7. OIC wants March 15 to be observed as international day against Islamophobia

JEDDAH – The Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) has called on the United Nations and other international and regional organizations to declare March 15 as international day of solidarity against Islamophobia, Saudi Press Agency (SPA) quoted OIC Secretary General Dr. Yousef Bin Ahmed Al-Othaimeen as saying on Saturday.

Al-Othaimeen stressed that the call comes to enhance global awareness of the danger of Islamophobia, hatred and intolerance against Muslims, calling on the international community to take practical measures to address this phenomenon and promote tolerance, understanding and peaceful coexistence in the world.

Al-Othaimeen was speaking on the occasion of the first anniversary of the terrorist attack, which targeted two mosques in Christchurch, New Zealand, and killed a large number of innocent worshipers, expressing the organization’s sympathy and solidarity with the families of the victims and the Muslim community there.

    • This widely-reported story of the “martyr”, Siamand Mashhadani, is strange.
      This name is NOT found in a search in Farsi OR Arabic, according to Israeli analysts. Maybe this is a nom de guerre. Or Iran playing head-games?

      • Iran may be playing head games, it is about all they can do without getting more missiles raining on their heads.

    I shall start compiling a list of all the Imams in Canada who are promoting Shari’ah law in Canada.
    My absolutely favourite promoter of hate and Islam in Canada, the Canadian head of the terrorists group and off shoot of the Muslim Brotherhood hoods will be a great example to introduce to the Canadian people. There may be some shock and awe when the electorate discover what a vile man we have living amongst us.

        • He also says Canadian soldiers are “War Criminals” and is still allowed to live in Canada, thanks to Justine Trudeau. He should have been deported back to Iraq years ago, and most likely would have been if all the clowns had not left the circus to become politicians.

    Duterte tore up the 1953 defense pact with the USA for whatever dirty deal the ChiComs offered. A gang of crooks run the government, a worthless shiite-hole in an exceptionally strategic location.

    Beats those artificial islands sinking into the South China Sea. This isn’t a territory we can easily cede to our strategic enemy. Pestilence might enlighten Duterte and his cronies. Or kill enough of them to correct course.
