Burisma Holdings founder Mykola Zlochevsky, who allegedly paid a total of $10 million in bribes to Joe and Hunter Biden in 2015 and 2016 in exchange for then-Vice President Joe Biden’s assistance in getting Ukrainian prosecutor Viktor Shokin fired, is believed to be an asset of Russia’s Foreign Intelligence Service (SVR) by the United States intelligence community, according to a national security source speaking to RedState on condition of anonymity. The official said:
“The US intelligence community has a high degree of confidence in their assessment of Zlochevsky as SVR. This is not a new assessment; the intelligence community under Obama knew this, and Obama was briefed on it. Joe Biden and Victoria Nuland were briefed as well.”
In a June 2021 RedState exclusive story about the defection of Chinese counterintelligence official Dong Jingwei, it was reported that among the “terabytes” of data Jingwei brought with him to the United States was information related to “details of meetings US government officials had (perhaps unwittingly) with Chinese spies and members of Russia’s SVR.”
It was revealed by Sen. Chuck Grassley (R-IA) on Monday that the “foreign national” mentioned in an FD-1023 form by a confidential human source (CHS) not only claimed to have bribed Hunter and Joe Biden but possessed a total of 17 audio recordings of his conversations with them about the arrangement. He created the recordings as a sort of “insurance policy.” It was not clear whether the FBI had copies of the audio recordings or not.
Last week Reps. Marjorie Taylor Greene, Anna Paulina Luna, and Nancy Mace said that the foreign national identified in the FD-1023 form is Zlochevsky.
In addition to forming Burisma, Zlochevsky was Ukraine’s Ecology and National Resources Minister from July 2010 through April 2012, and Deputy Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council from April 2012 through February 2014. He appointed Hunter Biden to the Burisma board in April 2014, and later that month his assets in the UK were seized by the Serious Fraud Office as part of a corruption investigation into Ukraine’s former President Viktor Yanukovich. Also on Monday, House Oversight Committee Chair Rep. James Comer issued a subpoena to Devon Archer, who was also named to the Burisma board and was Hunter Biden’s business partner during the timeframe in question.

Biden Whistleblower Tara Reade Files Urgent Appeal with United Nations in a Bid to Protect Her Liberty and Safety Against Biden Regime

In what is becoming an escalating international human rights concern, Tara Reade, a U.S. citizen, public interest whistleblower, podcaster, and author, has sought temporary asylum in Russia. The appeal follows what she describes as unlawful and political persecution from elements within the US government, namely those aligned with Joe Biden and the Democratic Party.
In 2019, Reade was one of seven women who bravely stepped forward with accusations of sexual abuse and harassment against then-presidential candidate Joseph Biden. At the time of the alleged misconduct, Reade worked for Senator Biden in 1993 and filed a report regarding the incident.
Since the allegation, Reade says that she has been systematically persecuted, with various government agencies turned against her. Her credibility was challenged, and a criminal investigation was launched against her, then subsequently closed. Moreover, in 2020, a federal grand jury was convened to investigate her, with the FBI issuing a subpoena to Twitter, which was purportedly coordinating with the bureau to suppress any negative information concerning the Biden family.
Ms. Reade contends that her rights to freedom of opinion and expression have been systematically violated. The crux of Reade’s persecution, she suggests, lies in fabricated allegations that aim to undermine her credibility and silence her voice as a whistleblower. These allegations notably violate international law and could be perceived as an intimidation tactic intended to dissuade others from reporting sexual abuse within the political landscape.
Last month, Tara Reade said Biden would be behind her death if something happened to her, adding that she’s not suicidal.
“I want to make something clear. If something happens to me, all roads lead to Joe Biden,” she wrote.
“Joe Biden and DNC political machine threats, bullying and intimidation over the last three years will not work. I am not suicidal. I should not be under investigation nor am I a foreign agent. I am a private citizen,” she added.
“Tara Reade, the Joseph Biden whistleblower has applied for temporary asylum in Russia under the UN protocol for asylees,” Dr. Jonathan Levy, Reade’s attorney, said in a statement to The Gateway Pundit.
“Ms. Reade was in the process of working with a member of the US House Subcommittee on Weaponization of the Government to provide testimony. She was tipped that her arrest in the US or a third country was imminent and that her safety could not be guaranteed. Other Biden whistleblowers have fled the country or are currently in hiding,” he added.
To protect her liberty and safety, she has now turned to the UN for support. Her attorney, Dr. Jonathan Levy, has submitted an urgent appeal to the UN Special Rapporteur on Freedom of Expression.
The appeal cites continuous government harassment and surveillance since 2019 and the imminent threat to her freedom.
With her move to Russia, Reade believes her safety is assured. The UN Special Procedure may prompt an inquiry with the United States government, seeking an explanation for the alleged behavior. Meanwhile, Reade remains committed to testifying before Congress and presenting her complete account to the American people under oath.

