrecht. The two men were removed from the court after the incident.
    B. allegedly kicked and smashed the graves with a hammer in May of last year. The Public Prosecution Service (OM) has recommended that the 22-year-old from Vleuten be given a five-year prison sentence. “The destruction saddened hundreds of people,” the prosecutor said.
    There was a lack of evidence to charge B. with terrorism-related motives. A few months ago, the OM suspected B. of participating with a terrorist group and preparing severe crimes like explosions. It was reported at the time that B. almost left the country to go to Somalia to join ISIS.
    B. says that he has come to his senses after his radicalization, but according to the Public Prosecution Service, there is every reason to doubt that claim.
    However, the suspect left no signs to make it clear to people that this was a part of an act of terrorism. Despite this, the OM maintained that the way in which the vandal went about his work had the characteristics of jihadist ideology.
    B. mostly targeted standing gravestones and photos of the deceased. He confessed to having vandalized around 20 graves, but the prosecutors do not believe his confession. Parts of the vandalism were filmed by B. with his phone. He shared videos of his acts online in chat groups.

  7. Syrian man arrested in Leiden on terrorist charges over Clubhouse app broadcasts

    A Leiden man being held in police custody was accused of being an Islamic State (IS) supporter based on commentary broadcast on social media app Clubhouse, and his alleged participation in groups praising the terrorist organization. The 28-year-old was arrested on Tuesday, and was remanded to jail during an initial hearing on Thursday, the Public Prosecution Service (OM) announced.
    The suspect “was born in Syria and has been living in the Netherlands for some time,” the OM stated. His arrest followed an investigation into his work as a moderator on Clubhouse. The app is similar to a cross between conference calling and telephone party lines where participants can hop between different channels to listen in and discuss a range of topics.
    The case started after domestic intelligence service AIVD provided information to the national office of the OM. A national police unit took the Leiden resident into custody this week.
    An investigation will be carried out to determine the contents of several devices seized during the arrest. The items include laptops and mobile phones, the OM said.
    The Syrian-born man appeared before an examining magistrate on Thursday. He was ordered to remain in jail for two weeks, the maximum allowed, while the case remains under investigation.
    A three-judge panel at a district court can then review the initial case file during an arraignment hearing, when the suspect can be ordered to stay in pre-trial detention at a prison for up to 90 days. The first public hearing into his case would then be held, at which point the judges can decide whether to extend the detention period.

    • If you consume anything containing wheat flour, you have an even chance of ingesting glyphosphate.
      If you hunt deer etc. in farming areas, you will get a whole variety of chemical sprays.

    Glyphosate exposed piglets were born with congenital malformation of their ears, brains, and legs. One had only a single large eye, another an elephant sized tongue, a third piglet was missing a snout. a female piglet was born with testes.
