This document was written around the time this site was created, for those who wish to understand what this site is about. And while our understanding of the world and events has grown since then, the basic ideas remain sound and true to the purpose.

So please post all links, thoughts and ideas that you feel will benefit the readers of this site to the comments under this post each day. And thank you all for your contributions.

      A senior general in Iran’s Revolutionary Guards Corps was killed in an Israeli air strike in Lebanon alongside Hezbollah chief Hassan Nasrallah, state media reported Saturday.

      General Abbas Nilforoushan, deputy commander of Guards operations, “was killed in Israel’s attack on Lebanon that assassinated the Hezbollah chief,” said the official IRNA news agency, giving no further details.

      Iran’s supreme leader has said the death of Hezbollah leader Hassan Nasrallah “will not go unavenged”, a day after he was killed in an Israeli air strike in Lebanon.

      Ayatollah Ali Khamenei announced five days of mourning in Iran in response to what he called the “martyrdom of the great Nasrallah”, describing him as “a path and a school of thought” that would continue.

      Iranian media reported that a Iranian Revolutionary Guards general was also killed in the Israeli strikes in Beirut on Friday.

      Israel’s military said Nasrallah had “the blood of thousands… on his hands”, and that it targeted him while he was “commanding more imminent attacks”.

      Washington: The US State Department on Saturday ordered the families of embassy personnel in Beirut to leave the country and authorized the departure of some staff, as the Israel-Hezbollah conflict escalates.

      The department ordered the departure “due to the increased volatility following airstrikes within Beirut and the volatile and unpredictable security situation throughout Lebanon,” it said.

      The US State Department also urged Americans in Lebanon to leave the country as the conflict between Israel and Hezbollah flares.

      All US citizens were urged to leave “while commercial options still remain available.”

      That isn’t right. It means no one can sell or buy large quantities electronically through the system.

      In no way does it stop any number of people from buying or selling physical silver or anything else for cash or any other medium of exchange..

      Prettysure that if the price is frozen at X and its attractive to a seller, that seller would have no difficulty in finding a buyer at that price if he estimates it will go down or really needs the money.

    Iran’s embassy in Lebanon says on X that the Israeli strike on Beirut’s southern suburbs targeting the headquarters of its proxy Hezbollah represents a dangerous game-changing escalation that will “bring its perpetrator an appropriate punishment.”

    “This reprehensible crime… represents a dangerous escalation that changes the rules of the game,” the Iranian embassy says.

    Elon Musk issued a stark warning about the impending fall of our once-great nation on Friday, comparing America to the Roman Empire, in response to Democrats’ new policies of hiring noncitizens to serve in the police force.

    On average, empires only survive 250 years before collapse. By this standard, with America being 248 years old, we have less than two years left. With World War III at our doorstep, it sure appears the end may be near.

    As The Gateway Pundit reported, the Minneapolis Police Department swore in its first noncitizen officer as well as its first Somali female officer.

    The noncitizen, AKA illegal alien who was sworn in as an officer, is Lesly Vera, a Mexican immigrant. What could go wrong?

It can be recalled that Minneapolis is the same city where violent leftwing rioters burned down a police station after George Floyd died in police custody of a fentanyl overdose.

    Are we going to allow illegals to serve in the military next?

    After all, we live in a country where men can use women’s restrooms and compete in women’s sports just because they feel like it, kids are considered mature enough to choose their gender, everything is racist, and criminal illegal aliens receive free housing. We should have seen this coming.

  16. Texas Law Firm Is Representing Over 50 New Alleged Victims of Sexual Assault by Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs – Including Minors

    While the multimillionaire rapper and music industry mogul Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs awaits trial in Brooklyn’s MDC prison, sharing a cell with disgraced former crypto billionaire FTX CEO Sam Bankman-Fried, his situation is becoming even more complicated as new accusations are piling up against him.

    Combs was arrested last week on a slew of charges: racketeering conspiracy; sex trafficking by force, fraud or coercion; and transportation to engage in prostitution.

