2. Separation talk in Alberta is very serious. Either joining the US or forming its own polity. It appears to be contingent on Carney being declared the PM after the election.

3. It has been our contention that Trudeau was in fact a party boy hedonist and all the actual decisions and policies were set by Mark Carney during Trudeau’s terms. The following video is a solid data point in that direction. Also it points out that Carney had the harshest words for the protestors during the Freedom Convoy. It was to say the least, a tyrannical response to a peaceful protest.

    I beg your pardon???

    They think They Live for a very long time, indeed….

    I mean planning ahead for 75 years?! What kind of a secret organization is that, behind it all, that is so sure IT WILLL EXIST IN 75 YEARS to oversee the implementation of their strategies?

    And look at the wording: “on track” … Who the hell put Canada on that track without asking the population that is actually Canada?

    And the same power annouces that from now on the country will be on that track for 75 years, NO MATTER WHAT.

    The implication is that elections do not matter, the will of voters is not represented AT ALL, and it WILL REMAIN LIKE THAT FOR EVER. The name of the body, Century Initiative, carries that implication in itself, too.

    The arrogance is indescribable… And it amounts to confessing an already complete takeover of Canada (but the story is not only about Canada, it’s apparently about the globe).

    • It’s pretty clear by now that the elites will not tolerate being overturned.
      They’ll tolerate minor changes within their own structure, but that’s about it.
      Similarly, Saddam probably didn’t care what colour the local municipality painted flowerpots.

      As screwed up as the U.S. looks, it’s actually less screwed up than the rest of the West: the localized nature of elections means that while it has been possible to corrupt *some* of them, it hasn’t been possible to corrupt the entire thing on a large scale, which is why DJT won for a third time, after the cheat of 2020.

      Yes, an electoral system from the 1700s, messed up as it is, resurfaced and pushed back.

      French elections are done with a very simple ballot system that’s very hard to stuff. Israeli ones are done in a similar way. That’s why lawfare against candidates seems to be the order of the day in those countries. So far, they haven’t quite succeeded in Israel, unlike in France – not because the court system is any better, but probably because the elite judges are afraid that if they overdo it and get too far out of their lane like in France, a mob will get out of *it’s* lane and fix *them*.

      Which, ultimately, is probably what also stopped them from being too blatant in the U.S. Another design from the1700s.