Sen. Chuck Grassley (R-IA) made a Senate floor speech Monday afternoon on the controversy about the FD-1023 FBI document that contains credible allegation that Joe Biden received a $5 million bribe from an executive with the Ukrainian energy firm Burisma while vice president. In the speech Grassley said the the version of the FD-1023 shown the House Oversight Committee last week was heavily redacted, but that Grassley had seen one with far fewer redactions. He then revealed that the foreign national behind the bribe said he kept audio recordings of conversations with Joe Biden (2) and Hunter Biden (15). There is also an allegation that Joe was involved in Burisma hiring Hunter. Grassley is calling for the public release of the FD-1023 “without unnecessary redactions.”

The Biden Justice Department and FBI Continue to Hide Information from Congress and the American People

Last week, I came to the Senate Floor to give a speech about the Biden Justice Department and FBI playing games with the American people by hiding the FBI-generated 1023 document from Congress.
Director Wray was going to be held in contempt for refusing to produce the 1023 that I told Chairman Comer about. Then, instead of contempt, the FBI committed to showing the 1023 and related documents to Congress.
So, the FBI showed but didn’t provide possession of that 1023 to the House Oversight Committee last week.
As the public knows that 1023 involves an alleged bribery scheme between then-Vice President Biden, Hunter Biden and a foreign national. The same allegations that Chairman Comer and I made public on May 3 of this year.
And on the same day that the FBI provided a redacted version of the 1023 to the House Oversight Committee, the Justice Department announced that former President Trump had been indicted and charged with 37 crimes relating to his alleged mishandling of classified records.
Attorney General Garland signed off on prosecuting Trump for conduct similar to what Joe Biden and Hillary Clinton engaged in. Two standards of justice in this country will turn our constitutional Republic upside down. Thanks to the political infection within the Biden Justice Department and FBI, we’re well along the road for that to happen.
This senator will do all that he can to fight that political infection. And you fight it by bringing transparency to what the government does. The public’s business ought to be public. Transparency brings accountability.
With respect to the 1023 shown to that House Committee, from what I’ve been told by folks who’ve reviewed it, it’s filled with redactions. So, Director Wray placed redactions on a document that’s already unclassified.
More than that, the FBI made Congress review a redacted unclassified document in a classified facility. That goes to show you the disrespect the FBI has for Congress. On a previous time on the Senate Floor, I asked my fellow senators what’s so unusual about an unclassified document being given to the public, when on May 18 of this year, there was leaked to the New York Times a classified document and even the name of a confidential human source. So, we’re kind of in a strange situation here. A classified document can be leaked to the New York Times, but an unclassified document can’t be made public to 300 million Americans.
Accordingly, Congress still lacks a full and complete picture with respect to what that document really says. That’s why it’s important that the document be made public without unnecessary redactions for the American people to see.

Special Counsel Jack Smith has used a recording against former President Trump. Well, what’s U.S. Attorney Weiss doing with respect to these alleged Joe and Hunter Biden recordings that are apparently relevant to a high-stakes bribery scheme?
Getting a full and complete 1023 is critical for the American people to know and understand the true nature of the document and to hold the Justice Department and FBI accountable.
It’s also important for asserting constitutional congressional oversight powers against an out-of-control Executive Branch drunk with political infection. Remember, Congress has received 1023’s in the past and they’ve been made public. So asking for this 1023 to be turned over to the American people to read is not unusual.
Congress owes it to the American people and the brave and heroic whistleblowers to continue to fight for transparency in this matter and make this document public without unnecessary redactions.

A product on the site labeled “Lick Penis Neon Sign” displays an image of a tongue licking a penis, accompanied by marketing images of young women licking lollipops and staring provocatively into the camera, Daily Caller reported.
There is also an option for a “Flying Penis Neon Sign” that is also advertised as “for kids” and features a picture of a happy little kid next to the sign.

