The Most Important Dataset of the Pandemic Was Just Released

Germany Has Provided The Means To Quantify The Human Cost Of The Experimental Vaccination Program

[…]Today, the AFD hosted a press conference to unveil the data of those 72 million patients (the 90% of Germans with statutory health insurance) AFD had obtained from KBV. This data summarizes the number of times all ICD-10 (an international standard) diagnostic codes were used by German healthcare providers for these patients (outside of hospitals) from the first quarter of 2016 to the first quarter of 2022.

Tom Lausen is a data activist who had previously revealed the PEI and the RKI (the German equivalent of the CDC) were concealing concerning vaccine safety data and was allowed to analyze both BKK and AOK’s data. For this presentation, Lausen was able to provide a preliminary summary of the KBV data a few days after it was released

    PIC :,c_limit,f_webp,q_auto:good,fl_progressive:steep/

This is probably the most important graph of Lausen’s presentation. We have all heard stories of individuals dying suddenly after vaccination (I’ve even read a report of an individual who appeared to be in good health making a thump in another room and being found dead shortly after by their spouse).

This issue was recently brought to the public’s attention with Died Suddenly, a documentary that effectively brought attention to this issue, but also had factual errors which were counterproductive for persuading the public that this issue is real. However, while some of the proof that Died Suddenly provided to assert the existence of the sudden death phenomenon could not stand up to outside scrutiny, the same cannot be said of the KBV data.

  8. SWEDEN – Banning headscarves in Swedish elementary schools is unlawful, top court rules

The Supreme Administrative Court in Sweden rejected plans by local authorities to ban headscarves in early years educational facilities, claiming clothing that expresses religious affiliation is protected by European human rights legislation

Plans by two municipalities to ban headscarves and similar garments in kindergartens and elementary schools are unlawful, Sweden’s top administrative court ruled on Thursday.

The Supreme Administrative Court, located in Stockholm, ruled that clothes which express religious affiliation are protected by both national and European laws on freedom of expression.

The two municipalities of Staffanstorp and Skurup, in the southern Swedish district of Scania, wanted to prohibit the wearing of the Islamic garments. The former had planned to ban headscarves for children in pre-school and up to and including sixth grade, while the latter proposed banning all head garments for both staff and students of early years educational facilities.

The municipalities have been at odds with the Swedish parliament, the Riksdag, over the plans for some time, with the legislature regularly rejecting proposals in recent times.

A previous legal ruling had held that the proposed headscarf ban is contrary to the constitutional provision on religious freedom and to the European Convention on Human Rights, local news outlet SVT reported.

In its decision on Thursday, the Supreme Administrative Court chose to rely upon the freedom of expression principle enshrined in the European legislation, ruling that expressions of religious affiliation are protected, and extend to items of clothing.

“Limiting the right to wear a headscarf has effects on individuals and is therefore a limitation of freedom of expression,” said Sweden’s Justice Minister Ulrik von Essen in a press release on Thursday.

“For the restriction to be permissible, it must be supported by law. Such legal support is missing in national law and therefore the municipalities’ decision must be annulled,” he added.

  9. Change is here: Canada’s ban on certain harmful single-use plastics starts to take effect this month

    News release
    December 17, 2022 – Montréal, Quebec

Canadians want to see an end to the harmful impacts of plastic pollution on nature and wildlife and the time to act is now.

As Canada welcomes the world to the 15th Conference of the Parties (COP15) to the United Nations Convention on Biological Diversity, the Government of Canada reaffirmed its steadfast commitment to address plastic pollution and protect biodiversity here at home, and around the world.

Today, the Honourable Steven Guilbeault, Minister of Environment and Climate Change; the Honourable Jean-Yves Duclos, Minister of Health; and the Honourable Joyce Murray, Minister of Fisheries, Oceans and the Canadian Coast Guard, announced the next important steps in the Government of Canada’s ban on harmful single-use plastics.

Effective December 20, 2022, the manufacture and import for sale of the following harmful single-use plastics in Canada will be prohibited:

    checkout bags
foodservice ware made from, or containing, problematic plastics that are hard to recycle
    stir sticks
    straws (with some exceptions)
The ban on the manufacture and import of ring carriers will enter into force in June 2023.

Over the next decade, this world-leading ban on harmful single-use plastics will result in the estimated elimination of over 1.3 million tonnes of hard-to-recycle plastic waste and more than 22,000 tonnes of plastic pollution, which is equivalent to over one million full garbage bags.

The Government of Canada will continue to be guided by science as it takes additional measures toward its zero plastic waste goal. The Government is working with provinces, territories, and industry to set an ambitious collection target of 90 percent for recycling plastic beverage bottles. It is also developing regulations to require that certain plastic packaging contain at least 50 percent recycled content and to establish clear rules for labelling recyclable and compostable plastics. Draft regulations are targeted for publication as early as fall 2023. In addition, the Government is developing a plastic registry to hold plastic producers accountable for their plastic waste.

