Personally I am trying to understand the multidimensional nature of the dialectic push leftwards.
Whenever I see a movement born of Marxism and then screwed down under the spiral of the never ending cycle of negation, I find it valuable. That is what I see in this clip. Another woke person suddenly coming to realize that their own choices can only exist in a matrix of rational thought and freedom. The matrix conservatives provide and pay for in blood and treasure.
So she slumps forward asking for acceptance from those who at least tolerate who she is, and think in a way that allows for an honest exchange. Both being things the left have weaponized to its own negation. The left is eternally intolerant using the word tolerance, and eternally dishonest while holding the rest of us up to an idealized version of our own standards so that we must fail it.
I thought this clip was an amazing example of that. And we see it more and more as female athletes who call themselves feminists suddenly realize they backed the horse that was pulling their own house down.
I dunno, Eeyore. I think the “woke” leftists are a just a simple bunch of knee-jerk contrarians who spend way too many calories on whining and avoiding adulthood. If they spent half as much time working on personal and professional development as they spend on complaining, they probably wouldn’t be leftists at all after awhile.
If it was knee jerk contrarianism they wouldn’t always be moving the centre line in one direction. Leftwards.

I was watching the far left news channel CNN last week and two of the popular show hosts were laughing at Trump’s hats and T-shirts geared towards black Americans for Trump. One of the t-shirts simply said “WOKE” on the front of it and the white host says something like “He is so far from woke” and the black host, slightly admonishing to him, says “Woke is so yesterday; nobody says it any more.” I wanted to hurl … “So much time expended on these labels.” “Kufar, bourgeois, breeders.” Cis-and trans lesbians! Wow, I need a dictionary. I need to get “woke.”