Westfield’s announcement Monday that it would pull out of its namesake Downtown San Francisco mall is yet another blow to San Francisco’s beleaguered Union Square shopping district.
May’s announced closure of Nordstrom, the Westfield San Francisco Centre’s anchor department store, was a huge blow, but in fact, the shopping center had been steadily losing smaller tenants since 2020.
An analysis by The Standard shows that 45 stores, or 46% of the mall’s 97 pre-pandemic retailers, have closed since 2020. While 21 new stores have opened in the past three years, the wave of closures left the shopping center with many vacant storefronts.

Donald Trump’s Indictment Case has a Looming 2024 End Date
Below is my column in the New York Post on the Trump indictment and why so many citizens have little interest in its content or charges. The reaction of many citizens vividly shows the costs of years of biased and inconsistent decisions involving Democratic and Republican figures. The result is what you now see. The Justice Department has lost the room.
Here is the column:
When Special Counsel Jack Smith walked before cameras on Friday after the release of the Trump 44-page indictment against former President Donald Trump, he started with arguably his most difficult case to make.
He declared “we have one set of laws in this country and they apply to everyone.”
After years of scandal and documented political bias by key Justice officials, the line likely left many skeptical, assuming many were even watching.
The indictment was clearly a pitch to the public that this is a prosecution entirely removed from recent history.
We’re also meant to not think about the fact that the Biden Administration is charging the leading candidate opposing him in the upcoming election.
This indictment has merit, but the Justice Department lost the right to expect trust from the citizens years ago — long before the damning Inspector General’s Report and the recent report of Special Counsel John Durham.
To make matters worse, the same suspects have surfaced to celebrate Trump’s expected demise — and remind the public of the perceived double standard in Washington.
Peter Strzok, the FBI special agent who was fired over his anti-Trump bias in the Russian collusion investigation, cheered the indictment by tweeting a photo of handcuffs with Trump’s image.
Strzok seems to think that it is a good thing for Smith to remind everyone of how he promised his colleague and lover Lisa Page that she did not have to worry about Trump being elected because they had an “insurance policy” to “stop it.”
Hillary Clinton went on social media to hawk her line of merchandize mocking the case against her for storing classified material on her personal server and then destroying tens of thousands of emails sought by the Congress.
She sent out a picture mocking Trump while wearing her “But Her Emails” hat.
With millions of Americans wondering why Trump is being charged but Clinton was given a pass, Clinton decided to do a victory lap.
And hey, why not: James Comey is back.
It was Comey who declined to prosecute Clinton despite finding that she violated federal rules and handled classified material “carelessly.” He then launched a Russian collusion investigation that Durham found lacked minimal support against Trump.
Former President Donald Trump has been indicted by a federal grand jury on charges related to mishandling classified White House documents that were recovered at his Mar-a-Lago estate in Florida.
Trump unlawfully kept hundreds of documents after leaving office — including papers detailing America’s conventional and nuclear weapons programs, potential weak points in US defenses, and plans to respond to a foreign attack, federal prosecutors charged Friday.
The 45th president stored boxes containing the documents throughout his estate, including “a ballroom, a bathroom and shower, an office space, his bedroom, and a storage room,” according to a 49-page indictment filed in Miami federal court Thursday.
The indictment against Trump was unsealed hours after the 76-year-old announced he had been charged by Jack Smith, the special counsel tapped in November to examine Trump’s retention of official documents at Mar-a-Lago.
The indictment is the former commander in chief’s second since leaving office and marks the first time in US history a former president has faced federal charges.
In April, Trump pleaded not guilty to 34 felony counts brought by Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg related to hush money payments made to porn star Stormy Daniels prior to the 2016 election.
Nevertheless, Comey chose this month to declare that, in the 2024 election, “it has to be Joe Biden.”
For critics, that is consistent with his views and actions before he was fired as FBI director.
After Trump was indicted in a raw political prosecution in New York, Comey also went public to declare it a “good day.”
So in the court of public opinion, past history and hypocrisy may mean that few are swayed about whether they back Trump or not. Which leaves the criminal court.
This indictment has some devastating elements, including an audiotape in which Trump tells two visitors about a highly classified attack plan on Iran while admitting that it remained classified.
That tape directly contradicts his past claims of declassification and suggests that Trump was using the document as a type of trophy.
There are also damaging statements from former staff and counsel alleging that Trump actively sought to conceal documents.
Smith is now left in a battle not with Trump but time.
There are a variety of challenges expected from the Trump team, including arguing that the government misused the civil statute of the Presidential Records Act to launch a criminal prosecution.
They are likely to cite a 2012 opinion that Bill Clinton could remove classified tapes with foreign leaders — even if the tapes are designated to be presidential records.
Amy Berman Jackson declared “the [Presidential Records Act] does not confer any mandatory or even discretional authority on the archivist. Under the statute, this responsibility is left solely to the president.”
The Trump team is likely to litigate that and other questions.
While there are good-faith arguments to make in rebuttal, it will take time.
And if enough time passes, the ultimate judgment in the case will be the millions of jurors in the coming election.
Not only can Trump pardon himself, but fellow candidates like Vivek Ramaswamy have also suggested that they will also pardon him.
Smith’s case could end with a stroke of a pen.
It seems for both Comey and Smith, it has to be Biden in 2024.

