Most notably, Islam and its effects on Classical Civilization, and various forms of leftism from Soviet era communism, to postmodernism and all the flavours of galloping statism and totalitarianism such as Nazism and Fascism which are increasingly snuffing out the classical liberalism which created our near, miraculous civilization the West has been building since the time of Socrates.

This document was written around the time this site was created, for those who wish to understand what this site is about. And while our understanding of the world and events has grown since then, the basic ideas remain sound and true to the purpose.

So please post all links, thoughts and ideas that you feel will benefit the readers of this site to the comments under this post each day. And thank you all for your contributions.

  2. I put a couple links about the Druze in the wrong place. Remarkable people, they’re split by the arbitrary border on the Golan Heights. Now the jihadi gov’t of Syria wants them dead. Israeli Druze are among the top fighters of the IDF.

          Alawite leaders in Syria beg Netanyahu: ‘Save us from the regime’

          The letter, which was obtained by i24NEWS, was sent to other Israeli officials, including Foreign Minister Gideon Sa’ar, through contacts in the region and intermediaries between the local population in Syria and Israel.

          This comes after a series of massacres by forces loyal to Ahmad al-Sharaa’s new regime that took place last weekend against the local population. On Sunday, Israel announced that it will not allow the new Syrian regime to harm the Druze population in the country.

          The Alawite minority in Syria was loyal to the regime of former president Bashar al-Assad before he was overthrown by the Syrian rebels, under the leadership of the new Syrian President Ahmad al-Sharaa (Abu Mohammed al-Julani)…

          The leaders stated that “the world is silent about the massacres happening in Syria,” while only the voice of the State of Israel is heard. Furthermore, the Alawite community leaders said, “we reach out to you and will be your most loyal and good friends.”

          “We are a minority like you in the Middle East,” the letter said. “Help us, and if you reach the Syrian coast, which is mostly Alawite, you will be received with songs and flowers.”

          Several demands were presented in the letter, including:

          • The Defense Ministry sends warships towards the coast of Syria.

          • The Israeli Foreign Ministry raises to the international level the crimes committed against the Druze.

          • Israeli media “shed light” on the massacre happening in Syria.

          The letter also called to unite “against the Islamic arrogance led by Turkey, help us to separate from this extremist country.”

          Alawite leaders in Syria appealed to Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu: “Save us from the brutal regime, we will welcome you with songs and flowers…”

  3. InfoWars journalist Jamie White was murdered just before midnight Sunday night in Austin, Texas. InfoWars founder Alex Jones called White a “one-of-a-kind man who poured his devotion into anything he did.”

    Shortly before Midnight on Sunday, Austin police officers responded to a “shoot/stab hotshot” call at an apartment complex in the 2300 block of Douglas Street. Responding officers found a male in the parking lot with “obvious signs of trauma,” KXAN NBC reported. EMS crews transported the man to a local hospital, where he died a short time later from his wounds.

  4. Richard, this one is right up your alley, but everyone should watch. It’s about the developing (or developed) conditions for civil war in Britain and the U.S.. This scholar is very deliberate and meticulous in his observations, which include his observations on Maoist tactics of insurgency, and the destruction of icons that otherwise provide “bridging capital” within a society. It’s fascinating stuff, but discomforting in that he is not at all hyperbolic, but clinical.

      Lessons from the IDF for the British Army

      As Britain’s armed forces now face the prospect of being deployed, perhaps in Eastern Europe, the UK can look to its battle-hardened ally Israel for a crash course in lessons for the modern world.

      The IDF effectively used small drones for reconnaissance and attack, giving even junior infantry units an unprecedented situational advantage. British forces have tested Israeli-made drones.

      The IDF faced a 360-degree threat environment in Gaza, with enemy fighters emerging from tunnels, rooftops, and with drones above. In response, Israeli commanders decentralized control, allowing small-unit leaders to act independently.

      IDF Merkava tanks and Namer armored personnel carriers in Gaza withstood numerous Hamas RPG attacks. However, isolated tanks proved vulnerable to ambushes; better to deploy in pairs with infantry nearby.

      The UK should prioritize equipping its armored fleet with active protection systems similar to those used by the IDF.

      Finally, the Gaza war was fought both on the battlefield and in the media. Hamas effectively exploited images of destruction to shape global opinion, often exaggerating or distorting events.

      The IDF struggled to counter this narrative in real time, facing international criticism despite implementing more civilian protection measures than most modern militaries.

      The UK must proactively manage the narrative by rapidly releasing factual updates, providing evidence for military actions, and deploying information warfare teams to counter disinformation.

      The riots are the start of the civil wars, I am basing my predictions in the US on how the left has acted in the South American wars. The British Civil War is going to be somewhat similar with the Brits rebelling against the illegal aliens that have invaded. The fighting will be similar to the US war but will have skew lines that I haven’t really thought about, here in the US it will be Suburbs and Rural against the leftist held urban areas. Not being familiar with the British rural and suburbs I don’t know how close to the US they are and how much the wars will resemble each other.

      I do know that if they are led by competent people the Brits are capable of driving the invaders and the Brit traitors into the channel. What they have to remember is that in all wars the losers had the assets and man power to win the war but lost the will to fight. The Brits have to maintain the will to fight and they will win and regain their place on the list of free nations.

      • Experienced and astute British generals who now teach at the military academies have watched the urban warfare in Gaza very, very closely. Their observations will be useful when the balloon goes up at home.

        • That they will, the question is which side will the military be on? The Brits or the illegals that the current government protects? This question is why the man is predicting a rural v urban war.

  10. Amid Serious Threats, Israel Is Trying to Shape a New Reality in Syria

    The massacre carried out by the forces of the new Syrian government in the Alawite region of western Syria strengthens Israel’s perception that these emerging threats require early preparedness.

    This is not only due to the jihadist threat posed by those who have seized power, but also because Syria could become a hub of military bases sought by Turkey’s Erdogan.