These measures put Canada among world leaders in the fight against plastic pollution and will help to meet the commitments of the Ocean Plastics Charter. Internationally, Canada continues to advance global ambition as a founding member of the High Ambition Coalition to End Plastic Pollution. Canada is working with countries and stakeholders globally to develop an ambitious and effective legally-binding treaty to end plastic pollution. The world must act urgently and concretely to tackle plastic pollution and Canada will continue to be a strong contributor to this effort.

“We promised Canadians we would deliver a ban on certain harmful single-use plastics. Today, we’re following through on that commitment by prohibiting the manufacture and import in Canada of five of the six categories of these harmful single-use plastics. With this ban, and our participation toward achieving a global treaty, we’re joining the global effort to reduce plastic pollution and protect our wildlife and habitats. There is a clear linkage between a world free of plastic pollution and a sustainable world, rich in biodiversity—a world that also best supports the health and economic security of Canadians, protects our environment, and helps in the fight against climate change.”

    – The Honourable Steven Guilbeault, Minister of Environment and Climate Change

“As climate change continues to pose a serious threat to our health, limiting plastic pollution is crucial not only for our environment, but for our overall well-being. With this ban, we are expected to avoid 1.3 million tonnes of plastic waste over the next ten years across Canada, leading to less pollution and healthier communities.”

    – The Honourable Jean-Yves Duclos, Minister of Health

“Each year around the world, approximately 8 million tonnes of plastic pollution enters the oceans. The ban on single-use plastics is a significant step the Government of Canada is taking to mitigate this serious threat to the marine environment and protect our critical aquatic ecosystems, so they remain healthy and abundant for the next seven generations.”

    – The Honourable Joyce Murray, Minister of Fisheries, Oceans and the Canadian Coast Guard

“The convenience of single-use plastics comes at a devastating cost to our oceans. Plastic products like six-pack ring carriers and shopping bags are consistently found in the stomachs of whales and around the necks of seabirds. Once in the ocean, plastic can persist for hundreds of years. This ban is the first step toward stopping the problem at its source.”

    – Anthony Merante, Plastics Campaigner, Oceana Canada

    Quick facts
The six categories of single-use plastic items in the Regulations were specifically selected because they are commonly found in the environment, are harmful to wildlife and their habitat, are difficult to recycle, and have readily available alternatives.

The six categories of single-use plastic include: checkout bags, cutlery, foodservice ware made from hard-to-recycle plastics, ring carriers, stir sticks, and straws.

To provide businesses in Canada with enough time to transition and to deplete their existing stocks, the Regulations will enter into force through a phased approach:

Starting on December 20, 2022, with the prohibition on the import and manufacture of single-use plastic checkout bags, cutlery, foodservice ware made from problematic plastics, stir sticks, and straws; the prohibition on the sale of these items will come into force in December 2023.

In June 2023, the manufacture and import of ring carriers in Canada will be prohibited and the sale of these items will be prohibited in June 2024.

As of June 2024, the sale of flexible straws packaged with beverage containers will be prohibited.

By the end of 2025 the Government will also prohibit the manufacture and import for the purposes of export of all six categories of single-use plastics, making Canada the first among peer jurisdictions to do so internationally. These phased timelines recognize the complexity associated with retooling manufacturing lines for these products.

Exceptions to the ban on straws allow single-use plastic flexible straws to remain available for people in Canada who require them for medical or accessibility reasons. This includes for use at home, in social settings, or in healthcare settings, such as hospitals and long?term care facilities. All other types of single-use plastic straws will be prohibited.

The Government will use the Canadian Council of Ministers of the Environment (CCME) Roadmap to Strengthen the Management of Single-Use and Disposable Plastics and robust science and other evidence to analyze potential future actions to target harmful and problematic plastic items.

The 15th Conference of the Parties (COP15) to the United Nations Convention on Biological Diversity focuses on agreeing to a new Global Biodiversity Framework to guide the world’s collective efforts to protect nature and halt biodiversity loss around the globe.

    Published December 20, 2022 at 10:14am

A federal judge has halted the implementation of California’s gun control scheme, which allows individuals the right to sue businesses and anyone involved in the production, sale, transportation, or distribution of banned “assault weapons” and “ghost guns,” Fox News reported.

Earlier this year, California Governor Gavin Newsom signed a bill, modeled on a Texas abortion measure, that will allow individuals, local governments, and the state’s attorney general to sue gun manufacturers over crimes that are committed with their weapons

The Firearm Industry Responsibility Act will also ban the manufacture or sale of guns that are “abnormally dangerous and likely to create an unreasonable risk of harm to public health and safety in California.”

