  3. They’re hailing him as defiant because he threw a stick at the drone. They’re saying that gesture of his will only make Hamas stronger. More solo attacks on the Jews and the Infidel are to be expected.

  7. Note how the cash is Israeli Shekels. Somewhat… fitting, in a way.

    (It’s not obvious, because they’re turned to the Arabic side – yes, Israeli currency has Arabic on it – but if you look carefully, you can also see the English “New Shekels”. I think that the English and Arabic are on one side, and the Hebrew on the other, or something like that. I can’t really remember.)

    That being said, I don’t think that the passport was an escape plan: note how the look/age doesn’t match AND how the MRZ is punched out (typically done when a passport is cancelled) AND the expiry was many years ago. So that passport was probably just a random thing left behind, maybe by the original owner of the house and/or some other terrorist affiliated with Sinwar.

    It’s even possible that Zourob has nothing to do with any of this, EXCEPT THAT BEING AN UNRWA TEACHER, I’D CONSIDER HIM SUSPICIOUS JUST ON THAT BASIS.

    • Thanks for pointing all of this out, I had no idea.
      I imagine that organizations like Hamas have stacks of passports and other official documents lying around. Expired or not, they can be useful for creating forgeries.
