The fact that a US businessman had to move a company from Niagara Falls on the US side to Norway, a country most think of as socialist because of American leftist policies is quite revealing in terms of the nature of both states.

But fabulously rich elites in Norway stayed intact despite sidling up to nazis and commies, so who knows?
