Most notably, Islam and its effects on Classical Civilization, and various forms of leftism from Soviet era communism, to postmodernism and all the flavours of galloping statism and totalitarianism such as Nazism and Fascism which are increasingly snuffing out the classical liberalism which created our near, miraculous civilization the West has been building since the time of Socrates.

This document was written around the time this site was created, for those who wish to understand what this site is about. And while our understanding of the world and events has grown since then, the basic ideas remain sound and true to the purpose.

So please post all links, thoughts and ideas that you feel will benefit the readers of this site to the comments under this post each day. And thank you all for your contributions.

      • A different way of naming the revolutions is that the US Revolution was a conservative revolution that was fought to restore right. While the French, Russian and Chinese revolutions were liberal revolutions fought to create new rights.

        Just as the current color revolution in the Western Nations are supposedly discovering new rights for the people, rights that strip all of the old freedoms from the people. While the Counter revolution that is being fought in all Western Nations (some with more success then others) are conservative revolutions fought to restore our God Given Rights.

    • FYI, If/when Alberta leaves Canada and opens negotiations with the US they will not automatically become a State. The US can buy or allow Alberta to join the US as a territory by vote of Congress but becoming a state requires 2/3rds of the existing States to vote to allow them to become a State. There are advantages and disadvantages to being a territory, disadvantage is you can’t vote for the President and don’t have a vote in Congress. You will have members of Congress but they don’t have a vote on any matters. Advantage because you don’t vote on laws you don’t have to pay any Federal Income Tax.

      If/when Alberta and others decide to join the US they don’t be one big State or territory called Canada, they will be several territories and later states probably based on what the current Province looks like. They will have to work and petition Congress to start the process of Statehood which will require the legislature of 2/3rds of the current States (33 States) to vote to allow a new State to join. Once approved as a State the Citizens of the new State would vote for 2 Senators serving a term of 6 years (one of them would serve for less so both would no longer be elected in the same year) and for the number of members of the House of Representatives that you total population allows you to have. This would be a minimum of 1 year.

      The people who are currently working to leave California and create one or more new States will have to get permission from 2/3rds of the current states (33 States) to leave California and create one or more new States.

      • The admission of new states is normally accomplished by an enabling act which only requires a simple majority in both houses of Congress.

    • Things are going to get interesting in the North, I don’t know if Alberta and others are going to leave Canada and become independent Nations or join the US but things will get interesting no matter what happens.

      In case of separation I think that an independent nation that then petitions to join the US is the most likely event, in which case I predict that Alberta and later Saskatchewan can expect anyone who wants to become a US citizen to move there once the negotiations to join the US to start. If/when this looks likely I suggest that people download and print copies of the US Constitution and study them, this will give you a better idea of your rights the most of the young people because the left has stopped most High Schools from teaching Civics.

      • Independence or Territory, Alberta will be better off. It’s a very rich province. I’m looking at land there now.

        • I don’t know how long an independent Alberta would last next to a communist Canada but as you say either would be better off pick yourself a good place with good hunting and fishing.

          I expect a lot of people to decide to move to Alberta and/or Saskatchewan to regain their rights, I expect some people from other Commonwealth members will try to move there to get free from the left.

    The South African Constitutional Court has rejected a lawsuit by civil rights org AfriForum against the song “Kill the Boer” as sung by the Marxist “Economic Freedom Fighters”, saying it has “no reasonable prospects of success.” The Trump administration has cut all aid and military assistance to South Africa over its blatantly racist and discriminatory laws.

    According to the Sunday Times, the Trump administration has cut military assistance and cooperation with the South African National Defence Force (SANDF), expelling its military attache Brigadier Gen. Richard Maponyane. The paper cited a memo dated March 13 from the US State Department to Aaron Harding, the CFO of America’s Defense Security Co-operation Agency (DCSA). Any South African military personnel in the US for training will be sent back to South Africa ASAP, Business Insider reported.

    The Trump administration announced it was suspending US aid to South Africa February 8 over its race-based expropriation law and persecution of ethnic minorities. South Africa’s US Ambassador Ebrahim Rasool was kicked out of the USA after accusing US President Donald Trump of leading a “global white supremacy movement.”

    EFF leader Julius Malema called everyone who complains of a “white genocide” in South Africa “racist” and told them to leave the country before singing the “struggle song” Kill the Boer, Kill the Farmer with a crowd of 60,000 dancing supporters on “Human Rights Day” March 21.

    A 30-year old farmer was tortured to death by 3 men in police uniforms the next day.

    In a post on X March 24, US Secretary of State Marco Rubio criticized the song: “Kill the Boer” is a chant that incites violence. South Africa’s leaders and politicians must take action to protect Afrikaner and other disfavored minorities. The United States is proud to offer those individuals who qualify admission to our nation amid this continued horrible threat of violence,” Rubio wrote.

