3. We hear a LOT about AI benefits and dangers. We also heard of one person who worked on it flipping out because he claimed, it had become conscious. This was dismissed quickly and I think he was sent to the farm team of coders. But this video may be the best analysis at a surface or philosophical level out there so far.

I looked up this court and, although I’m no lawyer, they may very well have jurisdiction: “All charges under the?Criminal Code of Canada,?the?Controlled Drugs and Substances Act,?the?Youth Criminal Justice Act?and most other federal statutes start off in the Ontario Court of Justice. Approximately 95% of these charges are also completed in the Ontario Court of Justice.” Keep in mind that the Canadian Parliament is in Ontario and that Cabinet meetings usually also occur in Ontario.
