5. Wisconsin Election Commission Might Have Violated State Law By Allowing Clerks To ‘Fix’ Ballots, Report Says

“The statute is very, very clear. If an absentee ballot does not have a witness address on it, it’s not valid.”

A new report points out that an executive branch agency called the Wisconsin Election Commission allowed local county election clerks to “fix” ballots by filling in missing addresses for witnesses, and that might have violated a Wisconsin law requiring ballots to have a witness address to be validated.

Wisconsin Statute 6.87(6d) states unequivocally, “If a certificate is missing the address of a witness, the ballot may not be counted.”

But in August, the Wisconsin Elections Commission issued a directive stating that a clerk could fill in the address of the voter:

To make sure your ballot is counted, double check the following before you return it: Your voter information: this section is usually completed by your clerk and includes the date of the election, the county and municipality in which you are registered, your name, the address where you are registered, city, and zip code. Voter Signature: you (or your assistant) must sign in the Certification of Voter section. Witness Signature and Address: your witness must sign and provide their full address, (street number, street name, city) in the Certification of Witness section. Make sure your ballot is in your envelope and make sure the envelope is sealed properly.

8. James O’Keefe Releases Video Exposing Ballot Destruction in Pennsylvania, Immediately Gets Censored by Twitter

(Twitter appears to be using a variant of Alinsky Rule 4. Hold Trump and his supporters up to their own standards to an impossibly high level, such that they fail. Meanwhile, the left has no standards, so nothing to hold them up to.)

Project Veritas founder James O’Keefe has been censored again by Twitter shortly after releasing a video of a whistleblower attesting to voter irregularities in Pennsylvania. The video can still be accessed on Facebook at the present time.

The video pertains to spoiled ballots being handled in an unlawful manner with their destruction by Pennsylvania elections workers against protocol. Pennsylvania Board of Elections Director Tom Freitag confirmed in the video that the law was not followed.

The video opens with an ominous quote: “During this very important time, those involved in the voter count PA investigation should know that they won’t have all their spoiled ballots to use in their official recount.”

    The head of the DOJ Election Crimes Division resigned one hour after the announcement! So, the head of the Election Crimes Division doesn’t want to investigate election crime…
    Why has he been collecting a paycheck for the last 4 years if he doesn’t want to/won’t investigate election crime? Oh, and BTY he is an Obama hold over and was involved in the Lois Lerner IRS scheme to suppress conservative non-profit NGO’s. Surprise!
