Since March 2015, the Saudi-led Arab alliance, working in cooperation with Hadi’s forces, has been conducting air, land and sea operations against the rebels, who control the capital of Sanaa and large areas in northern and western Yemen.

“Indian security forces on Thursday morning detected an Improvised Explosive Device (IED) in Jammu and Kashmir’s Baramulla district, officials said.
They said that a major tragedy was averted by the timely detection of the IED by a road-opening party of local police and the Indian Army’s 32 Rashtriya Rifles in the Chatloor area on Baramulla-Handwara Road.
A senior official of the security forces told Sputnik that the IED was concealed in a sand bag, placed near a bus stop at Chatloora in the Dangiwacha area of the district.
“It is learnt that the IED was planted by terrorists to target security forces. A bomb disposal squad was rushed to the spot, which destroyed the IED without causing any damage,” the officials said, requesting anonymity.
Officials of the security forces are now sanitising the area.
A similar IED was found by security forces in Kashmir on Monday which was also safely defused, officials added.”

“Integration Minister Susanne Raab has rejected the idea of migrant enclaves in Austria, saying she would not support a Chinatown or a Little Italy developing in the country.
Minister Raab made her comments following an Austrian integration report that claims that around a quarter of the country’s population now come from migrant backgrounds. The report also revealed that since 2015, Austria has taken in more asylum seekers per capita than anywhere else in Europe.
“The refugee crisis in 2015 was a turning point that has changed Austria and integration in a lasting way,” Raab said at a press conference this week, Austrian tabloid Kronen Zeitung reports.
Raab noted that Austria has “achieved a lot in integration in the last ten years, but there is still a lot to be done”. She added: “We don’t want a Chinatown, we don’t want Little Italy.”
The report also noted that in the capital of Vienna, over a quarter of school students, 26.4 per cent, did not speak German as a first language, a figure up from 17.6 per cent just ten years ago.
Head of the Expert Council on Integration Katharina Pabel, who also took part in the press conference, acknowledged that two-thirds of children with migrant backgrounds failed to meet normal standards in reading and argued for a mandatory second year of kindergarten.
Raab announced that the government, led by Chancellor Sebastian Kurz, would focus on promoting migrant women as “integration engines” and help them find jobs. Currently, just one in ten migrant women has found work after being in Austria for four years.
Migrant parallel societies are an issue in many Western European countries like neighbouring Germany, where migrant-background no-go areas exist in cities like Duisberg and Cologne. In Germany, at least a quarter of the population now comes from migrant-backgrounds.
Sweden, which also took a high percentage of migrants relative to its population during the migrant crisis, has also seen issues with migrant-populated no-go areas. Most recently, the city of Gothenburg saw gangs impose curfews and roadblocks.
Austria’s rebuke of parallel societies follows the same stance as their neighbour to the east, Hungary. Under the government Prime Minister Viktor Orbán, who has long argued against mass migration, Foreign Minister Péter Szijjártó said last year that “parallel societies represent a huge security risk a huge security threat”.
“Look at the western part of Europe: in the last four years there were more than 30 major terrorist attacks committed by persons with a migratory background; more than 300 people were killed and around 1,400 injured,” he said.”

“A Pakistani court sentenced a Christian man to death after finding him guilty of blasphemy for insulting Islam’s Prophet Muhammad in text messages he sent to a Muslim co-worker in 2013, a defense lawyer said Thursday.
Saiful Malook said his client, 37-year-old Asif Pervaiz, was convicted and sentenced this week in the eastern city of Lahore. It was the latest example of the Islamic nation’s strict upholding of blasphemy laws.
Malook said the court rejected Pervaiz’s denial of the charges and he plans to appeal.
Pervaiz was accused of blasphemy by Muhammad Saeed Khokher, a supervisor in a hosiery factory where Pervaiz worked. During his trial, Pervaiz claimed he was accused after he refused to convert to Islam.
Prosecutors, however, submitted evidence that Pervaiz sent text messages to Khokher that contain insulting remarks against Islam’s Prophet, according to a court document. Khokher in his testimony denied pressuring Pervaiz to change his religion.
Under Pakistan’s blasphemy laws, anyone accused of insulting Islam or other religious figures can be sentenced to death if found guilty. While authorities have yet to carry out a death sentence for blasphemy, just the accusation of blasphemy can cause riots in Pakistan.
The latest development comes weeks after a Pakistani man killed an American, Tahir Naseem, inside a courtroom in the city of Peshawar where he was on trial for blasphemy. Naseem had been arrested two years ago after he allegedly declared himself Islam’s prophet.
Domestic and international human rights groups say blasphemy allegations have often been used to intimidate religious minorities and to settle personal scores. A Punjab governor was killed by his own guard in 2011 after he defended a Christian woman, Aasia Bibi, who was accused of blasphemy. She was acquitted after spending eight years on death row and left Pakistan for Canada to join her family after receiving threats.”

