Most notably, Islam and its effects on Classical Civilization, and various forms of leftism from Soviet era communism, to postmodernism and all the flavours of galloping statism and totalitarianism such as Nazism and Fascism which are increasingly snuffing out the classical liberalism which created our near, miraculous civilization the West has been building since the time of Socrates.

This document was written around the time this site was created, for those who wish to understand what this site is about. And while our understanding of the world and events has grown since then, the basic ideas remain sound and true to the purpose.

So please post all links, thoughts and ideas that you feel will benefit the readers of this site to the comments under this post each day. And thank you all for your contributions.

  4. There are a lot of lingering questions about Attorney General Merrick Garland’s elevation of David Weiss to special counsel.

    Weiss, the U.S. Attorney tasked with investigating alleged wrongdoing by Hunter Biden, son of President Joe Biden, was not from outside of government, as many believe the special counsel statute requires.

    During an interview with Mobile, AL radio FM Talk 106.5, Rep. Gary Palmer (R-AL), the fourth-ranking Republican by virtue of being the House Republican Policy chairman, said he believed Weiss should be investigated for obstruction of justice.

    According to Palmer, Weiss inhibited an Internal Revenue Service (IRS) investigation, which was revealed to Congress by a whistleblower.

    “It will inhibit it because they’ll start claiming it is an ongoing investigation and deny us access to materials like they did before,” he said of the special counsel appointment. “But here’s the interesting thing, Jeff — first of all, the special counsel law is pretty plain, and the special counsel should come from outside the federal government. Apparently, Merrick Garland didn’t read it because David Weiss is a U.S. Attorney. Not only is he a U.S. Attorney, but he’s the guy that I think we should be investigating for obstruction of justice.”

  6. DUBAI, United Arab Emirates (AP) — Border guards in Saudi Arabia have fired machine guns and launched mortars at Ethiopians trying to cross into the kingdom from Yemen, likely killing hundreds of the unarmed migrants in recent years, Human Rights Watch said in a report released Monday.

    The rights group cited eyewitness reports of attacks by troops and images that showed dead bodies and burial sites on migrant routes, saying the death toll could even be “possibly thousands.”

    The United Nations has already questioned Saudi Arabia about its troops opening fire on the migrants in an escalating pattern of attacks along its southern border with war-torn Yemen. Saudi officials did not respond to requests for comment from The Associated Press, but has previously denied its troops killed migrants. Yemen’s Houthi rebels, who allegedly make tens of thousands of dollars a week smuggling migrants over the border, also did not respond to requests for comment.

  7. The Iron Dome air defense system shot at an “unidentified aircraft” flying over the Gaza Strip on Monday morning, the military said, a day after a similar incident.

    The Israel Defense Forces said the device was identified as flying toward Israeli airspace from Gaza, but did not end up crossing the border.

    Iron Dome interceptor missiles were fired at the aircraft while it was still over the Strip, although it remained unclear if was intercepted, the IDF said.

Fourteen major American cities are part of a globalist climate organization known as the “C40 Cities Climate Leadership Group,” which has an “ambitious target” by the year 2030 of “0 kg [of] meat consumption,” “0 kg [of] dairy consumption,” “3 new clothing items per person per year,” “0 private vehicles” owned, and “1 short-haul return flight (less than 1500 km) every 3 years per person.”

    C40’s dystopian goals can be found in its “The Future of Urban Consumption in a 1.5°C World” report, which was published in 2019 and reportedly reemphasized in 2023. The organization is headed and largely funded by Democrat billionaire Michael Bloomberg. Nearly 100 cities across the world make up the organization, and its American members include Austin, Boston, Chicago, Houston, Los Angeles, Miami, New Orleans, New York City, Philadelphia, Phoenix, Portland, San Francisco, Washington, D.C., and Seattle.

    Media coverage of C40 Cities’ goals has been relatively sparse. The few media personalities and news outlets who have discussed it have been heavily attacked by the corporate “fact-checkers.” In a “fact check” aimed at conservative commentator Glenn Beck, AFP Fact Check claimed that the banning of meat and dairy and limits on air travel and clothing consumption were actually “not policy recommendations.”

    AFP quotes a paragraph from the original “The Future of Urban Consumption in a 1.5°C World” report, which reads, “This report does not advocate for the wholesale adoption of these more ambitious targets in C40 cities; rather, they are included to provide a set of reference points that cities, and other actors, can reflect on when considering different emission-reduction alternatives and long-term urban visions.”