After the Texas Legislature passed a measure this legislative session banning sexually oriented performances in the presence of children, East Texas drag queens are upset and protesting that they won’t be allowed to dance explicitly in front of children next year at “Pride” events.
Senate Bill 12 by State Sen. Bryan Hughes (R–Mineola), which takes effect September 1, prevents sexually explicit performances, such as drag performances, from being performed in the presence of a minor. Violation of this state law will result in a $10,000 fine and a Class A misdemeanor.

Ontario Doctor With Contrarian Views on Pandemic Policy PERMANENTLY Loses His Medical Licence
The College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO) has permanently suspended the medical license of Dr. Patrick Brian Phillips after its discipline tribunal, found that he was “incompetent” and undermined Canada’s public health response to COVID-19.
“We are dismayed by the deliberate steps you took to undermine the public health response to the COVID-19 pandemic”, the tribunal said in its decision dated June 6.
As a physician, the information you communicate is trusted by many. Your communications is trusted by many. Your communications to colleagues, patients, and your thousands of followers on social media regarding Covid-19 and public health response measures, were careless, often offensive and at times possibly harmful.
Phillips, who practiced medicine in Englehart, Ontario was first barred from issuing exemptions from Covid-19 vaccines, making requirements, and testing — as well as antiparasitic medication ivermectin in September 2021. The CPSO then temporarily suspended Phillip’s medical license on May 3, 2022, for “holding a medical opinion that is contrary to public health directives”.
On June 6, 2023, the tribunal found that Phillips “engaged in disgraceful, dishonourable or unprofessional conduct, failed to maintain the standard of practice of the profession (and) failed to respond appropriately or within a reasonable time to a written inquiry from the college.
The Tribunal also accused Phillips of spreading “misleading, incorrect or inflammatory statements around Covid-19; attempting to obstruct Covid-19 testing for a ten month old infant who had been exposed to the virus; making “inflammatory “ statements about public health restrictions, publicly criticizing Canada’s reporting system for adverse reactions; promoting vaccine exemptions via a website without clinical rationale; and having “heightened public fear during the global public health crisis”.
Additionally, the tribunal said Phillips failed to comply with the college’s investigation and monitoring order it imposed; posted the college’s investigative material on the internet; and disclosed online a private letter he received from an Associate Medical Officer of Health (AMOH), which opened the AMOH to abusive comments from those who shared Phillip’s views.
In addition to being reprimanded by the panel and having his license taken away, Phillips was also ordered to pay the college $6,000 in costs by July 6.

