Trump concedes, and the left puts both thumbs on the scales: Links 2, Januray 7, 2021

1. Ottawa shopping software company, Shopify, bans Trump products from its app based on a 100% lie repeated by Canadian media and elsewhere

Facebook isn’t the only big tech company taking action against Donald Trump’s web presence in the wake of yesterday’s riots in Washington, D.C.

Shopify, which hosted shops related to Trump’s campaign paraphernalia and the outgoing President’s personal brand, TrumpStore, has apparently taken down both of those properties.

Shopify  does not tolerate actions that incite violence. Based on recent events, we have determined that the actions by President Donald J. Trump violate our Acceptable Use Policy, which prohibits promotion or support of organizations, platforms or people that threaten or condone violence to further a cause,” a Shopify spokesperson wrote in a statement to TechCrunch. “As a result, we have terminated stores affiliated with President Trump.”

Both the consensus lie and the truth can be seen in this post.

  1. Well, kidz. I think we been had. I have been thinking quite a bit about the demented posts that Lin Wood has been posting over a period of time, and I have come to the conclusion that he is taunting and mocking the patriots, using their little light of hope against them. Treating them like gullible idiots that will swallow anything.

The Spectacle sucked us in, it was quite a show, and then, the boot. Ok then. Let’s not forget.

  2. As far as I can see, the choices are: concede but oppose vigorously; a military coup (really counter-coup); popular revolt. The former requires political backing and the Republicans won’t give it. The other two seem unconscionable.
