This is the speech given by James Topp when he arrived at the War memorial after his stunning walk from Vancouver BC. Despite being there early, I did not get a great view of James himself as he spoke. His handlers had the press mostly up on a ledge at the side of the War Memorial area. But the audio is good, and you can see how many people where right there with him. The entire triangle where the monument is, was just as packed. There were indeed thousands and thousands there.