    But this paragraph, likely included in the report as a liability in the case of pushback, seems to directly contradict the meaning of “target,” which in this context can be defined as a “desired goal.” The target of eliminating meat, dairy, and private vehicles by 2030 is “based on a future vision of resource-efficient production and extensive changes in consumer choices,” the report notes — something its authors clearly hope to bring about. If these were not their goals, they would not have labeled them “ambitious targets.”

    The “fact-checker’s” insistence that C40 Cities’ explicitly stated climate goals are somehow insincere is even more unconvincing, given that we are watching them start to unfold right now. This year, in lockstep with C40 Cities’ 2030 aims, New York City Mayor Eric Adams announced that the city will place caps on the amount of meat and dairy served by city institutions, such as schools and prisons. Meanwhile, the U.K. has banned the sale of new gas-powered vehicles after 2030, and France has banned short-haul flights “to cut carbon emissions.”

  16. The Kennesaw State University Election Hacks in Georgia – How the FBI Never Investigated and Turned on the Whistleblowers Instead

    We are seeing a pattern here.

    Here is the timeline after the 2017 KSU election hacks in Georgia. A FOIA document revealed the FBI never investigated the hacks and turned on the whistleblowers instead.

    One of the most detailed examples of the FBI’s failure to investigate election fraud involves Georgia and KSU. Until a few years ago, Kennesaw State University ran the election servers for the State of Georgia. In early 2017 they were hacked, and the FBI was brought in. The FBI purposely shelved their investigation shortly after they opened it.

    We can finally explain what happened over the years.

    In August 2016 cyber security researchers Logan Lamb and Christopher Gray discovered it was easy to access the Georgia voting databases. This included staff passwords, access to software that runs the devices, and data on their 6.7 million voters. Lamb notified KSU of the security vulnerabilities. KSU asked Lamb to keep quiet. Over the next few months, KSU elections IT staff noticed intrusion attempts by DHS. KSU Elections Systems answered to Brian Kemp, Georgia’s Secretary of State at that time.

    In December of 2016, to appease the KSU IT staff, Kemp sent a letter to DHS Secretary Jeh Johnson. He asked why the DHS tried to penetrate Georgia’s election servers at least 10 times. Other DHS attacks were documented to be Nov. 7th and 8th, the day before and day of Trumps election win. But Kemp’s letter only asked about one specific attempt, a week after the election, on November 15th at 8:43 AM. He did not mention these other attacks. The Digital Forensics and Analysis Unit of the DHS OIG were tasked to investigate this one instance. Was it deliberate to focus on just this one instance?

    A few months later, in March 2017, the KSU servers were breached. They were hacked, data was deleted, and altered. Because of the previous whistleblower warnings, Kennesaw State’s CIO Stephen Gay was forced to alert their Center for Elections Systems about this “data breach”. Gay also had to contact the FBI. The FBI opened an investigation into the hacking. The FBI went to KSU and made forensic images of the election servers.

    Three months later, in June 2017, Republican Karen Handel beat Jon Osoff by 3.8% in a District 6 runoff election. Liberal activists alleged the system might have been hacked. On July 3rd 2017, they filed a lawsuit in Fulton County Superior Court (Curling v. Kemp). Their lawsuit wanted Georgia to replace the outdated (DRE) election machines. The lawyers who defended SOS Kemp in this lawsuit were from the Georgia AG’s office.

    Two days after the (Curling v Kemp) lawsuit was filed, the DHS responded to Kemp’s KSU intrusion letter, sent 7 months earlier. The DHS OIG concluded the “November 15th scan” was residual traffic from an employee at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center. They said that the employee was just checking the Georgia firearms license database. The OIG said Microsoft Engineers even agreed. That was it, case closed. There was no investigation into intrusion occurrences that occurred the day before, during, and day after the 2016 election.

    Three days after the (C v K) lawsuit was filed, the administration at KSU had their staff delete all the election servers. Their IT staff admitted they DBAN’d (nuked) the servers. Their internal KSU emails showed on July 6th 2017, that “election hard drives were degaussed three times”. The backup servers were deleted on August 9th. This data removal was kept from the public, until October 2017, when journalists obtained those KSU’s internal emails.

    The Georgia AG’s office, those defending Kemp, continued to lie to the Plaintiffs. The AGI said the server data could not be provided, it was deleted before their lawsuit. But the AG’s office knew KSU ordered the servers to be wiped after the lawsuit was filed. These AG lies were made public when the “Georgia Wipes Servers” story broke on October 26th 2017 and showed the KSU emails. A few days later, Assistant AG Cristina Correia withdrew the entire AG’s office from the (C v K) case due to “newly found” conflicts of interest. The Plaintiffs immediately requested the FBI turn over their copy of the KSU servers. The FBI stalled this release for 26 months, with no justification why.

