A jury deliberated for one day on Tuesday before finding Chol, 38, guilty of the second-degree murder of 36-year-old Vuyo Kashe on July 15, 2022.
No motive was ever revealed for the murder at Chol’s trial, which commenced on Sept. 3 and heard closing arguments on Monday from the Crown and from Chol’s defence lawyers, Joe Addelman and Ariya Sheivari. Chol did not testify in his own defence.
“There was very likely some explanation, but we just don’t know what precipitated this murder,” said Assistant Crown attorney D’Arcy Wilson.

And what they are accused of, is more policy than it is an isolated incident. Even we at Vlad have caught CTV reframing real events to state narratives MUCH worse than this and there was never any blowback at all.

In 2018 we caught Global news, owned by Corus entertainment, but clearly engaging in the exact same kind of narrative enforcement, knowingly lying about a specific incident in exactly the same way the government of New Zealand lied about the Christchurch mosque shooter’s manifesto. Probably the first time we caught Global was their reportage on an incident at an American theatre in 2018 where an inebriated man stood up at a performance of Fidler on the Roof and gave a “Sieg Heil.”.
The video, which we posted on Vlad, showed him explaining to police that he hated Trump and that Trump reminded him of Hitler, and that he gave the salute as his way of showing contempt to Trump. CTV reported it as a trump supporter causing a panic in a theatre. In fact, he did it as intermission started, and everyone was calmly walking to the lobby for a drink. No panic. That is one of dozens that we know of, and we don’t even look for them. The NZ Gov’t misrepresented the Christchurch mosque shooter as a Trump supporter when his manifesto actually said he didn’t like Trump as a policy maker.
Were/are you a supporter of Donald Trump?

NDP MP introduces bill to criminalize residential school denialism
OTTAWA –
An NDP MP has introduced a bill that would criminalize residential school denialism, saying it would help stop harm caused toward survivors, their families and communities.
If the private member’s bill is passed, people could be charged under the Criminal Code for promoting hatred against Indigenous Peoples by condoning, justifying or downplaying the historical and lasting impact of residential schools.
NDP MP Leah Gazan says the purpose of the schools was to extinguish Indigenous cultures and languages and if the government is serious about reconciliation, it needs to protect survivors and their families from hate.
“The residential school system was a genocide designed to wipe out Indigenous cultures, languages, families and heritage. To downplay, deny or justify it is cruel, harmful and hateful. This should have no place in Canada,” she said.
More than 150,000 children were forced to attend residential schools, with many survivors detailing to the Truth and Reconciliation Commission the abuse they suffered at the hands of those meant to protect them. The last school closed in 1996.
Things that cannot be discussed are a threat to all our safety from now into perpetuity.

Jews are like any other group of people. Some are magnificent and a blessing to Humanity, and others are people we would hope could be on Elon Musk’s first ship to mars.
But doctrinally, jews are not an issue. Islamic doctrine mandates them to global manifest destiny and enslaving humanity. Jews who actually follow doctrine can be annoying a little, but not a threat by any stretch. Most are secular and you wouldn’t know them from anyone next to them, because they are just people.
So some are innocent, some are guilty as all f**k and most are boring like the rest of humanity.
As a group, it is a non-issue. As the nation state of Israel, there are issues like with all nation states. But most of the accusations against it are fictional. This is the nature of the West today though overall.
Narratives are narratives. And most problems appear to stem from operating at the wrong level of abstraction. Sometimes by lack of insight, and sometimes deliberately to create the impression you want.

The question of abstraction is an interesting one. I notice that ANTIFA are nearly 100% white males. Does this make the problem of communism etc. a fault of white males?

With Jews, it doesn’t have a tie that binds in doctrine in a way that effects outsiders.
People who are anxious to create a casus Belli against Jews will point at certain examples from Talmud.
But most Jews haven’t read the Talmud. More’s the pity though, because Talmud is literally just case law.
Scholars from the religion who debated every possible scenario, every imaginable one to try and determine how the law would handle even the most outlandish problem, was compiled into volumes that at the end of the day, are identical in purpose to the books seen behind every lawyer in every interview one ever did.