Phillips told The Epoch Times that he began “speaking out” about the government’s response to Covid-19 in 2020. Which lead to his first investigation by the CPSO. Phillips was concerned that the public health restrictions were causing more harm to Canadians than the virus itself.
Later on in the pandemic, when Covid vaccines were rolled out in 2021, a second investigation was opened after Phillips filled out too many Adverse Events following immunization (AEFI) forms for suspected Covid-19 vaccine injuries. Phillips said he filled out a total of 10 AEFI forms, but only one was accepted – a woman experiencing a light rash Post vaccination — was accepted.
Phillips said while working at a hospital in Kirkland Lake, he recommended against a 10 month old child receiving a nasal swab for Covid-10 because it involved potential risk to the child, such as brain bleeding. “There was no clear benefit, which is why I recommended that. Looking back, ( the local public health officer) saw that as me trying to interfere with their clinic”.
Phillips said “that in order to challenge the CPSO’s ruling which he would have been guaranteed to lose”, he would have needed to pay $10,000 per day for a trial”. He decided not to challenge the ruling because “the last few years have made me miserable”.
Additionally, Phillips said he likely would have some conflict with the COSO over prescribing of puberty blockers for children looking to gender transition as well as his opinion to medical assisted suicide assistance for people whose only underlying medical condition is mental illness.
Phillips said that while he is not sure what his next move will be, he knows of many doctors who are moving into alternative health fields.
“I’m in talks with others who are in similar situations to me, and we’re just seeing how we can kind of contribute to helping a lot of people who are suffering in the world right now”.

A fascinating scientific discovery could finally help us solve the problem of stray cats reproducing out of control.

The custom adenovirus AAV9-fcMISv2 is designed to prevent stray cats from reproducing. The virus causes few symptoms and feels “just like a cold.”
In the new study, Pépin, Swanson, and colleagues inserted the cat version of the AMH gene into a harmless virus widely used in gene therapy to ferry replacement genes into cells.
Scientists designed “gene therapy” transfects novel genes into female cats. (thus “gene therapy”.) They discovered that making feline bodies produce a so-called “antimüllerian hormone” would stop reproductive processes.
That changed when an unusual pair of scientists came together. David Pépin, a reproductive biologist at Massachusetts General Hospital, spent his early career researching antimüllerian hormone (AMH), which is produced by follicles in the ovary that give rise to eggs. When, in one experiment, he amped up the expression of the hormone in female mice, their ovaries stopped forming follicles, sterilizing the animals.
The adenovirus expressing this hormone (abbreviated AMH) works so well that female felines lose interest in mating. Despite putting males and females in one cage for extended periods, females displayed a reduced desire to mate, and no kittens were born even when mating took place, as the Nature article explains:
However, when estrus is defined behaviorally by the female permitting mounting and coitus, an effect of treatment can clearly be observed. All three control females mated repeatedly with both males, whereas four of the six treated females rebuffed every mating attempt by the breeder males during both mating trials (Table 1 and Supplementary Tables 1 and 2).
In contrast, no AAV9-fcMISv2-treated females gave birth during either trial and no gestational sacs or fetuses were observed at weekly ultrasound exams. Because no kittens were born from treated females, we did not assess maternal-fetal transmission of AMH.
I guess having fewer stray cats is a good thing. And yet, think about the possibilities: someone could design another virus that infects humans, which would render us infertile.
A nicely designed human infertility virus could appear to be “just a cold” that no one would worry about or notice. Humans also are affected by a similar anti-mullerian hormone, as this study explains:
Conversely, AMH is inhibitory but the decline of its expression, amplified by E2, allows full expression of aromatase, characteristic of the large antral follicles. We propose a theoretical scheme made up of two triangles that follow each other chronologically. In PCOS, pre-antral follicle growth is excessive (triangle 1) because of intrinsic androgen excess that renders GCs hypersensitive to FSH, with consequently excessive AMH expression.
People familiar with PCOS know that women affected by it have difficulties getting pregnant. So, while I am not a biologist, I can easily see that there are many possibilities for virus developers to create a “just a cold” virus that would shut down human reproduction while seeming to be totally mild.
Since Omicron infected most people on Earth within a few months since its debut, a sufficiently infectious (but “mild”) AMH-expressing virus could spread before we understand anything.