    After the GA AG’s office withdrew, the U.S. House held a hearing, in December 2017. FBI Director Wray refused to answer if the FBI was investigating the Georgia KSU election hacking. He wouldn’t even admit if they had the server data. In early 2020 a judge hearing a FOIA case forced the FBI to turn over communications. It was then provided to the Associated Press. It showed why FBI Wray was silent. The docs show the FBI never examined the KSU server for tampering by malicious outsiders.

    Instead, the FBI targeted and attacked the two researchers who earlier alerted KSU about their election security risks (Lamb & Gray). An FBI document dated Oct. 23, 2017 said the FBI planned from the onset for the entire matter to be shelved once the forensic drive image was placed in the case file. FOIA docs show the FBI did nothing for months, closed the case, and no one was ever charged.

    Judge Amy Totenberg’s decision in the (C v K) lawsuit gave Georgia the green light it needed to purchase new election equipment. In July 2019, Kemp who was now governor, signed an $107m agreement with Dominion. In December 2019, only after Georgia took delivery of the Dominion equipment, did the FBI release their KSU server copy to the Plaintiffs (Curling). The Plaintiffs then offered this copy to Brad Raffensperger, who was now the new GA Secretary of State. Raffensperger refused to submit the server data to a forensic examination.

    The Plaintiff’s created a team to inspect the KSU server data, which included Logan Lamb, the original whistleblower. Lamb’s affidavit says logs were deleted and data altered. “Logs only go back to November 10th, 2016, two days after Donald Trump was elected.” It appears hackers accessed the system and conveniently deleted logs covering all the DHS intrusions. Lamb says he found “scores of files” that had been deleted on March 2, 2017, which is just a few days before KSU handed the server over to the FBI. Numerous other breaches were detected and millions of voter records were accessed. Lamb noted “an attacker obtained full control of the server way back in 2014 by exploiting a bug”.

    A protective order was placed on Logan Lamb to prevent him from speaking about his findings. Neither the FBI or DHS did anything about the KSU election server breach. The DOJ did nothing about the corruption by the Georgia AG’s office. It’s probably no coincidence the FBI refused to cooperate until after a Dominion contract was negotiated with GA, and $106 mil worth of equipment was delivered?

    The Los Angeles Dodgers had their latest game against the Miami Marlins canceled after Hurricane Hilary caused Dodgers Stadium to flood.

    Hurricane Hilary hit California on Sunday and has resulted in widespread flooding, mudslides, and high winds.

    Authorities have stated that the worst is yet to come and Governor Gavin Newsom has issued a state of emergency.

    An aerial video of Los Angeles Dodgers Stadium was posted on X and showed the entire stadium surrounded by high waters.

    The number of lies the FBI has made about Seth Rich continues to add up.

    The latest lie before today was that the Mueller gang said Seth Rich had nothing to do with the transfer of DNC-related emails to WikiLeaks, and yet they never even looked at his laptop which was in their possession.

    One report even suggested that there were discussions of assassinations in the documents released by the FBI.

    No wonder the FBI is doing all it can to hide information related to Seth Rich’s murder.

    A behind-the-scenes look at how a plea deal for the president’s son nearly came together before it fell apart.

    It was Halloween of 2022, and Hunter Biden’s lawyer, Chris Clark, didn’t sound happy. Just three weeks earlier, news had leaked that federal agents believed they had enough evidence to charge his client with illegally buying a gun as a drug user.

    The leak was “illegal,” the lawyer wrote to the U.S. attorney overseeing the probe. The prosecution, he argued, would be seen as purely political, and it might even violate the Second Amendment.

    Then he issued a warning: If the Justice Department charged the president’s son, his lawyers would put the president on the witness stand.

    “President Biden now unquestionably would be a fact witness for the defense in any criminal trial,” Clark wrote in a 32-page letter reviewed by POLITICO.

    That letter, along with more than 300 pages of previously unreported emails and documents exchanged between Hunter Biden’s legal team and prosecutors, sheds new light on the fraught negotiations that nearly produced a broad plea deal. That deal would have resolved Biden’s most pressing legal issues — the gun purchase and his failure to pay taxes for several years — and it also could have helped insulate Biden from future prosecution by a Republican-led Justice Department.

