(The text is hard to scrape. One of the take-aways is that “397 people were tested, and 146 were positive and none of them had any symptoms” whatsoever. It might be reasonable however to guess that people at a homeless shelter might have lifestyles which have symptoms similar to or greater than Covid 19 for most people. A serious hangover from questionable quality alcohol might give a headache large enough to hide any headaches Covid 19 would have.)

3. Facebook will start nudging users who have “liked” coronavirus hoaxes

(And yet so many of the Red Pilled still use FB as a central part of their networks.)

The company will point users who have interacted with harmful information about the coronavirus to the WHO.

 

Facebook just announced another step in trying to set the record straight about misleading information about the novel coronavirus on its platform. In the coming weeks, the company will start directing people who have previously “liked,” reacted, or commented on “harmful misinformation” about Covid-19 to information from more authoritative sources, such as a myth-busters website by the World Health Organization (WHO).

 

This represents one of the first times Facebook will warn a specific set of users who have interacted in the past with false information. Experts have argued for years that the social network is rife with misleading information that taints public discourse and asked Facebook to take the retroactive approach.

 

“We want to connect people who may have interacted with harmful misinformation about the virus with the truth from authoritative sources in case they see or hear these claims again off of Facebook,” wrote Guy Rosen, Facebook’s vice president of integrity, in a company blog post released on Thursday. The notifications will apply only to Facebook and not its other platforms like Instagram and WhatsApp.

People who I believe would not have died had they not contracted this disease, and some of whom where young and one who was 60 and exceptionally healthy. A drop in public health spending on pandemic preparedness, a drop in the number of warehouses for storing the national emergency stockpile and a reduction in the amount of material the federal government kept on hand to back up the provinces.

 

Those are all things that have happened since the Trudeau Liberals took power in 2015 and are now hampering the national response to COVID-19.

 

For weeks the Trudeau government has been straining itself to explain why supplies of personal protective equipment, such as masks, gloves and gowns, ran out so quickly once COVID-19 hit Canada.

 

While the day-to-day operation of the health system is the responsibility of the provinces, there has been an agreement in place for the past 15 years that sees the federal government act as a backstop in times of pandemic.

7 Chinese Coronavirus Is a Man Made Virus According to Luc Montagnier the Man Who Discovered HIV

Contrary to the narrative that is being pushed by the mainstream that the COVID 19 virus was the result of a natural mutation and that it was transmitted to humans from bats via pangolins, Dr Luc Montagnier the man who discovered the HIV virus back in 1983 disagrees and is saying that the virus was man made.

 

Professor Luc Montagnier, 2008 Nobel Prize winner for Medicine, claims that SARS-CoV-2 is a manipulated virus that was accidentally released from a laboratory in Wuhan, China. Chinese researchers are said to have used coronaviruses in their work to develop an AIDS vaccine. HIV DNA fragments are believed to have been found in the SARS-CoV-2 genome.

According to Professor Luc Montagnier, winner of the Nobel Prize for Medicine in 2008 for “discovering” HIV as the cause of the AIDS epidemic together with Françoise Barré-Sinoussi, the SARS-CoV-2 is a virus that was manipulated and accidentally released from a laboratory in Wuhan, China, in the last quarter of 2019. According to Professor Montagnier, this laboratory, known for its work on coronaviruses, tried to use one of these viruses as a vector for HIV in the search for an AIDS vaccine!

These are the times our ancestors warned us about. Totalitarianism lands on us like a jove, and for our own good of course. People must film every interaction with police who may be arbitrarily exercising extra-legal authority. This must not be allowed to become a new-normal.

While the precautionary principle can be reasonable, the thuggish nature of some police forces, mostly the UK from what we see on this site, but somewhat in Toronto and parts of the US, cannot be or go unchallenged.

This also seems the right time to spell out a subtle but important distinction between two similar concepts.

The precautionary principle, Vs. Pascal’s wager.

In the precautionary principle we look at a set of options and go with what appears to be the safest factoring in the cost of that option. The precautionary principle is reasoned, and worth considering even if not always the path chosen.

Then you have the logical fallacy of Pascal’s wager.

The way that goes is (from memory)

If you do not believe in Jesus Christ and you are wrong, you go to hell and an eternity of torture. But if you are right there is no benefit to you.

But if you do believe in Jesus Christ as your lord and saviour then you enjoy an eternity of heavenly bliss after death, And if you believe and you are wrong, then you do not suffer for the belief. So you may as well believe on the chance that you are right because if you do not believe and you are wrong the cost is so amazingly high.

This is the logic of global warming people if you drill down with questions far enough for them to bother to explain this to you.

The reason it is a fallacy is because there is indeed a cost to false belief.

If you believe in Jesus and he is not real, or who you think he is, you could easily make massive decisions that effect the well being of yourself and all the people under your influence. Even life or death decisions. There is always a cost to false belief, which Pascal does not factor in.

With man-caused global warming its even easier to see how believing in it, causes expensive decisions which draw resources from fighting real environmental problems like pollution and animal extinctions and deaths of industry etc. etc.

The problem with the Covid19 AKA Wuhan Flu or CCP WMD decisions is they seem to slide from a precautionary principle into a Pascal’s wager set of options. The cost of these options is incalculable. Not just to the economy, but to our basic rights and liberties.

The fact that Canada, who we now see has many decision makers that are clearly taking instructions from a hostile communist China, is considering criminalizing any expression or statement of fact that contradicts Canada’s Sino-centric policies in all matters from Covid to telecoms is a far greater problem than the consequences of Covid19 even at Italian proportions. The entire population in slavery and the end of freedom of thought and civilization and limitless and arbitrary police powers to force your choices of purchase and movement is a greater price than the losses we see in parts of Italy.

And there are reasons to believe that Italy’s losses had more to do with bad policies like “hug a Chinese person who just came back from Wuhan” exercises than normal spread of the disease would indicate is the case.

Also, we are failing to update policies with new data which shows that the models are inaccurate to two orders of magnitude. And we are being prevented from seeing the proof of that at our empty hospitals etc. And remember, the models that predicted that “hospitals are war zones” did factor in social distancing effects.
