1. Bird Flu ‘Fearmongering’ as CDC Finds ‘No Evidence’ of Human-to-Human Transmission

‘No evidence’ of human-to-human transmission of bird flu (H5N1) has been identified, says a new study funded by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and published Tuesday at the New England Journal of Medicine (NEJM).

The study concluded:

In the cases identified to date, A(H5N1) viruses generally caused mild illness, mostly conjunctivitis, of short duration, predominantly in U.S. adults exposed to infected animals; most patients received prompt antiviral treatment. No evidence of human-to-human A(H5N1) transmission was identified. PPE use among occupationally exposed persons was suboptimal, which suggests that additional strategies are needed to reduce exposure risk. (Funded by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.)

“All the case patients who were exposed to infected poultry were involved in depopulation activities,” CDC also reports.

Harvey Risch, M.D., professor emeritus of epidemiology at the Yale School of Public Health and Yale School of Medicine, told Lumen-News the CDC study “shows that the human bird flu cases that have occurred to date are essentially in people with workplace exposures to infected animals.”

2. Famous Atheist Richard Dawkins Leaves Atheist Foundation for Its Support of Transgender ‘Religion’

This is interesting. Probably deserves an essay. But the punch line is that any group that might or might not have been reasonable in its origins, and serve the purpose of greater intellectual truth or personal liberty, have succumbed to, or exposed their gnostic/communist philosophy. And for sure, this fits the definition of religion as religion would be defined by its harshest critics like Richard Dawkins himself. Not as I would define it, but as he would. Nice to see Pinker in there with Dawkins. His book, The Blank Slate is an excellent and insightful read as well. Also an easy one.

Celebrated atheist and evolutionary biologist Richard Dawkins stepped down from the board of the Freedom From Religion Foundation (FFRF) on Saturday after the atheist group made clear its allegiance to transgenderism over biological reality. 

Dawkins resigned after the foundation censored an article from a fellow scientist who pointed out that sex is, in fact, immutable and biological, and rejected the pseudo-spiritual claim that one can choose their “gender,” The Telegraphreported. Dawkins accused the organization of caving to the “hysterical squeals” of cancel culture after FFRF pulled the article and called its publishing of it a “mistake.” Dawkins resigned after two other scientists, Jerry Coyne and Steven Pinker, left the organization over the ordeal. The pair accused the foundation of pushing an ideology with the “dogma, blasphemy, and heretics” of a religion, according to the report. 

[…] Pinker, a US-Canadian psychologist, announced along with his resignation that the FFRF is “no longer a defender of freedom from religion but the imposer of a new religion, complete with dogma, blasphemy, and heretics.”

The trans ideology is a narrative attack on how we view each other sexually as well as a narrative attack on how we are permitted to work with reality itself. Remember the 1984 line: “The Party told you to reject the evidence of your eyes and ears. It was their final, most essential command.” No better example of this can be thought of than the Trans-narrative.

Anyone who has not seen this short video on the origins and purpose of the Trans-narrative or intersectional attack would probably really appreciate seeing it now.

Green Beret Had Gunshot Wound to the Head Before Tesla Cybertruck Detonated in Las Vegas

Las Vegas police said Thursday that a person presumed to be Green Beret Matthew Livelsberger had sustained a gunshot wound to the head prior to the detonation of the Tesla Cybertruck in front of a Trump hotel in Las Vegas, and that one of the handguns inside the vehicle was found at his feet.

Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Sheriff Kevin McMahill said the the information was learned through the coronor’s office, and that it was further complicating identification of the body found inside the Cybertruck, whom authorities believe is Livelsberger, but cannot say with a hundred-percent certainty yet.

Also the guy’s training meant he could have made a truly effective explosive had he wanted to. So as usual, the Babylon Bee seems to be closer to the truth than the MSM.