    WILLIAMSON COUNTY, Texas (KXAN) — A fertilizer plant in Williamson County was destroyed in a fire that burned overnight Sunday into early Monday morning.

    Williamson County Judge Bill Gravell said a fire at the American Plant Food Corporation started around 9:30 p.m. Sunday. The plant is located on Hwy 95 in Bartlett, near County Road 351.

    Exclusive: Joseph Farah spotlights memorandum citing ex-president’s impeachment acquittals

    The National Constitutional Law Union, or NCLU, has published a legal theory that questions whether many of charges against President Trump, particularly those related to his claims about the 2000 election, are now moot – because he was not impeached and convicted by the U.S. Senate.

    Given that he was impeached twice and not convicted in either case, this is something that could actually help consolidate and eliminate some of the bogus charges Trump now faces.

    Published Aug. 14 and titled “Strategy Memorandum Against the Trump Indictments,” the report by Todd J. Aldinger, Esq., asks the question: “Could George Washington have been prosecuted if he took similar actions and if the relevant statutes existed while he was President?”

    “If the answer is ‘no,’ then it is equally improper to prosecute Mr. Trump under these indictments, given that Bruen and Dobbs mandate that all constitutional provisions be applied in accordance with their fixed meaning in 1787-1789.”

    Aldinger says the Supreme Court’s recent Dobbs and Bruen decisions allow for Trump and his lawyers to argue that all actions a president takes while in office must be considered legal unless the chief executive is successfully impeached and removed.

    “His acquittals only strengthen this case,” said Gavin Wax, the executive director of the NCLU, adding that the legal theory was “articulated in a vacuum.”

    Wax posted the theory to X, formerly Twitter, including a link to the 17-page legal memorandum. Wax called it “the best legal strategy” for Trump and suggested it will “set precedent to prevent this nonsense from happening again in the future.”

    In addition to the new federal charges recently introduced by special counsel Jack Smith, the former president was also charged by a Democratic prosecutor in Georgia with claims that he engaged in racketeering and other crimes when contesting the results of the 2020 election.

    “All of the legal cases against Donald J. Trump should fail under the principle that a President cannot be held liable in any way for an action he took while in office unless he is first convicted of impeachment. In other words, all actions a President takes while in office must be presumed to be legal unless the President is convicted of impeachment,” wrote Aldinger.

    He added: In its recent decisions on gun control and abortion (i.e., New York State Rifle & Pistol Association, Inc. v. Bruen and Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization), the Supreme Court confirmed that the Constitution must be interpreted in its historical context, without consideration given to balancing tests or means-end analysis.

    Specifically, in Bruen, the Supreme Court held that the meaning of constitutional provisions are “fixed” according to how these provisions were understood when they were ratified. Thus, Bruen and Dobbs provide an avenue to argue for presidential immunity for actions a President took during office that goes beyond existing case law. These decisions allow for arguments to be made that reach back to the initial understanding of executive power that existed when the Constitution was written and ratified, shaving away restrictions and exceptions to executive power that have since accumulated in case law.”

    So there. Take that, crooked prosecutors!

    Of course, Trump continues to poll first for the Republican nomination, and more than half of Republicans in the key primary state of New Hampshire said they would vote for the former president even if he were convicted on some or all of the charges against him. Many also said they would support Trump’s presidential bid if he were in prison, God forbid.

    Sen. Ted Cruz (R-Texas) has ramped up demands that Anheuser-Busch hand over documents in relation to an investigation of whether Bud Light’s marketing promotion with a transgender influencer was marketing beer to kids.

    “The level of cooperation the Committee receives will bear significantly on my assessment of whether this is part of a broader problem across the Anheuser-Busch InBev product line and whether changes to federal law are necessary to prohibit Anheuser-Busch InBev from marketing beer to children,” the Republican senator wrote in a letter (pdf) to Anheuser-Busch InBev CEO Michael Doukeris last week, claiming that AB InBev hasn’t sent over the documents three months after he asked the firm.

    Mr. Cruz is seeking communications between the company and the transgender influencer, Dylan Mulvaney, as well as social media content scripts, the firm’s corporate policy for advertising, and data the beer company possesses on the age demographics of the influencer’s following on social media.

    As BRICS-aligned nations gather in Johannesburg, South Africa to form a counterweight to the US-led West, India has poured cold water on Russian-Chinese hopes for an alternate world reserve currency to replace the US dollar. The inventor of the term called the idea of BRICS currency “ridiculous.”