    Civil rights organisation AfriForum, which is currently lobbying the Trump administration and Congress in Washington, condemned the decision to “legalize calls for the murder of Afrikaners and farmers.” AfriForum was appealing against two previous rulings that legalized the singing of “Kill the Boer” (The Gateway Pundit reported).

    In his book “Kill the Boer: Government Complicity in South Africa’s Brutal Farm Murders“, author Ernst Roets has demonstrated how singing of the song “Kill the Boer” at rallies coincides with spikes in farm murders.

    AfriForum CEO Kallie Kriel said that after the end of Apartheid 1994, the impression was created that the Constitutional Court would protect human rights – including the human rights of Afrikaners. “After this shocking court ruling, we see that this is no longer the case. We are seeing an increasing radical implementation of the Constitution. We see an increase in ideologically driven judges. However, we are not going to become discouraged. We take clear notice of this – we also take notice of the fact that President Cyril Ramaphosa and the government do not want to condemn the statements of ‘Kill the Boer’,” Kriel said.

    AfriForum said it will reinforce local community watch intitatives and instructed its legal team to investigate the various international platforms through which it can continue its legal action. “Having exhausted all local legal remedies, AfriForum will now continue its fight internationally,” AfriForum stated.

    “This internationalization will involve more than just taking legal action. It will also include an intensified effort to draw the attention of international authorities and opinion leaders to the fact that according to South African courts, it is acceptable to encourage the murder of Afrikaners and farmers, while President Cyril Ramaphosa and his government refuse to condemn these calls for violence,” Kriel said.

    The Democratic Alliance (DA) party called the court decision “unacceptable and divisive.”

    “The inflammatory “Kill the Boer” chant has no place in our society, regardless of any legal ruling on its constitutionality. The fact that this song continues to be sung by Julius Malema and other political figures is deeply troubling and unacceptable,” the DA stated, noting the song “incites violence, stokes hatred, and deepens divisions within our society. We should be working towards unity and healing, and songs like this only serve to deepen the rifts that still exist in our country.”

    Writing on Visegrad24, AfriForum spokesman Ernst van Zyl noted that “South Africa’s government is turning race into a weapon, and it’s destroying the nation from within. Jobs, aid, even basic services are all being sacrificed on the altar of racial dogma.”

    “Both President Donald Trump and Elon Musk recently called out the South African government for its threats to private property and its many race-based laws – and rightly so,” Ernst van Zyl wrote. “For decades, the African National Congress (ANC) has steadily imposed an ever-growing set of race-driven policies while openly threatening citizens with expropriation without compensation.”

    Van Zyl accused the ruling ANC of “racially discriminatory policies … dating as far back as the 1990s … carefully packaged in flowery language,” such as the Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment race quotas.

    AfriForum compiled comprehensive reports in 2020 and 2022 detailing the government’s racially discriminatory policies, Van Zyl noted.

    Starting Tuesday, white men in the United Kingdom will face tougher sentencing than ethnic, cultural, or faith minorities, as well as young people under 25, women, and pregnant women.

    They used to call this racism.

    So now, if you are a white man, you can expect more time in prison than a minority person.

    From Tuesday, new judicial guidelines in the United Kingdom will introduce sentencing policies that apply differential treatment based on ethnicity, gender, and age—leading to harsher punishments for white men compared to other groups in society.     A handful of judges are trying to stop Trump from enacting his agenda. This is an indisputable fact.

    Jonathan Turley, a law professor at George Washington University, who is also a liberal, recently talked about this on FOX News and clearly sees this as judicial interference.

    His point is simple. The people of America elected Trump, not a small group of activist judges.

    HEMMER: So the way we frame that question where there’s 650 district court judges across the country and what Barr says, a judge in the same court down the hall could disagree with him. That does not give the original judge the authority to go over the executive power. How do you view that?

    TURLEY: No, I think there’s a legitimate complaint here. It’s like having a car where every passenger is grabbing the emergency brake. It’s pretty hard to drive that car.

    And, you know, what you have here are judges that are imposing national injunctions which the Supreme Court, including liberals like Justice Kagan, have objected to. She said this is madness that you have all of these trial judges who are imposing national injunctions. Congress is looking at legislation to curtail the ability of lower court judges to do precisely that.

    So I think there’s merit to that. I think that the Trump administration is likely to win. I also think the Trump administration is likely to prevail in most of these cases.

    I think that federal judges have overextended themselves. I think they have intruded into areas of Article II or presidential authority.

    • The left has been using activists Judges as unelected super legislators since the 1950s, they have been using them to illegally write laws and institute policies that they can never get through Congress.

