Virtually unknown in Canada, and certainly unheralded, Dr. Norman Bethune was magnified and glorified by Mao and Chinese communists who declared him a national hero.
Bethune was not in China to help humanity. It was not sick people he tended, but wounded communist soldiers. So Canadians became conditioned to the idea that by publicly revering Bethune, it gave them an advantage with the Chinese. The irony is that were Bethune alive, he’d be outraged and horrified at how he is manipulated.

A mother was arrested on 4/21 in a public park with her kids. She was arrested for trespassing. This protest happened later that day.
UPDATE: This was a setup by the woman and an activist group. It was NOT an organic event.
In a sense it makes no difference if the police did arrest her for playing with her kids in the park, even if her people did call them. The point is valid. But several people are researching this and saying she is acting like an Obama type activist and now people are stalking the police officer’s home. This is certainly not as cut and dried as they made it appear.
HOWEVER, if she was arrested for the reasons stated, then in some ways it makes little difference. In any case be aware this is not how it is made to appear.

Citizens confront police officer AT HIS HOME for arresting a mother and making her leave her kids at a park, for pushing her kids on a swing.
They should do a citizens arrest of the officer for kidnapping.
Learning more I do not support this “activist” mom.
