Not much is known about this yet, but from the source, it appeared to be a setup by the Muslim father of the girl who beat up the Jewish girl. We did our best to understand what was said and subtitled it. But errors are possible in the transcription.
From the video, it is very clear who attacked whom. Why is discipline even a question?
