  1. Silly Government. In Canada these malcontents wouldn’t get past the concrete barricades, checkpoints and hundreds of armed guards at Parkliament Hill.

      • This was predicted by certain astute economic pundits when the U.S. embarked on inflation control. Consequentially the withdrawing of liquidity is felt first by peripheral emerging market economies. Turkey is another example. It will come here, too.

        • I’ve noticed an increased frequency of empty ATM machines. Word is going around to withdraw enough cash to satisfy your needs for two months.

          Yes, these problems are heading our way but we won’t react with the same wrath. We won’t storm Parliament and burn down Joe or Justin’s residence. Because we’re not into acting in such a way when in despair, our dictators have free rein till the next election.