European court: Flanders should overturn ban on ritual slaughter
A decision by the Flemish government to ban the slaughter of animals without stunning goes too far, and is not in line with EU law, according to an advice issued by the advocate-general of the European Court of Justice (ECJ).
In 2017, the minister at the time in charge of animal welfare, Ben Weyts (N-VA), proposed a ban on the slaughter of animals without them being stunned beforehand, and the proposal was passed by the Flemish government.
Stunning animals prior to killing them is routine in Western slaughterhouses, but is not common practice in the religious traditions of the Jewish or Muslim faiths.
The ban would mean that slaughterhouses in Flanders would not be able to deliver kosher or halal meat to their customers.
The practice whereby animals are slaughtered outside of approved slaughterhouses, such as happens at particular points of the religious calendar, was not addressed by the Flemish rule, as it is already illegal, albeit rarely implemented.
As it is, ritual slaughter is still able to be carried out in Brussels and Walloon regions, but only in approved premises, and by butchers approved by the religion and by the region.
Flanders was the exception, and that was the case brought by several religious organisations to the Constitutional Court of Belgium, which passed the question to the ECJ for their advice.
The latest development is an advice to the Court by advocate-general Gerard Hogan. The advice is not in itself binding, but in general the Court is inclined to follow the advocate-general’s advice more often than not.
In his opinion, advocate-general Hogan points out that EU regulations on slaughter express a clear obligation to take account of the welfare of animals “which are sentient beings”.
However it also includes the provision for “a derogation from that rule, addressing the necessity to guarantee the entitlement of those of certain religious faiths to preserve essential religious rites and to consume meat of animals which have been slaughtered in this religiously prescribed fashion”.
The law, then, the opinion states, represents “the desire of the EU legislature to respect the freedom of religion and the right to manifest religion or belief in worship, teaching, practice and observance, as enshrined in the Charter, despite the avoidable suffering caused to animals in the context of ritual slaughter in the absence of prior stunning”.
The European Commission is of the opinion that EU legislation properly reflects the balance between animal welfare and freedom of religion.
European Commission Vice-President Frans Timmermans was reported saying in May 2017 that according to his personal point of view, ”ritual slaughter should not be a problem if it is done by people trained to do so”. He added that, “On animal welfare, let the facts speak for themselves. Let science testify as to the suffering of animals when they are slaughtered”.
Flemish minister Weyts criticised the opinion of the advocate-general of the ECJ.
“I fundamentally disagree with this advice,” he said in a response. Many Islamic countries already carry out ‘sedated slaughter,’ which is a sort of middle ground.
“Flemish democracy has spoken to end slaughter without stunning,” he said.
“In parliament, the vote was almost unanimous. I would therefore find it aberrant if that democratic decision was overturned in court.”
In an audit report in November 2018, the European Court of Auditors slammed wide-spread farm animal abuses in EU member states.
If the opinion of the advocate-general is accepted by the Court at a later date, the Court’s ruling will then be sent back to the Constitutional Court of Belgium, to allow it to make a judgement of its own.