On Monday, U.S. District Judge Roger Benitez of the Southern District of California granted a permanent injunction against a law that enables private citizens to sue manufacturers of guns, ruling it unconstitutional.

Changes to the Electoral Count Act were included in Joe Biden’s $1.7 trillion budget.

    Fox News reported:

Doctors Stunned: This Removes Wrinkles and Eye-bags Like Crazy! (Try Tonight)
Surgeon: This ‘Ends’ Neuropathy – Do this Immediately
Democrats and Republicans have attached legislation rewriting the 19th-century Electoral Count Act to President Biden’s $1.7 trillion budget, a move that lawmakers say could help avert a repeat of the Jan. 6, 2021 assault on the U.S. Capitol.

The bill, which is the byproduct of bipartisan negotiation, would clarify that the vice president only has a ceremonial role in counting Electoral College votes.

“Reforming the Electoral Count Act is necessary to prevent it from being manipulated to subvert, rather than support, the peaceful transfer of power,” said Rep. John Sarbanes, D-Md.

The ambiguity surrounding the vice president’s role under the 1887 Electoral Count Act was put to the test after the 2020 election. Former President Trump and his allies argued that the law allowed the vice president to reject electors from states with irregularities.

It was another cave from RINO Republicans in the Senate.

Trump responded on Truth Social by saying that the change proves the Vice President had the authority to not certify the 2020 election.

    Truth Social:

I don’t care whether they change The Electoral Count Act or not, probably better to leave it the way it is so that it can be adjusted in case of Fraud, but what I don’t like are the lies and “disinformation” put out by the Democrats and RINOS. They said the Vice President has “absolutely no choice,” it was carved in “steel,” but if he has no choice, why are they changing the law saying he has no choice?

Simply put, it is because the Vice President did have a choice, and looking back at it now, the 2020 Voting Fraud was far greater than anyone thought possible, with even our Government, through the FBI, changing the results of the Election by millions and millions of votes.

    Trump was right!

However, the Committee’s splashy finale lacked any substantial new evidence to make a compelling criminal case against former President Donald Trump. The Committee repackaged largely the same evidence that it has previously put forward over the past year. That is not enough. Indeed, the reliance on a new videotape of former Trump aide Hope Hicks seems a case ofputting “hope over experience” in the criminal Justice system.

While still based largely on the failure to act, Rep. Adam Schiff (D., Cal.) insisted that “if that’s not criminal, nothing is.” The opposite may be true from a First Amendment perspective. If the failure to act is criminal, it is hard to see what would not be criminal under this standard.

After members like Schiff, again, promised new evidence to support criminal charges, the Committee continued its pattern of rehashing previously known evidence with network-qualityvideotapes.

The failure of the Committee to offer any new and direct evidence of criminal conduct was obvious at the outset. Vice Chair Liz Cheney began her remarks by again detailing what Trump failed to do. It was a repeat of the prior hearings and for some likely left the impression of actors who are refusing to leave the stage long after the audience departed.