    He pleaded not guilty to all the charges but was denied bail and remains in custody.

    Now, it arises that a law firm in Texas has stated that it is representing more than 50 alleged victims who claim to have been sexually assaulted by Combs and his associates.

    Page Six reported:

    “Attorney Tony Buzbee of the Buzbee Law Firm took to his company’s Instagram page Thursday to share the news, explaining that the firm was asked by the Ava Law Group ‘to act as Lead Counsel to pursue claims on behalf of more than fifty individuals who suffered sexual assault and abuse at the hands of Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs and his cohorts’.

    Buzbee referred to the group as “brave” and noted that it includes “both men and women.” He went on to allege that ‘many were minors when the abuse occurred’.”

    According to the Texan lawyer, while some of the alleged victims filed police reports, ‘others did not’.

    “Buzbee made sure to note that ‘each individual story is gut wrenching and heartbreaking’, claiming that the alleged ‘acts complained of occurred at hotels, private homes, and also at the infamous PDiddy ‘Freak Off’ parties.” He described the alleged ’violations’ as ‘mindboggling debauchery and depravity, exacted by powerful people against minors and the weak’.”

    He expects the number of alleged victims represented by his firm to ‘grow’, and is convinced that ‘many other individuals will be implicated’.

    “Buzbee — who has not yet filed a formal lawsuit on behalf of the alleged victims — announced plans for a press conference early next week ‘where some of these stories can be told as the nation learns more and grapples with the potential scope of this scandal’. He concluded, ‘Our firm has always been at the forefront of the most important cases in the United States. We are proud to represent this group of brave souls and pray for justice on their behalf’.”

    Combs has previously denied all accusations against him.

    The Federal indictment states that agents discovered more than 1,000 bottles of lubricant, various narcotics and three AR-15s when they raided his Los Angeles and Miami mansions in March.

    Combs allegedly ‘abused, threatened and coerced women and others around him to fulfill his sexual desires, protect his reputation and conceal his conduct’.

    He also allegedly creating ‘a criminal enterprise engaged in sex trafficking, forced labor, kidnapping, arson, bribery and obstruction of justice’.

    “During these [Freak off] events, the father of seven allegedly ‘hit, kicked, threw objects at and dragged victims, at times, by their hair’, according to the indictment, which further claimed that he ‘subjected victims to physical, emotional and verbal abuse to cause the victims to engage in Freak Offs’, which he ‘often electronically recorded’.”

    These charges carry a minimum of 15 years in prison if Combs is convicted.

    Is someone trying to sabotage the Navy?

    Evidence suggests so as a memo released Tuesday by Assistant Secretary of the Navy for Research, Development and Acquisition Nickolas Guertin to Secretary of the Navy Carlos Del Toro and Chief of Naval Operations Adm. Lisa Franchett says welds on in-service and in-construction Navy submarines and aircraft carriers were intentionally faulty.

    USNI News reported Thursday that Newport News Shipbuilding — a Virginia based company and division of Huntington Ingalls Industries — told the Department of Justice that welds could have been made wrong intentionally.

    Newport News Shipbuilding provided a statement to USNI saying they discovered welds that “did not meet our high-quality standards.”

    The company, “took immediate action to communicate with our customers and regulators, investigate, determine root cause, bound these matters and insert immediate corrective actions to prevent any recurrence of these issues.”

    USNI also confirmed with the Navy they are looking into the problem saying a “thorough evaluation is underway.”

    According to USNI, Newport News is only one of two nuclear shipyards in the United States.

    How concerning should this information be?

    Guertin’s memo characterizes intent rather than sheer negligence as the problem.

    If that is the case, its unnerving that some person or persons working closely with one of only two nuclear shipyards is trying to sabotage naval vessels.

    In their report, BizPac Review brought another possible explanation to light: DEI.

    While we can only speculate, DEI hiring policies in places like the aircraft industry have bred dangerous results in recent months.