UK – MASS TEST BID ‘Operation Moonshot’: £100BILLION plan could see entire UK population tested for coronavirus in just a week
TEN million daily Covid tests will be dished out to get Brits back to the footie, theatre and their mate’s house under new Government plans costing £100billion.
The entire population of the UK could be tested in a week under Downing Street’s ambitious Operation Moonshot programme.
Boris Johnson vowed to roll out new tests which can deliver results in just 15 minutes.
He said a negative result would give Brits a “freedom pass” — allowing people to mingle like they did before Covid.
But this morning Transport Secretary Grant Shapps admitted that the new tech wasn’t ready yet.
He told Sky News this morning: “This is technology that, to be perfectly blunt, requires further development – there isn’t a certified test in the world that does this but there are people that are working on prototypes.”
He added: “We know this isn’t simple to achieve, but we hope it will be possible through technology and new tests to have a test which works by not having to return the sample to a lab.”
Britain will bring its testing capacity up from 300,000 a day to 500,000 by the end of October.
And after that ministers want to roll out mass testing to everyone as soon as it’s possible.
The PM said last night: “Through that Moonshot of daily testing – everybody gets a rapid turn-around test in the morning, 15 minutes later you know whether you are infectious or not.”
He added: “Our plan will require a giant, collaborative effort from government, business, public health professionals, scientists, logistics experts and many, many more.
“Work is underway — and we will get on at pace until we get there, round the clock. We are hopeful this approach will be widespread by the spring.”
Ministers have drawn up plans to pump £100billion into the programme, according to a document leaked to the British Medical Journal, but this was played down by Government sources.
Under the plan, Brits would swab themselves in the morning and be given a 24-hour pass to mingle without having to stick to social distancing rules.
A person could prove they had tested negative by either electronically presenting their result, or showing a printed card.
The tests will be trialled in the Covid hotspot of Salford from next month.
However, critics have pointed out that the hugely expensive plan costs almost as much as the NHS’s yearly budget for England – £130bn.
The health service represents some 20 per cent of all public spending.
The ‘moonshot’ spending also equates to the cost of the nation’s education budget and represents a near-30-fold increase in the UK’s testing capacity.
In a memo sent to the first minister and cabinet secretaries in Scotland revealed by the BMJ, it was warned: “This is described by the prime minister as our only hope for avoiding a second national lockdown before a vaccine, something the country cannot afford.”
Currently, around 350,000 daily tests being carried out at the moment.
However, many have recently reported problems getting a test as labs reach a “critical pinch-point”.
Meanwhile, Matt Hancock this week slammed holidaymakers for triggering coroanvirus test shortages.
The Health Secretary warned some were abusing the system, with healthy people getting needlessly tested before jetting off on their holidays.
He told BBC Breakfast: “We have seen this quite sharp rise in the last couple of weeks of people without symptoms who don’t have a good reason coming forward to get a test.
“There have been stories of whole schools, or parts of schools, being all sent to get a test – that is not acceptable, that is not an appropriate use of our testing resources.
“I’ve even heard stories of people saying, ‘I’m going on holiday next week therefore I’m going to get a test.’ No – that is not what the testing system is there for.”
This week, the Government’s director of testing and Test & Trace, Sarah Jane-Marsh, was forced to apologise after people were told they could not get a swab.
All home tests were also unavailable.
On top of that, experts have warned lab capacity may mean it’s not feasible to roll out the plan.
And Professor Chris Whitty said that while he believes it’s “likely” such testing will exist in the “not-too-distant future”, he added: “Not-too-distant future covers quite a wide rime range.”

The World Health Organization (WHO) is admitting that the vaccines pushed by the likes of technocratic overlord Bill Gates and other globalists have caused a polio outbreak in Sudan that is now spreading across Africa.
They admitted that two Sudanese children – one from South Darfur and another from Gedarif – had been paralyzed because they were given the oral polio vaccine. The outbreak is reportedly spreading to Chad and Cameroon now.
“Sequencing of viruses isolated in Sudan so far reflects that the viruses are related with viruses reported earlier in neighboring Chad from where there were multiple separate introductions into Sudan from Chad. There is local circulation in Sudan and continued sharing of transmission with Chad,” the WHO wrote in their official statement about the scandal.

Hate crime charges for women who attacked Trump supporters
DOVER, Del. (AP) — Two women are facing hate crime charges after confronting a 7-year-old boy and his mother outside the Democratic National Convention in Delaware over their support of President Donald Trump and seizing a “Make America Great Again” hat.
A grand jury on Tuesday indicted Olivia Winslow and Camryn Amy, both 21, on felony charges of robbery, conspiracy and hate crimes and a misdemeanor charge of endangering the welfare of a child.
Amy also was indicted on misdemeanor charges of assaulting a man who tried to retrieve the hat, attempting to assault his mother, and offensive touching of the boy.
The indictment accuses the women of committing the crimes “for the purpose of interfering with the victim’s free exercise or enjoyment of any right, privilege or immunity protected by the First Amendment to the United States Constitution, or committed said crime because the victim had exercised or enjoyed said right or rights, …”