French police confirmed one teenager was killed after being struck by a vehicle
Police deployed with riot gear, water cannons and tear gas to quell the unrest
France beat Morocco 2-0 to dump the North African nation out of the World Cup
Shocking video footage has emerged of the moment a teenage boy was run down on the streets of Montpellier as Moroccan fans riot following their World Cup semi final defeat to France.
The boy, 14, was part of a large group of what appeared to be Moroccan supporters marauding down Rue de la Mosson in the southern French city when they happened upon a white hatchback with a French flag flying out of its window.
The group descended on the car, attempting to rip the flag away from its owner, when the driver panicked and performed a hasty U-turn to cross into the oncoming lane and make a quick getaway.
Several members of the crowd could not react in time and the teenager was sucked under the wheels, sustaining critical injuries. Authorities confirmed he was transferred to a nearby hospital but later died.
Riot police are battling to maintain order as French and Moroccan football supporters clashed in cities across France and Belgium following the semi-finals of the World Cup.
Scenes from the southern French cities of Montpellier and Nice saw fans fighting in the streets, launching flares at one another and setting fire to rubbish bins in the streets while cops brandished batons and used water cannons to quell the unrest.
In Brussels meanwhile, roughly 100 Moroccan fans gathered near Brussels South station, throwing fireworks and other objects at lines of police dressed in riot gear but dispersed quickly when tear gas was deployed.
Some 10,000 police officers in France and Belgium were gearing up for carnage on the streets tonight after Les Bleus dumped underdogs Morocco out of the World Cup. Around 2,200 officers, many of them equipped with riot gear, are stationed in Paris alone with police vans and barricades lining the Champs-Elysees.
Morocco fans in France had been in a celebratory frenzy ever since their team went on its historic World Cup journey, becoming the first African and Arab team to reach the last four in the global showpiece event.
In some places, including the Champs-Elysees, the supporters clashed with police, destroying cars and shop windows after beating Portugal in the quarter-finals, while supporters ran riot in Brussels when their team defeated the Red Devils 2-0 in the group stage.
Supporters poured into Paris’ freezing Champs-Elysees on Wednesday after a World Cup semi-final between France and Morocco which for millions tugged at the heartstrings, as ‘Les Bleus’ won 2-0 to reach the final for a second time in a row.
They were flanked by hundreds of police trucks securing the area as fans let off fireworks.
Deeply enmeshed by their colonial bonds and post-war flows of migrant labour from North Africa to France, the two nations share a history that has shaped their identities and their politics, and made for a sometimes edgy relationship.
France and Belgium are both home to a large Moroccan community, many of whom have dual citizenship.
Last Saturday, when Morocco beat Portugal in the quarter-finals, 20,000 fans descended on the Champs-Elysees to celebrate the historic win but clashes broke out between supporters and riot police who fired tear gas, with 100 people arrested after shops were damaged and cars set alight.
In Belgium, police were forced to seal off parts of capital and the port city of Antwerp while officers also deployed water cannons and fired tear gas to disperse crowds as violence broke out following Morocco’s 2-0 victory over the Red Devils in the group stage.
Dozens of rioters set steps on fire and threw bricks at cars, before riot cops moved in when one person suffered facial injuries, according to a police spokesperson.
Tonight, police were more prepared, having lined the pavement of the Champs-Elysees with barricades and police vans.
‘We preferred to come early because it will be chaos later on. We just want to celebrate our win and we can really feel it will get crazy,’ said student Kerene Massuka who came with a friend carrying a French flag.
Crowds of supporters from both countries were seen entering the Christmas-decorated boulevard after the final whistle, where authorities were bracing for tens of thousands despite temperatures around 0 Celsius.
The stakes were high on both sides.
Morocco had a shot at becoming the first African nation to reach a World Cup final, but France are now poised to become the first team to retain their World Cup title in 60 years on Sunday.
Theo Hernandez scored in the fifth minute in a perfect start for the holders, who would have been looking for an early strike to silence the rowdy Moroccan support at the Al Bayt Stadium and dent the confidence of their team.
But it still proved a close-fought match as Morocco overcame injury blows and showed no deference to France´s reputation, taking the game to them in a gallant effort that added to the glowing reputation they have earned at the tournament.

  19. BREAKING: Georgia Supreme Court Reverses 2020 Election Case Dismissal for “Lack of Standing”…Sent Back to Lower Courts
    By Brian Lupo
    Published December 20, 2022 at 4:00pm

Back in October, The Gateway Pundit reported on a ruling that came down from the Georgia Supreme Court that essentially gave voters the right to sue election officials:

Unlike federal law, however, that injury need not
always be individualized; sometimes it can be a generalized
grievance shared by community members, especially other
    residents, taxpayers, voters, or citizens.

The case was the Sons of Confederate Veterans et al. vs Henry County Board of Commissioners. The case was originally used by the Georgia Court of Appeals to dismiss VoterGA’s ballot case in Fulton County. However, the Sons of Confederate Veterans case ended up in the Georgia Supreme Court where the above cited opinion granted voters standing to sue as community members with a generalized grievance.

The Georgia Record was the first to report on this huge ruling:

This is one of two major wins in the movement for election integrity and figuring out what truly happened in the 2020 election and in the 2022 midterms (in Arizona with the move to trial in Lake v Hobbs). Jeffords et al v Fulton County et al is a case supported by and Garland Favorito that is challenging the county to provide physical paper ballots for tabulation and inspection.

Nancy Pelosi who was involved in the actions on Jan 6 at the US Capitol created the committee herself. Republicans appointed to the committee were ignored so Pelosi picked her own “Republicans” – Liz Cheney and Adam Kinzinger.

Cheney was destroyed in her recent attempt to run for reelection in what was reportedly the worst defeat for a sitting member in Congress in history. Kinzinger was a bit smarter and did not run.

The Jan 6 Committee ignored why 1 million people showed up in Washington DC that day. They ignored the fact that Pelosi refused to bring in troops to protect the Capitol ahead of time even though President Trump requested troops to be on hand.

The festival of Hanuka is approaching
It fills us all with joy.
A woman never fails to do her duty,
For she is entrusted with the hanukiyah.

The Hasmonayim on this bright day
    Showed us their great valor.
    We shall always remember them
And we shall always bless our great God.

What a pleasure it is for the children
When they begin to receive sweets,
    Beautiful toys from their father
With warm hugs from their mother.

God saved us from great sorrow.
May he always be our great savior.
May we never have trouble or sickness,
    May we never know bitterness.
