A ban on starting a fire under certain circumstances can be justified.

  2. I was in my forest yesterday. It is extremely dry. I worry about fire. This is the dog days of summer.

    If Canadian provincial governments want to be this draconian, why not pull a conspiracy theory out of the closet and seed a few clouds to save some forest?     The governments of Nova Scotia and Newfoundland are malfeasceant and neglectful if they are not now seeding. They should be sending journalists up with pilots to prove it and to show it. More, they should be encouraging more hiking, not less. More eyes in the bush stand a better chance at spotting Antifa arsonists. This commie nanny state mentality is what is killing the country, not hikers in the summer woods.

    • Whatever happened to Mother Nature? So many experts, weather “modification” horse pucky.
      I would like to remind peoplekind that some “experts” say you may have a slight greenish tinge to your skin because of geoengineering, cloud seeding, but not to worry, it will not harm you. It is safe and effective.

      Oh, and your trees will turn brown but that is from road salt that just happens to drift for many, many miles.