“Greek media have published photographs claiming to show Turkish security services at the border helping migrants cross into Greece by watching out for border patrols.
The photographs, which are said to have been taken along the Evros river on the Greek border with Turkey, show migrants crossing the river in an attempt to get to Greece, while a Turkish armoured vehicle watches from a distance.
According to a report from Greek newspaper Proto Thema, the Turkish border authorities were not in the area to stop the migrants from crossing into the European Union, but were on the lookout for border patrols and agents of the EU’s border agency Frontex.
The paper states that an estimated 500 migrants attempt to cross into Greece every day, with dozens trying to make the crossing along the border in the Evros region. Around 80 per cent of the migrants arriving from Turkey are said to be from Pakistan, Afghanistan, and Bangladesh.
Turkey has previously been accused of helping illegals get across the border in March, with a Turkish soldier admitting to helping the migrants.
“We have checked that everything has gone well and that the smugglers do not charge too much. We also have intelligence about where and when it is safe to get over,” the soldier had said.
Earlier this week, Greek Deputy Minister of Migration and Asylum Giorgos Koumoutsakos warned that Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan might threaten to open the gates to a large number of migrants in the coming weeks as tensions between Greece and Turkey remain high.
“If Erdogan flirts with the thought of exerting pressure through migration, he may not stop at Evros but move on to the islands,” Koumoutsakos said.
The EU is set to meet later this month and discuss possible sanctions against Turkey over its behaviour in the Mediterranean, where Erdogan has controversially approved seismic research in areas of the Mediterranean Sea which Greece asserts is a part of its exclusive economic zone (EEZ)…”

“Pope Francis called for a new approach to international migration Thursday, insisting that people need to view migration as a positive phenomenon rather than a problem.
Addressing participants in the European project “Snapshots from the Borders” led by Lampedusa Mayor Salvatore Martello, the pontiff said that Europe needs to offer “a more humane and coordinated response to the challenges of contemporary migration.”
“Borders, which have always been considered as dividing barriers, can instead become ‘windows,’ spaces of mutual knowledge, of mutual enrichment, of communion in diversity,” Francis said. “They can become places for experimentation with models to overcome the difficulties that new arrivals entail for native communities.”
The key, he suggested, is a change in mentality that views migrants as persons.
“It is essential to change the way we view and talk about immigration,” he asserted. It is about putting people, faces and stories at the center.”
“The current migration scenario is complex and often has dramatic implications,” he said. “The global interdependencies that determine migratory flows need to be studied and understood better.”
“The challenges are manifold and challenge everyone,” the pope said. “No one can remain indifferent to the human tragedies that continue to take place in different regions of the world.”
Pope Francis has been one of the most vocal advocates of international migration on the world scene, proposing it as worthy not only of acceptance but of promotion and encouragement.
Last September, Francis asserted that immigration is an effective means of mixing races and cultures that should be positively encouraged.
Xenophobia is “part of a populist mentality that leaves no sovereignty to the people. Xenophobia destroys the unity of a people, even that of the people of God,” Francis told a gathering of Jesuits during his 2019 visit to Africa.
“There are those who want to stop this very important process of mingling cultures, which gives life to people,” he said. “Mixing makes you grow, it gives you new life. It develops racial mixing, change and gives originality.”
“The mixing of identities is what we have experienced, for example, in Latin America. There we have everything: Spanish and Indian, the missionary and the conqueror, the Spanish lineage, people’s mixed heritage,” he added.
“Building walls means condemning yourself to death,” Francis said. “We can’t live asphyxiated by a culture as clean and pure as an operating theater, aseptic and not microbial.””