      Some of the people who don’t really understand how our Constitution and legal system work object to some of the decisions that SCOTUS has issued over the past 11 years but all of them have been consistent with the Constitution. Yes the current crop of Conservative Judges are leery about taking up political issues unless the issue is of critical importance, this is to be expected by people who understand that yes Congress has the ability to limit the issues that the Courts can rule on.

      All we can do is trust in the Lord.

    This is the same judge that would not give J6 defendants the right to examine evidence to defend themselves in court before trial.

    According to Grok-AI, in March 2023, Boasberg denied defendant Sara Carpenter’s request to delay her trial to review newly released Capitol security footage from Speaker Kevin McCarthy, arguing she failed to show how it would be exculpatory and citing the risk of derailing multiple trials.

    Sara Carpenter entered the US Capitol and shook a tambourine. For this, he gave her 22 months in prison.

    The episode with comedian Francis Foster and political commentator Konstantin Kisin aired Saturday on Rogan’s YouTube page.

    Rogan’s comments come in response to violent Tesla protests and vandalism across the nation and recent astroturf rallies featuring Bernie Sanders and AOC.

    According to data scientist and entrepreneur Tony Seruga, Bernie Sanders and AOC’s claim that 34,000 supporters turned out in Denver, Colorado for their “fighting oligarchy” rally is disproven by cell phone GBP data, which shows only about 20,000 devices in the area. Additionally, “84% of the devices present had attended 9 or more Kamala Harris rallies, antifa/blm, pro-Hamas, pro-Palestinian protests, 31% had attended over 20,” Segura said.

    GPS—Here we go again, there were 20,189 devices. Still a large crowd but not even close to the 30,000 quoted in Denver newspapers nor the 34,000 quoted by Bernie Sanders and AOC.

    Highlighting these findings, Rogan concluded, “it seems like, at least in some of them, for sure, they were paying people.” He continued, “You’re pretending that these people are all coming out to see you, but they’re coming out to see you because you’re giving them money and free food. And, you know, you handed out water bottles, and everybody gets a sign, and everybody seems like they’re kind of a part of a team.”

    “And for a lot of losers, a lot of people that don’t have things going well in their life,” getting paid to go to a protest is a no-brainer, he said. Rogan then noted that the Democrats are radicalizing these people in support of their agenda and giving them instructions on how to participate in violence, comparing it to “organizing gangs.”

    “I thought you guys were peacefully protesting. Like, who’s going to get violent?” he said. “How many pro-Tesla f*cking hooligans are out there beating people up for Tesla? Isn’t it f*cking zero?”

So, they’re giving people money to get on a bus, go to this place, here’s your sign, go have fun. And so you’re doing something different, right? You’re pretending that these people are all coming out to see you, but they’re coming out to see you because you’re giving them money and free food.     Ahead of the pivotal Wisconsin Supreme Court election scheduled for Tuesday, April 1 – with ideological control of the Court hinging on this election – former U.S. Naval Intelligence Officer and Human Events Daily host Jack Posobiec appeared on Steve Bannon’s War Room podcast to discuss this high stakes election in a culture where MAGA is finally winning the information war.

    “The War Room posse, and the MAGA movement writ large, we won the information battle in many ways,” Posobiec said.

    “This Wisconsin Supreme Court seat is not just about one election – it’s about all the court cases that will come up – in 2026; in 2028; it’s about the census; it’s about all the cases where [previously] we would have a good case, and then the Supreme Court strikes it down because they understood, through Soros – starting with the District Attorneys, but then he flipped over to the judges as well – that if you get the judges, you can get any ruling that you want.

    ‘And effectively, what they created through getting the bench: we were going to have a one-party state in this country. They would essentially make it illegal to be an active Republican – until Donald J. Trump got involved and said, ‘We are going to put a stop to it,’” Posobiec said.

    Posobiec was making reference to the many travesties of injustice and abuses of power perpetrated by a partisan judiciary against President Trump’s movement to begin the 2020s.

    Now, in Wisconsin, Ann Bradley, a liberal-leaning jurist who has served on the Wisconsin Supreme Court since 1995, has decided to retire, rather than seek re-election to the state’s high court. Bradley’s seat hangs in the balance, representing the critical swing vote on a 4-3 liberal-leaning Supreme Court bench.

    On Tuesday, April 1, conservative-leaning Waukesha Circuit Court Judge Brad Schimel faces liberal-leaning Dane County Circuit Court Judge Susan Crawford in a statewide election for the vacant Wisconsin Supreme Court seat and ideological control of the high court.

    Also, on April 1, two special elections will be held in Florida for vacant U.S. House of Representatives seats that, if won by Democrats, would narrow the Republican U.S. House majority to 218-217.

    Out of abundance of caution, President Trump has recently withdrawn House Republican Conference Chair Elise Stefanik’s nomination for United Nations Ambassador – a vacancy in her House seat would risk Democrats usurping the seat and taking control of the U.S. House of Representatives.