    As previously stated, Newport News Shipbuilding is a division of Hunting Ingalls Industries.

    As the trend goes with companies in 2024, HII’s website has its own DEI page laden with the usual left-wing jargon.

    One statement from HII stands out as particularly concerning in light in recent news.

    In pursuing, “company sponsored and employee-led opportunities that ensure the many voices are heard and our people thrive,” HII has created, “Executive-led Diversity & Inclusion Councils that guide our diversity and inclusion efforts.”

    While this is purely speculation, DEI efforts — that is, the shunning of merit-based hiring in favor of race, ethnicity, and gender-based hiring — don’t lead to top quality work.

    Whatever the cause of the Navy’s latest problems, it remains that — a problem that needs fixing.

    Donald Trump is calling for consequences for the latest suspect trade out of the Pelosi family hedge fund.

    According to the New York Post:

    Trump said Thursday he believes Rep. Nancy Pelosi “should be prosecuted” over her husband’s Visa stock trades ahead of a Justice Department lawsuit against the credit card giant.

    “Nancy Pelosi has a little problem because her husband sold their Visa stock – they had a lot of Visa stock – one day before it was announced that Visa is being sued by the Department of Justice,” the GOP nominee said during a press conference at Trump Tower in New York.

    The former House speaker’s husband, Paul Pelosi, unloaded 2,000 shares of Visa stock worth between $500,000 and $1 million on July 1, financial disclosures show. On Tuesday, less than three months after the massive transaction, Visa was hit with a DOJ lawsuit alleging that the company illegally monopolized the debit card market.

    Trump said of the timing; “Think of that. Nancy Pelosi sold vast amounts of Visa stock one day before the big lawsuit that we all read about a few days ago. You think it was luck? I don’t.”

    In the year 2020, Pelosi was the biggest purchaser of securities in Congress.

    These allegations are nothing new either – back in 2011 60 Minutes ran reports on Pelosi’s suspicious trades, and Steve Kroft even confronted her about them during a briefing.

    Their reporting led to the passing of the STOCK Act, which banned insider trading – though it was all for show – the law was quietly repealed not long after.

    • I highly recommend everyone that can afford to buy this book, every page has valuable information on it part of Chapter 5 is about the possibility of a Second Civil War. On page 110 he points out that to the left political violence is on a dial that they can turn up or down according to what best suits their goal, while to our side it is a switch, it is either off or in total war shoot all enemies. He correctly states and a Second Civil War will be a bloodbath, I hope everyone on their side that is pushing us towards a Civil War reads and understands this fact.

    In a stunning rebuke to Arizona’s Democrat Secretary of State Adrian Fontes, a federal judge has ruled that he cannot certify the results of the 2024 election if any counties withhold certification due to allegations of fraud.

    In the recent federal court case involving American Encore and Adrian Fontes, Arizona’s Secretary of State, Judge Michael T. Liburdi issued an order on a challenge to the Arizona Election Procedures Manual (EPM).

    The plaintiffs contended that the manual’s “Speech Provision” and “Canvass Provision” violated the First Amendment and Fourteenth Amendment rights of Arizona voters, specifically claiming it disenfranchised voters by allowing election officials to suppress speech and exclude votes from counties that fail to timely certify their results.

    The Speech Provision in the manual explicitly prohibits actions like “raising one’s voice” or using “offensive language” at polling places, which plaintiffs argue could easily be weaponized to silence free speech under the guise of preventing voter intimidation.

    Judge Liburdi acknowledged these concerns but noted the state’s intent to ensure orderly polling places. Plaintiffs contended that this rule was overly broad and amounted to unconstitutional censorship, which could have chilling effects on free speech not only near polling places but across the state.

    On the Canvass Provision, the plaintiffs claimed that giving the Secretary of State the authority to proceed with the state canvass without counting votes from any county that failed to certify results in time was unprecedented and posed a significant risk of disenfranchising voters.