Target Stores in Five States Receive Bomb Threats After Removing Some Pride Month Items

Target stores in at least five states were evacuated over the weekend after receiving bomb threats, apparently over their removal of some Pride Month items last month.
The Washington Post reported Monday that local news outlets in Louisiana, New York, New Hampshire, Vermont, and Oklahoma received emails from anonymous people about bomb threats at the locations.
One email sent to Oklahoma City NBC affiliate KFOR listed seven locations in and around the Oklahoma City area and claimed that two of them already had bombs in them, hidden inside the store products. The email read that “the bombs will detonate in several hours, guess which ones have the bombs. Time is ticking,” and ended with the date “4/19/1995,” which is the date of the Oklahoma City bombing.
Oklahoma City Police Department spokesperson Gary Knight said that numerous news outlets told them about the threats. Authorities evacuated the stores but did not find any suspicious items.
Shawn Burke, the police chief of South Burlington, Vermont, said that news outlets in Vermont, New Hampshire, and New York all received the same email bomb threat over the weekend. The threat accused Target of betraying the LGBTQ+ community and named the locations of four stores in the three states, including South Burlington.
“I think it had quite an impact locally. It makes people a little bit uneasy to think about what’s going on. We’re more and more seeing this type of behavior in terms of swatting at schools locally and in terms of stores like Target,” Burke said.
Target also received bomb threats in stores in Ohio, Pennsylvania, and Utah from people claiming to be unhappy with the Pride Month merchandise’s removal.

Starbucks workers’ union accused the company on Tuesday of banning decorations for LGBTQ Pride Month.
The group, Starbucks Workers United, is alleging that the company’s corporate management has been asking its workers in at least 21 states to take down Pride decorations over the last two weeks, a claim that the company refutes.
The union said that workers in Massachusetts, for instance, were being told that there weren’t enough “labor hours” for employees to spend decorating. It added that in Oklahoma, some were told “it was a safety concern to block windows with flags” in light of threats to Target employees over that company’s Pride displays.
NBC News has not been able to independently verify the examples.
“If Starbucks was a true ally, they would stand up for us, especially during a time when LGBTQ+ people are under attack,” the group said in a lengthy Twitter thread. “A company that cares wouldn’t turn their back on the LGBTQ+ community to protect their already astronomically high profits.”
Starbucks rejected the accusations and reaffirmed its support for the LGBTQ community.
“We unwaveringly support the LGBTQIA2+ community. There has been no change to any policy on this matter and we continue to encourage our store leaders to celebrate with their communities including for U.S. Pride month in June,” Andrew Trull, a spokesperson for the company, said in a statement. He pointed to “commitments and actions” the company has taken to support the community during the past 40 years.
“We’re deeply concerned by false information that is being spread especially as it relates to our inclusive store environments, our company culture, and the benefits we offer our partners,” Trull added. “There has been no change to any policy on this matter and we continue to encourage our store leaders to celebrate with their communities including for U.S. Pride month in June.”
The Seattle-based coffee giant has been celebrating Pride in some capacity since 1996, according to its website. And despite the union’s accusations regarding the Pride decorations, it released three Pride-themed drink tumblers this month and is expected to sponsor Pride celebrations, as it has in years past.
The allegation comes amid unprecedented times for the nation’s LGBTQ community.
More than 490 anti-LGBTQ bills have been filed in state legislatures across the country this year — a historic first — according to the American Civil Liberties Union.

Many of the bills aim to curtail education on LGBTQ issues in schools, drag performances and transition-related health care, among other provisions, and have gained support from national Republican figures, such as former President Donald Trump and Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis.
In addition to the record-breaking legislation, threats and attacks directed to LGBTQ Americans have surged.
There have been an average of 39 anti-LGBTQ protests nationwide each month since June 2022 — according to recent report by the Crowd Counting Consortium, a research group that tracks the size of political protests — compared with just three per month from January 2017 through May 2022.
Just last week, a Pride flag was taken down and burned outside a City Hall building in Tempe, Arizona. And in New York City, a group of three men allegedly damaged multiple rainbow Pride flags on Saturday at New York City’s Stonewall National Monument.
The combination of legislation, threats and attacks has made navigating corporate commitment to the LGBTQ community arguably more complicated for large companies this Pride month.
Several weeks ago, Target pulled some of its Pride merchandise, following what a corporate spokesperson described as “threats impacting our team members’ sense of safety and wellbeing while at work.” Target previously did not respond to questions regarding the nature of the threats against employees.
Online, some right-wing activists drew attention to the company’s Pride collection, accusing the company of “indoctrinating and grooming.” Conservative activists took particular issue with a “tuck-friendly” bathing suit for adults and the collection’s apparel for children. Clothing items for kids include supportive slogans, including “just be you” and “trans people will always exist!”
In addition to pulling some products, some Target stores responded by moving their Pride merchandise displays to less visible locations.
The accusations against Starbucks also follow the firestorm around Bud Light’s partnership with transgender social media influencer Dylan Mulvaney this spring. The beer brand’s sales have dropped following an online campaign and calls for boycotts.
On Tuesday, some right-wing activists declared victory over the Starbucks allegations.
“Leftwing Trans activists claim this means Starbucks is ‘caving,’” Charlie Kirk, who is a conservative activist and radio show host, wrote to his more than 2.3 million Twitter followers. “Good! Keep the pressure on, folks.”