The Arab League on Wednesday refused to endorse a Palestinian draft resolution condemning the United Arab Emirates for its normalization agreement with Israel, a move that is a severe blow to the Palestinians, Ramallah officials said.
The proposal was presented by the Palestinians to a meeting of Arab League foreign ministers, and Palestinian officials said some Arab countries objected to it.
After the Israel-UAE deal was announced, the Palestinian Authority called on Arab states to reject the agreement and said it had not authorized anyone to speak on its behalf.
PA Foreign Minister Riad Malki, speaking to the ministers’ meeting by videoconference, thanked some Arab countries for not moving toward establishing ties with Israel. He also labeled the efforts of US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo and US senior adviser Jared Kushner to forge the Israel-UAE deal as “blackmail.”
Tensions between the Palestinians and some Gulf states have risen sharply following the agreement’s announcement.
Last month, the Arab League turned down a PA request to hold an emergency meeting to discuss the deal. The Palestinians have denounced it as a “stab in the back” and a “betrayal of al-Aqsa Mosque, Jerusalem and the Palestinian issue.”
The Arab League then said the accord, along with other issues, would be discussed by the foreign ministers at their ordinary meeting, which took place on Wednesday.
Palestinian officials have accused some Gulf states of foiling the plan to hold the emergency meeting and also accused them of thwarting a Palestinian draft resolution to condemn the UAE for normalizing ties with Israel. They called on other Arab countries not to follow suit.
The foreign ministers also discussed Iranian and Turkish interventions in the internal affairs of Arab countries.
In his speech, Malki said that some Arab states had cut financial aid to the Palestinians at the behest of the US administration. In reference to the Israel-UAE deal, he said it “legalizes normalization for free and revives the ‘Deal of the Century’ after we thwarted it.”
The “Deal of the Century” is US President Donald Trump’s vision for Middle East peace, “Peace to Prosperity.”
Malki also stated that the Israel-UAE deal “recognizes occupied Jerusalem as Israeli territory.” The deal, he said, was an “earthquake that undermines joint Arab action” and put the Palestinians on the defensive.

President Trump’s Israel-United Arab Emirates diplomatic breakthrough continues rippling out across the world.
Saudi Arabia and Bahrain both announced Wednesday they will now allow flights from Israel to use their airspace en route to other destinations, according to the Times of Israel:
The two Gulf countries agreed last week to open their skies to Israeli flights to the United Arab Emirates following the announcement of the normalization deal between Jerusalem and Abu Dhabi.
According to the president’s son-in-law, Jared Kushner, the deal knocks down a barrier to Israeli airlines that had been in place for 72 years. It directly helps Israeli airlines.
Israeli airlines had been at a significant disadvantage in the past, being forced to take a detour of several hours skirting the Gulf and Iran on flights to the Far East. Saudi Arabia last year allowed Air India flights to Israel to use their airspace, but not El Al flights on the same route.
Allowing the use of Saudi and Bahraini airspace makes direct flights between Tel Aviv and the Emirates viable by cutting flying time from some seven hours to only three and a half hours.
In Abu Dhabi, the UAE is following up on the deal by ordering hotels to serve kosher foods, according to Fox News.
Authorities in Abu Dhabi sent a memo Tuesday instructing all hotels in the city to offer kosher food and beverage options, anticipating a surge in Israeli and Jewish travelers following the landmark peace agreement between Israel and the United Arab Emirates.

The most significant outcome from the Israel-UAE deal to date is what the Arab League did, or rather did not do, this week. The Palestinians, whose leaders have denounced the rapprochement between Israel and the UAE, attempted to get the Arab League to condemn the deal.

The most it has been able to accomplish so far is to praise other Gulf states that have not followed UAE’s lead in normalizing relations with Israel. But Bahrain is already reportedly in “advanced talks” to normalize its relations with Israel. Oman may follow suit.
Both Kosovo and Serbia announced last week that they will open embassies in Jerusalem, a huge move that has largely gone underreported. Just the United States, Guatemala, and a few other countries have moved their embassies to Jerusalem or are considering the move. Kosovo and Serbia add to that number and are the first European nations to do so.
The effects of the deal are being felt worldwide. In Rwanda, which already enjoyed normalized relations with Israel, a Taarifa editorial sees signs of an emerging Israel-Arab alliance.
The Palestinian Authority ought to understand that other Arab countries, such as Bahrain and Oman, will sooner than later follow the UAE’s initiative, and they too will insist that Israel is no longer annex further Palestinian territory. At this juncture, the Palestinians cannot stop other Arab states from normalizing relations with Israel, as they in principle have decided that their national interest precedes that of the Palestinians’, albeit they will still push and promote the idea of establishing a Palestinian state.
Guess who loses in this scenario (besides the Palestinians, if they continue to reject peace). Trump’s Israel-UAE deal establishes a foundation for real peace, helps our allies diplomatically and economically, all at the expense of Iran, Hizballah, and Hamas.
Contrast this with the disastrous Obama-Biden Iran capitulation, which sent billions in cash to the autocratic mullahs and allowed Iran to take steps to get closer to nuclear weapons capability.