    The plaintiffs cited the 2022 election in Cochise County, where election officials delayed certifying results, as an example of how this rule could be misused to throw out legally cast votes.

    In the judge’s ruling, they referred to the “Winter factors,” which come from a 2008 Supreme Court case, Winter v. Natural Resources Defense Council, Inc., and are used to evaluate whether a court should issue a preliminary injunction.

    A preliminary injunction is a court order that temporarily halts a specific action while a case is ongoing, preventing potential harm or injustice.

    The Court concluded that all four Winter factors weighed decisively in favor of granting the Plaintiffs preliminary relief. As a result, the Court has issued an injunction preventing the Defendants from enforcing the controversial Canvass Provision during the course of the ongoing litigation.

    The Winter test, derived from the Supreme Court case Winter v. Natural Resources Defense Council, Inc., establishes the criteria for courts to grant preliminary injunctions. To succeed, a plaintiff must demonstrate: (1) a likelihood of success on the merits of the case, (2) a likelihood of suffering irreparable harm in the absence of preliminary relief, (3) that the balance of equities tips in their favor, and (4) that an injunction is in the public interest.

    Here, the Court found that the Plaintiffs met all four prongs:

    Likelihood of Success on the Merits: The Court determined that the Plaintiffs presented strong legal arguments suggesting that the Canvass Provision, which allows the Arizona Secretary of State to exclude county votes from the state’s final tally if a county withholds certification, is unconstitutional. This provision potentially disenfranchises entire counties and undermines the integrity of the electoral process. The Court found that the Plaintiffs had a strong chance of succeeding in proving that this provision violated federal law and the Constitution.

    Irreparable Harm: The Court agreed with the Plaintiffs’ argument that enforcing the Canvass Provision would cause irreparable harm to Arizona voters by depriving them of their constitutional right to have their votes counted. Once voters are disenfranchised, the harm cannot be undone after the fact, making this a key factor in favor of the Plaintiffs.

    Balance of Equities: The Court weighed the potential harms to both sides and found that the harm to voters and counties if the Canvass Provision were enforced outweighed any inconvenience to the Secretary of State. The ability to certify election results must be balanced with the need to ensure that those results are accurate and representative of all votes cast. In this case, the balance of equities tipped in favor of preventing potential disenfranchisement.

    Public Interest: Finally, the Court determined that the public interest favored halting the Canvass Provision’s enforcement. The integrity of the electoral process and the right of all eligible voters to have their voices heard are paramount in a democratic society. Allowing the provision to remain in place during the legal proceedings could undermine public confidence in the fairness of elections.

    As a result of these findings, the Court ruled to enjoin, or temporarily block, the enforcement of the Canvass Provision while the case proceeds.

    This means that until the final resolution of the case, the Arizona Secretary of State will be prohibited from certifying statewide election results if any counties withhold certification due to fraud or other concerns.

While the Dems often control the House by having the most delegates being Dem the Repubs are usually have the majority of States being under Repub control.

    The 12th Amendment

    The Electors shall meet in their respective states, and vote by ballot for President and Vice-President, one of whom, at least, shall not be an inhabitant of the same state with themselves; they shall name in their ballots the person voted for as President, and in distinct ballots the person voted for as Vice-President, and they shall make distinct lists of all persons voted for as President, and all persons voted for as Vice-President and of the number of votes for each, which lists they shall sign and certify, and transmit sealed to the seat of the government of the United States, directed to the President of the Senate;

    The President of the Senate shall, in the presence of the Senate and House of Representatives, open all the certificates and the votes shall then be counted;

    The person having the greatest number of votes for President, shall be the President, if such number be a majority of the whole number of Electors appointed; and if no person have such majority, then from the persons having the highest numbers not exceeding three on the list of those voted for as President, the House of Representatives shall choose immediately, by ballot, the President. But in choosing the President, the votes shall be taken by states, the representation from each state having one vote; a quorum for this purpose shall consist of a member or members from two-thirds of the states, and a majority of all the states shall be necessary to a choice. And if the House of Representatives shall not choose a President whenever the right of choice shall devolve upon them, before the fourth day of March next following, then the Vice-President shall act as President, as in the case of the death or other constitutional disability of the President.[a]

    The U.S. government wants peace and quiet, we all do. The U.S. administration does not wish for an escalation, but we live in the Middle East.

