Why would Orthodox Jews invite Muslims to be their closest neighbors? I do not see your logic, because Islam wants to subjugate Christians and Jews under dhimmitude and apply the Jizya (protection tax) and after their usefulness exterminate everyone who does not submit.
I have seen banners outside some Orthodox homes declaring that they have nothing to do with Israel (subtext: please Mohammadans don’t throw bricks through these windows) but that is all.