Options traders who specialize in hedging against risk get it. According to a recent report from FoxBusiness, “the options markets are signaling the very real possibility that neither President Trump nor Joe Biden will be the clear-cut winner on Election Day, Nov. 3.”
Instead of a clear-cut victor there will be chaos. So-called “peaceful” protests. Media outrage. Riots.
And the chaos will all be aimed at one goal: changing the outcome of the election, which otherwise the Democrats are sure to lose.

Because I’ve been studying the Democrats’ game plan for the past eight years, since I was a Republican nominee for Congress in Maryland in 2012.
I saw first-hand many of the tactics that a former Democrat Party election operative recently revealed in a stunning insider’s account published by the New York Post.
The operative, a self-styled Bernie Sanders supporter, accomplished his dirty work for years in New Jersey, and “led teams of fraudsters and mentored at least 20 operatives in New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania,” the Post reported on August 29.

Paris police bans planned weekend ‘Yellow Vests’ protest
PARIS (Reuters) – Police have banned a planned demonstration in Paris by the “Yellow Vests” anti-government movement this weekend,on the grounds it could result in public disorder.
In a statement on Thursday, police said they were also banning the “Yellow Vests” from gathering in parts of the capital such as the Champs-Elysees, the parliament building and Notre-Dame Cathedral.
Protesters have been circulating messages on social media, urging people to assemble in Paris this Saturday for a demonstration, even though there are bans on mass gatherings as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic.
The protests, named after the yellow high visibility jackets French drivers have to keep in their cars and which have been worn by demonstrators, began in November 2018 after public anger against fuel tax rises.
Those taxes were subsequently scrapped but the movement has lingered on and morphed into a broader anti-government protest.
A “Yellow Vests” demonstration on Dec. 1, 2018, resulted in some of the worst unrest Paris had witnessed in decades.

One of the things the left has to do to destroy Western Civ and Western Cultures is to destroy the traditional moral codes. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) is warning parents that their children may be kept from their parents overnight due to COVID-19 concerns, as states set up COVID-19 shelters where infected individuals could be forcibly quarantined.
“Tell school administrators about any extra supplies your child may need to safely make it through a night away from home,” the CDC wrote to parents in their advisory. “Bring extra medicines, special foods, or supplies your child would need if separated overnight.

University of Rhode Island Professor Erik Loomis appeared to defend the murder of Aaron “Jay” Danielson, the member of the right-wing group Patriot Prayer, during recent social unrest in Portland, Oregon.

On September 3, the Global Times, the Communist Party tabloid, reported that Beijing was “likely” to sell some or all of its U.S. Treasury holdings.
More important, the paper suggested the United States might for the first time ever default on its debt obligations.
China is certainly trying to destabilize the United States, and it looks as if it’s about to declare total economic war on America.
Beijing has tipped its hand. The question for the Trump administration, therefore, is whether America should strike first.
Yes, it should, and Washington should hit Beijing as hard as it can. A vicious attack merits an overwhelming response.
“China,” the Global Times reported, “may gradually reduce its holdings of U.S. Treasury bonds to about $800 billion from the current level of more than $1 trillion, as the ballooning U.S. federal deficit increases default risks and the Trump administration continues its blistering attack on China, experts said.”
The Chinese paper then quoted Zhou Maohua of China’s Everbright Bank: “Not defaulting before does not mean it won’t default in the future, and risks are accumulating with the ballooning debts and the slumping economic outlook in the U.S.”
Yes, debts are “ballooning.” As a result, a two-year upward swing in the value of the dollar ended in March. Thank China for the reversal in the greenback’s fortunes. Large federal budget deficits resulting from coronavirus-relief measures and the expectation that the Federal Reserve will keep interest rates ultra-low have undermined the American currency.

“The Joint Forces Command of the Coalition will continue to implement all necessary precautions to protect civilians and civilian objects, and all required operational procedures to stop such terrorist acts and failed attempts in accordance with the Customary International Humanitarian Law,” the statement added.
Earlier in the day, the Coalition said that its forces intercepted and destroyed an explosive-laden drone launched by the Iran-backed Houthi militia in Yemen toward targeting civilians and civilian facilities in Najran early Thursday.
This is for the third consecutive day, the Coalition forces have intercepted and destroyed armed drones launched toward the Kingdom.
On Tuesday, the Coalition intercepted and destroyed an armed drone launched by the Houthis, and they stopped another UAV early Wednesday morning launched toward the southern region of the Kingdom.
The Houthi militia has stepped up cross-border drone attacks recently in blatant defiance of the international humanitarian law and its customary rules.”