    Hamas and Hezbollah are armed with Qatari money, Iranian weapons and Western support. University campuses are controlled by the progressive pro-terror crowd, and Israel’s allies imposed sanctions on Israel by delaying or banning arms exports during wartime.

    At this time, any action against Israel actually encourages terrorism.

    After nearly a year of restraint, Israel did the right thing because it cannot afford to suffer from the blindness that the Free World suffers from.

    No major Western media outlet mentioned the fact that the Shiite terror organizations, like the Sunni, have declared their desire to take over the world.

    In June, the head of Hizbullah’s foreign relations said that “Israel is only a means to an end. The real goal is the war with America.”

    They mean every word. Hizbullah has been carrying out deadly terrorist attacks for over four decades.

    But screw the facts. Most Western newspapers will overlook Hezbollah’s bloody past, especially when they can point a blaming finger at Israel, accusing it of a fictional genocide. The media outlets may even support the pro-Hezbollah rallies by covering them in seemingly Western strongholds such as New York…

    The big question is whether the Western countries will interfere. It is fine that Lebanon is close to the heart of France. But France, which prevented Israel from participating in one of the most important arms exhibitions in the world, is helping Hezbollah.

    The American use of “Don’t!” against Israel in Lebanon also helped Hezbollah. Israel still needs military aid and Hezbollah still has bunkers filled to the brim with rockets.

    If anyone had doubts that Israel could do it, the doubts have disappeared in the last two weeks. Hezbollah led Lebanon to bankruptcy and crisis. This is an opportunity to revive the country. It feels good that Israel is right and it’s great that we are finally winning. To reach complete victory, we must be smart too.

    Israel shows America how to win wars

    Friday evening in the Levant, Israel targeted buildings in the southern suburbs of Beirut killing Hezbollah General Secretary Hassan Nasrallah. This operation represents a dramatic shift in Israeli strategy.

    Not only have they finally liquidated an adversary they’ve long been capable of killing, they’ve also turned a deaf ear to their superpower patron of more than half a century. But at this stage, heeding Washington’s advice in war is like taking counsel from the angel of death.

    Just as the U.S. is no longer willing or able to win the wars it commits Americans to fight, the Joe Biden administration won’t let U.S. allies win wars either.

    By ordering the strike on Nasrallah while attending the U.N. General Assembly, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu underscored the Jewish state’s independence from the global consensus that has resolved not to confront terrorists but rather to appease them, whether they’re plotting in the Middle East or living among the local populations of Western nations, including the United States.

    Israel’s attack also shows that almost everything U.S. and other Western civilian and military leaders have believed about the Middle East for the last 20 years was simply a collection of excuses for losing wars…

    The idea advanced by conspiracy theorists from the U.S. political and media establishment on the left as well as the right that Netanyahu is trying to drag the U.S. into a larger regional war with Iran – a thesis sure to be cited repeatedly in the aftermath of Nasrallah’s assassination- is absurd. The Obama faction, of which Biden and Harris are a part, is in Iran’s corner…

    If Washington and the Europeans are appalled by Israel’s campaign over the last two weeks, it’s because the Israelis have resurfaced the ugly truth that no modish theories of war, international organizations, or even American presidents could long obscure.

    Wars are won by killing the enemy, above all, those who inspire their people to kill yours. Killing Nasrallah not only anchors Israel’s victory in Lebanon but reestablishes the old paradigm for any Western leaders who take seriously their duty to protect their countrymen and civilization: Kill your enemies.