    As China’s real estate sector teeters on the verge of disaster and South Africa’s corrupt ANC government can barely keep the lights on, Brazil and India are slamming the brakes on a more powerful BRICs, Op India reports.

    The acronym BRIC was invented by Goldman Sachs economist Lord Jim O’Neill 2001 to describe the major emerging economies of the global south, Brazil, Russia, India, and China, predicting these nations may drive the world economy in the 21st century. South Africa joined the group in 2010, but has since forfeited its role as the biggest economy in Africa to Nigeria thanks to rampant ANC corruption, a disastrous energy sector and horrendous crime and violence.

    Lord Jim O’Neill called the idea of a BRICS currency “ridiculous,” the Financial Times reports. “They’re going to create a BRICS central bank? How would you do that? It’s embarrassing almost.” O’Neill told FT BRICS had “never achieved anything since they first started meeting”, eight years after he created the phrase 2001.

    The BRICS nations account for 42% of global population, over 3 billion people, over 26% of the global economy and a combined GDP of over 23 trillion USD. BRICS nations control over 30% of the world’s territory and 18% of global trade.

    Last year, convicted criminal Communist Inacio Lula da Silva of Brazil floated the idea of a combined BRICS currency. Since then, many observers have worried about a “de-dollarization of the world,” especially after the disastrous Nuland-Blinken-Sullivan war in Ukraine inflated the dollar, bankrupted the West and drove China and Russia into closer partnership.

    Russia has been pushing the idea of BRICS reserve currency before the BRICS summit in crime-torn Johannesburg, with Russian media insinuating the BRICS nations are already in agreement on launching a new currency backed by gold.

    “However, Indian Minister of External Affairs Dr. S Jaishankar clarified in July that there is no plan as such for a combined BRICS currency, and currencies are expected to remain a national issue for participating nations”, OP India writes.

    While India has continued to trade with Russia and refused to join the US-NATO bloc in the Ukraine war, it remains in geopolitical conflict with China, with which it exchanged gunfire May 2020 when clashes between troops in Galwan “resulted in the deaths of 20 soldiers from India and dozens of PLA troops”, OP India recalls.

    Host South Africa has also clarified that the idea of a combined BRICS currency is off the table, according to OP India: The new BRICS Development Bank “has disbursed only $33 billion worth of loans so far in its existence, roughly one-third of what the IMF has disbursed in a year.”

    “India’s reluctance to support a BRICS currency holds much significance, because with a rapidly growing GDP, the sheer scale of its market, and its current stand as one of the world’s top 5 economies, India is hoping to increase the influence of its own currency. It does not need the financial support of BRICS to fuel its economy and has been on excellent trade terms with the USA and Europe”, the Modi-allied outet writes.

    Over 40 nations have applied to join BRICS, including major powers like the UAE, Indonesia, Egypt, Argentina, and Saudi Arabia. India, however, has been “reluctant to let other countries in, primarily because it is wary of China”, OP India writes. “India is wary that a stronger China with stronger ties with major powers in an expanded BRICS will reduce the group to a Chinese tool of global dominance, at the cost of Indian interests. Brazil has similar concerns too. Brazil has been against expansion in the BRICS, fearing a dilution of its own interests and voice.”

    To many, this is nothing but a local news story, without relevance to the wider world; a story that takes place in Egypt and Zambia, countries that many in the west would not be able to point out in a map.

    However, this is a crazy tale that says a lot about the rampant criminality running unchecked around the world – and NOT just in Africa – and it also speaks volumes about the challenges of trying to do journalism in an environment where one doesn’t know where the state players end, and where the criminal element begins.

    Al-Jazeera reported:

    “When a mysterious plane was intercepted on August 14 in the Zambian capital, Lusaka, by local authorities, Karim Asaad, an investigative journalist working for an Egyptian fact-checking platform matsada2sh got to work.

    What he found was a complex network of passengers on board a plane with a suspicious flight path that included recent stops in Dubai, UAE; Tel Aviv, Israel; Cairo, Egypt; and Benghazi and Tripoli, Libya.

    On August 19, Egyptian authorities arrested Asaad at his home in the al-Shorouk neighbourhood in eastern Cairo.”

    The authorities received information about ‘a chartered aircraft carrying dangerous goods’ at Kenneth Kaunda International Airport.

    “The next day, DEC reportedly seized more than $5.5m stored in bags and boxes, five pistols, seven magazines and more than 100 rounds of ammunition.”

    That was not all – there was also the gold. Or the fake gold. Or the ‘metal alloy’. I’ll explain.