Rep. Anna Paulina Luna Says House Will Vote to Censure and Fine Adam Schiff for $16 Million on Thursday (VIDEO)

Last month, The Gateway Pundit reported that GOP Representative Anna Paulina Luna (R-FL) has taken another bold step by filing a privileged resolution to ‘censure, condemn, and fine’ serial liar Rep. Adam Schiff for his ‘egregious abuse of trust.’
The resolution, if successful, could result in a $16 million fine imposed on the controversial Democrat from California, which is half the cost of the Russia hoax investigation.
“This will be a privileged motion to censure & a $16 million dollar fine (half the cost of the Russia hoax investigation) meaning I WILL bring this vote to the house floor,” Luna wrote.
Adding, “I will not back down from this and I, along with my Republican colleagues, look forward to holding Schiff ACCOUNTABLE for his actions.”
On Tuesday, Rep. Luna announced that the House will vote to censure and fine Rep. Schiff on Thursday morning.
“I have introduced a resolution that will be voted on in the next two days to censure, investigate, and fine Adam Schiff for 16 million dollars,” Rep. Luna wrote.
“He abused his position of authority, lied to the American people, cost American tax payers millions, and brought dishonor to our chamber,” she added.
Any Republican who doesn’t vote for the resolution is exposing their real colors as members of the Deep State.
In her resolution, Rep. Anna Paulina Luna accused Schiff of repeatedly misleading the American people with false statements and fabrications, especially the Trump-Russia collusion hoax, “which was revealed as false by numerous in-depth investigations, including the report by Special Counsel John Durham.”
Luna argues that his behavior represents a betrayal of public trust and undermines the integrity of the legislative process.
“Representative Schiff exploited his position on HPSCI (House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence) to promote and excuse abusive intelligence investigations of Americans for political purposes,” Luna declared, making clear her indignation over the actions of her colleague.
Luna accused Schiff of manipulating his access to sensitive information, triggering an investigation based on fraudulent premises. The central contention is that Schiff utilized the resulting investigation to garner political advantage and boost his fundraising efforts.
“The American taxpayers shelled out $32 million to fund an investigation into collusion launched as a result of Representative Schiff’s lies, misrepresentations, and abuses of sensitive information,” said Luna.
The representative from Florida called for Schiff to be held financially accountable, proposing that Schiff should bear the burden of $16 million, half of the total investigation cost. This suggestion comes following an investigation conducted by the Committee on Ethics, which found that Schiff lied, misrepresented, and misused sensitive information.
“Be it resolved,” Luna stated firmly, “that the House of Representatives censures and condemns Adam Schiff for conduct that misleads the American people in a way that is unbecoming of an elected member of the House of Representatives.”
Luna’s resolution includes a requirement for Schiff to present himself to the well of the House of Representatives for the pronouncement of censure, followed by a public reading of the resolution by the speaker.
The Committee on Ethics is expected to conduct a further investigation into the allegations made against Schiff.
This move by Rep. Luna sends a strong message of accountability and integrity in office, focusing on the principles of honesty, respect for the rule of law, and judicious use of public funds. Students Revolt Against “Pride” Month Spirit Day at Massachusetts School; Glare at Teachers, Tear Down Signs, Wear Red, White and Blue, Chant “U.S.A. Are My Pronouns!”

Students at Marshall Simonds Middle School in the Boston suburb town Burlington, Massachusetts revolted against the school’s “Pride” month spirit day indoctrination on Friday June 2, glaring at teachers, tearing down posters and chanting “U.S.A. are my pronouns!” while wearing red, white and blue clothing and face paint. The protest was reported to be in part a response to the school ignoring Memorial Day two weeks ago while going all in on LGBTQI+ indoctrination.
The school had been decorated with “Pride” signs and stickers, including the “Progress Pride” flag. Students were encouraged to wear rainbow colored clothing. A sign with a quote from gay playwright Tennessee Williams’ play A Streetcar Named Desire adorned with “Pride” flags hung on the walls was taken as criticizing straight (heterosexual) people: “What is straight? A line can be straight, or a street, but the human heart, oh, no, it’s curved like a road through mountains.”
The protest came to light after a meeting was held Monday night to address the protest. The school principal said an anonymous snitch form had been established for students to report “hateful incidents.”