    “They are coming. They want to destroy the MAGA movement; they want to destroy President Trump; they want to put President Trump in prison,” Steve Bannon said Saturday.

    “In Wisconsin, Democrats are going to spend over $100 million on the Supreme Court race. They know if they flip that [Supreme Court seat], they take two [U.S. House of Representatives] seats, basically – they are going to redistrict,” Bannon said.

    In 2024, President Trump won the state of Wisconsin by less than 1% of the popular vote – fewer than 30,000 votes – his slimmest margin of victory in any state.     Wisconsin Governor, Democrat Tony Evers, is not term-limited, and he would be unlikely to challenge any Wisconsin Supreme Court rulings rendered by a liberal-leaning bench.

    In Washington, D.C., the abusive power of the judiciary has again become glaringly apparent – with D.C. Superior Court Judge “Jeb” Boasberg single-handedly ruling by fiat to halt President Trump’s deportation of millions of illegal migrants.

    As Mike Davis, former Chief Counsel for Nominations to the Senate Judiciary and founder of the Article III Project in support of constitutionalist judges amusingly told Steve Bannon this week on War Room, “Any person named Jeb should be automatically disqualified [from the bench].”

    On Sunday morning, the Republican Party of New Mexico’s headquarters was violently attacked in a coordinated act of political terrorism.

    The building’s entryway was destroyed by a deliberate act of arson, with vandals scrawling the words “ICE = KKK” across the property.

    “On March 30, 2025 at 05:56, Albuquerque Fire Rescue was dispatched with Bernalillo County Fire Rescue to 5160 San Francisco Dr. NE for a reported structure fire,” Albuquerque Fire Department posted on Facebook.

    The post added, “Engine 15 arrived on scene and reported working fire. The fire was brought under control within 5 minutes of their arrival. The structure suffered damage to the front entryway and smoke damage throughout the building. No injuries to civilians or firefighters were reported. AFR Fire Investigators are currently on scene along with teams from the FBI and ATF. This is an active and ongoing investigation. No additional information available at this time.”

    While no injuries were reported, the message from the perpetrators was clear: disagree with the far-Left, and you will be intimidated, silenced, or worse.

    Shouts rang out last Saturday at the Tesla dealership on Tyco Road in Tysons, as they have across the country since late February when fiery #TeslaTakedown protests started targeting Tesla founder Elon Musk for his work in the Department of Government Efficiency, or DOGE.

    “Recall Elon!”

    “People over profits!”

    A man shouted into a bullhorn: “Tell me what democracy looks like.”

    The crowd responded, “This is what democracy looks like.”

    But as the man juggled an anti-Elon sign, his bullhorn and a script with pre-written chants, the Tyco Road protest, its organizers, and its participants revealed a broader story about the #TeslaTakedown events popping up nationwide: the AstroTurf nature of the multimillion-dollar professional protest industry, with the footprints of two behemoth enterprises, a $12.6 million political nonprofit, the Indivisible Project, and the Democratic Party. While local chapters of the Democratic Party have put their names to only a small percentage of the protests, their direct involvement is important because it underscores the partisan motivation behind some of the protests.

    While the local #TeslaTakedown protest may appear spontaneous and community-driven, it is the product of a well-funded, tightly coordinated campaign led by national political organizations like the Indivisible Project, MoveOn.org, and professional protest firms. These groups use digital platforms, pre-scripted chants, pre-printed signs, and nationwide toolkits to manufacture the appearance of grassroots activism, and the messages on Tyco Road mirror the language of protests nationwide. This kind of organizing is known as “AstroTurfing”—a term used to describe top-down efforts that mimic authentic, bottom-up civic engagement.

    Critics say these operations mislead the public, distort the media narrative, and erode trust in genuine democratic movements by masking partisan objectives behind a veneer of local outrage.

        Harvard is immune from financial sanctions. The largest endowment in the world by far – $50 BILLION – it can weather alumni and U.S. govt pull-backs. (Though the Development Office sends us pitiful begging letters, and enemies foreign countries continue to pay off greedy administrators.)

        One form of protest seems to matter a great deal: reducing the value of its BRAND. Convince the most desirable companies to stop hiring recent Harvard grads.

        Every Spring there’s a parade of corporate representatives that do PR. They come to meet and interview students for internships after junior year and positions after they graduate. It’s nice: sherry and snacks in lively get-togethers.

        We can’t get to all the companies, but we got a lot. Last Spring the “hunting season” was greatly reduced, this year even more. It’s not only the poison politics: we provide evidence of the paltry education these schools provide. Show potential employers course content, entry criteria, extracurricular activities, and social media in the public domain. Would you want to inflict this personage on your organization??