Personally I have taken no time to look into this yet. But it feels as much like an info warfare attack as any other kind at the moment. Mind you, with nearly every real event, we are all bombarded with fake info about the event to, as Stephen might say, liquify the reality around it. Even where the woman was burned alive on the subway train and a fake picture of the victim as a beautiful young woman was circulated within hours. And the list of agents and agencies who would do these info-warfare attacks are as diverse as the nature of the attacks themselves.

His comments open with a story about children’s concern about a volcanic island sinking in the future, which he attributes to global warming. Of course it is a scientific axiom that water finds its own level. It cannot rise on one part of the ocean and not others. And volcanic islands rise and sink all the time.

[…] Climate change and extreme weather are wreaking havoc on humans and their health, disrupting societies, economies, and development. 

Without immediate action, climate-related increases in disease prevalence, destruction of health infrastructure, and growing societal burdens could overwhelm already over-burdened health systems around the world. 

Mr President and honourable Members of the Court, WHO has been collecting evidence on the health impacts of climate change for over 25 years.

Let me briefly illustrate some of the impacts. 

Disease transmission is already changing. 

Transmission of diseases like malaria, dengue, and cholera could significantly increase as weather becomes more extreme, reducing access to safe water and contributing to the expansion of disease-carrying vectors, such as mosquitoes.

Noncommunicable diseases, including cancers and cardiovascular diseases, are all associated with climate change and air pollution. 

WHO estimates that seven million deaths a year are linked to air pollution. 

Increasingly frequent and severe weather events linked to climate change are causing deaths and injuries, while destroying health infrastructure and overburdening health systems. 

We are seeing record-breaking and often lethal temperatures; the highest record was July this year. Megafires destroying homes; deadly hurricanes affecting island and coastal states; and floods that kill thousands and displace millions.

Lies and half truths. Massively expanding and moving human populations are the explanation for most of what he said that contains any element of truth at all.

[…] Addressing climate change is a matter of equity.

The health impacts of the climate crisis do not fall evenly on all populations. 

Small Island Developing States and other low-lying coastal regions are especially at risk.

These states, known as SIDS, represent 1% of the world’s population and economy and emit less than 1% of greenhouse gas emissions, and yet they are disproportionately and severely affected by climate change, sea level rise, and natural disasters.

[…] In May 2008, the World Health Assembly, the decision-making body of WHO, adopted Resolution 61.19 calling for WHO to take action on the health impact of climate change. 

Since then, and together with the wider health community, WHO has worked to promote health in national and international climate change responses, including in the Paris Agreement on climate change. 

But right now, not enough is being done.  In our report published last month at COP29, WHO is clear about the need for mitigation and adaptation to protect and ensure health. 

Unfortunately, mitigation is not yet on pace to be effective to avoid the most catastrophic impacts related to climate change. 

Last year saw CO2 emissions reach their highest levels to date.

And while adaptation is important, we cannot rely on it, given the unknowns of climatic tipping points.

Fossil fuels also still account for 80% of global primary energy, due in part to massive fossil fuel subsidies by governments, estimated at over 600 billion US dollars per year. 

As we stated in our recent report to COP29, only a rapid and equitable phase out of fossil fuels can protect the health of both people and the planet from the climate crisis.   

[…] This leads us to the necessity for global action.

Honourable Members of the Court, WHO was founded in 1948, as the world emerged from the devastation of the Second World War.

Like the United Nations of which we are part, WHO was born of the recognition that the only way to address shared health threats is with a shared response.  

This was reiterated by the World Health Assembly, which determined, as with other global health challenges, that “solutions to the health impacts of climate change should be seen as a joint responsibility of all States”. 

We cannot wait to address the climate crisis.

That means robust and sustained financing is essential, both in relation to limiting greenhouse gas emissions and in preparing health systems and other adaptation measures. 

They will demand more than financing. We saw the WHO global pandemic treaty. Once sufficiently entrenched, declaring Global Warming a pandemic is all they need to.

The election of President Trump as POTUS 47 may have put a spanner in the works for now though.