The incident happened on Friday when Principal Cari Perchase said “some students had independently organized a counter message to Pride Spirit Day.”
“This became evident in the lunchroom, where several groups of students wore red, white, blue, or black, including face paint,” Perchase wrote in a letter to families.
Perchase said stickers, banners and signs were also torn off walls and crumpled into water fountains.
“…groups of students were heard chanting, ‘U.S.A are my pronouns,’ and students glared intimidatingly at faculty members showing pride,” Perchase continued. “Students were shamed into removing their stickers or covering their clothing with rainbows.”
…Perchase said she received some feedback that the counter message was in response to the school not recognizing the observance of Memorial Day.
Perchase said the lack of recognition for Memorial Day was “an oversight” and said school officials apologized to students on Monday.
WCVB-TV reported on the meeting and spoke to a mother of one of the student protesters. The mother said her daughter was offended by the Tennessee Williams quote displayed in the school. There was a call at the meeting to reinstate the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion board.

The spirit day was requested and sponsored by Spectrum Club — a student group for LGBTQ+ students and allies.
As part of the event, the letter said, Spectrum Club decorated the school with handmade “Happy Pride Month” signs and educational posters with messages such as “Why it’s not ok to say ‘That’s so gay’.” The club members also put up rainbow streamers and Pride flag banners, handed out rainbow stickers, and invited students and faculty to wear rainbow clothing.

Other students tried to intimidate faculty and students showing support for Pride through glares, chanted “U.S.A. are my pronouns” in the halls, and wore red, white, and blue clothes with face paint in protest of the event, the letter said.
…To help remedy the situation, Perchase said the school designated a meeting time during which students could express their concerns to administrators and created an anonymous form for students to report specific hateful incidents. She also said the school would look into providing a program that would teach students tolerance, acceptance, and respect.
WBZ-TV reported an LGBTQI+ activist group is demanding “consequences” for the students (excerpt):
Nancy Bonassera, co-chair of the Burlington Equity Coalition, said that students were invited to wear rainbow clothing on June 2 in celebration of Pride Month.
“On that same day there was a counter-demonstration in response to what should have been a day to celebrate,” she said. “Students wore red, white and blue clothing, chanted ‘my pronouns are USA’ and destroyed rainbow decorations at the school.”
The coalition is calling for “consequences” for the students who participated in the counter-protest and is urging the district to fill a diversity, equity and inclusion role that they say has been vacant for almost a year.
“We also believe that without any direct and concrete action, these incidents will occur again and increase in severity,” Bonassera said.
…Select Board member Michael Espejo said a “bad light has been cast over our town.”
“I was very upset, I’ve lost sleep over it,” Espejo said about the incident. “It kind of shocked me to my core. I didn’t think something like that could happen in Burlington.”
Burlington Schools Superintendent Eric Conti, Ph.D., issued a statement condemning the student protesters (excerpt):
..The rise in anti LGBTQ+ violence across the country is unacceptable and has no place in our schools. We recognize that intolerance can manifest in many different ways, and unfortunately our school community experienced intolerance during the school day on Friday. Students who participate in the Spectrum Club led a celebration of National Pride Month that included posters in support of identity pride, and other symbols of LGBTQ+ identity such as rainbow flags and clothing. Unfortunately, some of these symbols were damaged on Friday during the school day by some students. The Spectrum Club is one of many interest-based clubs where students who share similar interests, along with allies, can gather and support one another. Like any spirit day celebration at MSMS, participation is optional. Respectful behavior across the entire student body, however, is non negotiable.
I recognize that discussions and celebrations of individual identity are complex and impacted by individual values, religions, and cultural norms, the result of which may include expressions of racism, anti-religious hate, ableism, and in this case homophobia. The Burlington Public Schools are obligated to provide a safe environment for all students to feel safe, seen, and respected without retaliation….