    600 bars of ‘what was initially believed to be gold’ were found. But upon ‘further inspection’, the pieces were found to be ‘mainly copper and zinc alloy’.

    One is pardoned for being skeptical about the gold being ‘zinc’ once we found out that the Zambian ‘man of gold’ was arrested on board. But I get ahead of myself.

    The high-speed corporate Bombardier is registered in San Marino, operated by an office in Dubai and connected to an aircraft rental service in Antwerp, Belgium.

    The plane was stopped on August 14, having flown from Amman, Jordan, with an overnight stopover in Cairo.

    Zambian authorities arrested 13 people in connection with the plane: six Egyptians, four Zambians, and individuals from Latvia, the Netherlands and Spain.

    Besides Shadrick Kasanda, known as ‘the man of gold’ and ‘Mr Money’, who regularly published pictures and videos of himself next to large quantities of what appeared to be gold, there was another notorious passenger.

    Michael Adel Botros is a 42-year-old Egyptian national residing in Qatar. He is the director of Amstone International Limited, a defence technology firm, with offices in the US, Egypt, Poland, Greece, the UAE, the United Kingdom and France.

    Now, any self-respecting investigative journalist would be drooling for this story. And so was Egyptian journalist Karim Asaad.

    The matsada2sh platform accused security forces of assaulting Asaad’s wife and threatening their child while detaining the journalist.

    Security forces asked Asaad about its extensive coverage of the mysterious plane that was intercepted in Zambia after making a stop in Cairo.

    Times of Israel reported:

    “The Egyptian Press Syndicate’s Freedoms Committee urged authorities to reveal Asaad’s whereabouts, investigate allegations of assaults against him and his wife and called for his release, in a statement Sunday.

    Zambian authorities said they found over $5 million in cash and more than 100 kilograms of suspected gold mixed with zinc, copper and nickel on board the aircraft.”

    100 kilograms of gold is worth over 6 million dollars.

    Asaad was released from police custody on Sunday (August 20th). It’s unclear whether he will pursue his investigation of the ‘mystery plane’.

    Fraudulently elected Arizona Attorney General Kris Mayes sent a letter earlier this month, threatening counties if they follow a resolution passed in the legislature which bans the use of foreign-made and noncompliant voting machines.

    Senate Concurrent Resolution (SCR) 1037, passed in the Arizona House and the Arizona Senate, states:

    No voting system or component or subcomponent of a voting system or component, including firmware software or hardware, assemblies and subassemblies with integrated circuits or on which any firmware or software operates, may be used or purchased as the primary method for casting, recording and tabulating ballots used in any election held in this state for federal office unless:

    1. All components have been designed, manufactured, integrated and assembled in the United States from trusted suppliers, using trusted processes accredited by the Defense Microelectronics Activity as prescribed by the United States Department of Defense; and

    2. The source code used in any computerized voting machine for federal elections is made available to the public; and

    4. The legislature transmits this resolution to the secretary of state.

    The legislature also passed SB1074, designating the same requirements for electronic voting machines, but Katie Hobbs vetoed this bill. Hobbs stole her election through these faulty machines when 59% of them failed on election day!

    SCR1037 was instead transmitted directly to the Secretary of State. “The Legislature is exercising our plenary authority to see that no electronic voting systems in the state of Arizona are used as the primary method for conducting, counting, tabulating, or verifying federal elections, unless those systems meet necessary standards of protection,” Arizona State Senator Sonny Borrelli said in a press release.

    Article 1 Section 4 of the U.S. Constitution gives State Legislatures the power to “regulate the ‘Times, Places and Manner of holding elections for Senators and Representatives.’”

    However, the crooked AG wants to maintain the system that installed Katie Hobbs and herself.

    Kris Mayes sent a letter to Arizona County Attorneys on August 11, threatening counties that they are legally unauthorized from hand counting the ballots. The weaponization of law enforcement to influence elections continues…

    In the letter, Mayes falsely claims that Arizona law requires votes to be counted by “automatic tabulating equipment.”

    However, ARS 16-621 provides that “the officer in charge of elections may direct that [ballots] be counted manually” when using machines becomes impracticable, and the resolution lays out the new standards for security and practicability. Arizona’s current law does not mandate the use of electronic voting machines; it only allows for it.

    Arizona State Senator Sonny Borelli sent a message to The Gateway Pundit in response to the illegitimate AG, saying, “HAHAHA.” He continued, “Electronic voting systems are not mandated by statute to be used in Arizona. If you don’t use them, how else would you count votes?”
