This star chamber is now playing in the background. It is early in the game so a conclusion would be unfair. But from the little heard so far, the complaint read by a woman early on was a laundry list of complaints about what the good Doctor had to say about the college itself and the motives of people behind the vaxx and perhaps the virus itself. Much of which has already been proven to the extent needed by a court back when courts were evidence based and not dialectical.
Put simply, the initial charges seemed like revenge by the college for challenging their authority. I am unaware of the rules of the Colleges of Surgeons and Physicians including that its licensees must not speak ill of the colleges, even if true. If the college has no such rule, then this trial so far is revenge for challenging the legitimacy and motives of this body. If it does, then the colleges are a religion and not a regulatory body. If memory serves, the OIC, the largest international body in the world after the UN itself, arranged to have the UN pass what was called, The Cairo Declaration of Human Rights in Islam. It codified for the world, various sharia law definitions of common legal terms, which have stark contrast to the Western views of the same terms. In this case, I refer to Slander. In Islam, slander is anything that makes Islam look bad, irrespective of its truthfulness and perhaps more seriously if it is true. This is also why communism is often said to be a religion disguised as a political system. One may not in either case, Islam or socialist/communist systems, challenge the state or its ideology whatsoever. To do so is a crime, and especially if the observation is true. In pre-revolutionary times in North America, slander was only if the victim of it, which had to be a person or a corporation, was damaged due to damaging lies about it. If the claims were true, then it would be dismissed. Truth, mattered in Western Civilization and many lawyers told me that “Truth is an absolute defence”. In Communism and Islam, its closer to a crime.
I stand to be, and hopefully will be corrected on this. But it is the understanding at this time that the college was created to be a body of last resort to protect patients from doctors who may have not been acting in the best interests of the patient. For example, in pre-revolutionary times, if a doctor counselled suicide for a teenage boy with a broken heart from a lost love, the college would likely punish that doctor in some manner. Possibly even with loss of licence. In post revolutionary times, well we know what they would do. Listening to the ‘trial’ of Dr. Trozzi is a fascinating study in the state of Canada as a democracy. I hope lots of people do, and they leave comments with their thoughts as it goes along. It isn’t too late to tune in. It will last long enough to become an award winning miniseries some day, if truth and genuine liberalism ever becomes the operating system for North America again.

Former President Donald Trump has been arrested at the federal courthouse in Miami and will soon be arraigned on charges related to mishandling classified documents.
Deputy marshals have booked the former president and take electronic copies of his fingerprints during Tuesday’s proceedings. They were not expected to take a mugshot of Trump, given his recognizability.
Trump’s aide and co-defendant, Walt Nauta has been arrested, fingerprinted and processed.
The criminal charges in the Justice Department’s classified documents case escalates the legal jeopardy surrounding the 2024 GOP front-runner.
Tuesday’s hearing, at 3 p.m. ET in Miami, is expected to be procedural in nature. Trump will enter a plea, there will be a discussion of the conditions of his pretrial release, and it’s possible that potential restrictions around Trump’s conduct as the case moves forward are brought up.

According to the indictment, Walt Nauta was told to move boxes after the former president received a subpoena in May for classified documents.
Walt Nauta is a former White House employee and Navy veteran who worked valet for Trump and served as a personal staffer at Mar-a-Lago.
According to the federal indictment reviewed by The Gateway Pundit, Nauta was charged along with Trump in counts 32, 33, 43, 35, and 36.
The charges include conspiracy, withholding a document or record, corruptly concealing a document or record, concealing a document in a federal investigation and scheme to conceal.
Walt Nauta was also charged alone in count 38: False statements and misrepresentations.
Nauta’s lawyer Stanley Woodward filed a complaint in the DC court alleging prosecutorial misconduct.
DOJ prosecutor Jay Bratt tried to bribe Walt Naut’s lawyer Stanley Woodward in order to get his client to testify against Trump.
Bratt brought up Woodward’s application for a judgeship and suggested it would be blocked unless he forced his client to testify against Trump.

MIAMI (AP) — Supporters of former President Donald Trump honked their horns and screamed wildly as the former president arrived at the courthouse in downtown Miami to make his first appearance on criminal charges that he improperly held on to classified documents.
Hundreds of journalists from around the world were also on hand at the federal courthouse, as were anti-Trump protestors. Among the crowd, some waved signs and flags, with the two factions at times shouting over one another. Journalists from China, the UK, Australia, France, Luxembourg, New Zealand, Germany and Switzerland were among the hundreds of reporters who have converged on the courthouse — some having spent several days camped out in the muggy heat.
Those gathered outside did not interact with Trump, who rode in an SUV as part of a motorcade that entered the courthouse garage for his hearing on felony charges. Still, some sang “Happy Birthday” to Trump, who will turn 77 on Wednesday.

Protester Tried to Block President Trump’s Car While Leaving Miami Federal Courthouse (Video)

A man wearing a prison stripe costume and holding a protest sign that said “Lock Him Up” ran in front of the car carrying President Trump as the vehicle was leaving the Miami federal courthouse where he was arraigned on charges in the classified documents hoax. The protester was able to briefly stand in the street blocking Trump’s car before he was swarmed by law enforcement officers and dragged out of the way and onto the sidewalk.
The Secret Service agent driving Trump’s car started to take evasive action but police quickly bull-rushed the protester out of the way. Trump could be seen flashing thumbs up right after.

Kari Lake joined Real America’s Voice hosts Ed Henry and Karyn Turk outside the Miami Courthouse today prior to President Trump’s arraignment on more junk charges by the criminal Biden regime.
Every legitimate Republican politician should be standing outside that courthouse today. We are losing our country and a majority of the Republicans don’t seem to give a damn.
Kari Lake told the RAV audience what this is really about, “This is election interference like we’ve never seen it before.”
Kari Lake: We need to show President Trump that we’ve got his back. He has had our back since he came down that escalator almost eight years to the date. …And they have thrown everything at him. A witch hunt, impeachment, hoax number one, impeachment hoax number two, Russia-gate. It’s really just an effort to continue to disparage the one man who is standing up for we, the people. We need a president who’s going to stand up for the people. He’s not owned by the donor class. He’s not owned by the lobbyists. He’s not owned by the establishment. He is working for us. and we’re here to support him and tell him, we know what this is. It’s another witch hunt. We know he’s an innocent man and we’re here to support him. This weekend, Mollie Hemingway of the the Federalist appeared on Media Buzz on FOX News and tore into the Department of Justice.
She was speaking about the Trump indictment and pointed out multiple examples of Democrat scandals that the DOJ has shown no interest in exploring.
She notes that after the last six years, it’s clear that the DOJ is not acting in good faith.
