1. Chinese methods of containment are so brutal they border on the comic
Far less so, the pointless beating to death and other abuse of dogs for reasons that escape me. If there ever was a reason for a 2nd amendment, this is it. Frankly I couldn’t watch it past 35 seconds.
Another graphic video of killing dogs I did not watch.
2. Teck withdraws application for $20B Frontier oilsands mine
(Trudeau’s total sabotage job of the Canadian economy and culture is going swimmingly well)
Vancouver-based Teck Resources Ltd., has withdrawn its application to build a massive oilsands project in northern Alberta, citing the ongoing debate over climate policy in Canada.
The federal government was slated to make a decision this week on whether to approve the $20.6-billion, 260,000-barrel-per-day Frontier.
Sources close to the project confirmed to CBC News the application was withdrawn.
The company said it will take a $1.13-billion writedown on the project, which it said would have created 7,000 construction jobs, 2,500 operating jobs, and brought in more than $70 billion in government revenue.
“We are disappointed to have arrived at this point,” CEO and president Don Lindsay wrote in a letter addressed to federal Environment Minister Jonathan Wilkinson, posted to the company’s website Sunday evening.
“Teck put forward a socially and environmentally responsible project that was industry leading and had the potential to create significant economic benefits for Canadians.”
Lindsay wrote that customers want policies that reconcile resource development and climate change — something he said the region has yet to achieve, but he did not clarify if the region he was referring to was Alberta or Canada.

EU Commission to staff: Switch to Signal messaging app
The move is part of EU’s efforts to beef up cybersecurity, after several high-profile incidents shocked diplomats and officials.
The European Commission has told its staff to start using Signal, an end-to-end-encrypted messaging app, in a push to increase the security of its communications.
The instruction appeared on internal messaging boards in early February, notifying employees that “Signal has been selected as the recommended application for public instant messaging.”
The app is favored by privacy activists because of its end-to-end encryption and open-source technology.
“It’s like Facebook’s WhatsApp and Apple’s iMessage but it’s based on an encryption protocol that’s very innovative,” said Bart Preneel, cryptography expert at the University of Leuven. “Because it’s open-source, you can check what’s happening under the hood,” he added.
(This is highly recommended for all non-Narrative thinkers. Make it your default msg app. If you are talking to someone without it, you will see an unlocked icon. If the other person has it, you will see a lock icon)
4. There is a confirmed case of Wuhan Flu in Munich. No links for this at the moment. But the source is excellent.
5. Alberta Court Of Appeal Rules Trudeau Carbon Tax UNCONSTITUTIONAL
The Alberta Court of Appeal has ruled the Trudeau Carbon Tax is Unconstitutional.
The ruling was 4-1.
It will certainly be challenged in the Supreme Court, as the corrupt Liberal government continuously refuses to respect the province of Alberta, and instead seeks to impose their hated policies.
Despite that, Alberta Premier Jason Kenney called on the Trudeau government to respect the ruling:
“We urge the Trudeau government to respect the ruling of the court, and scrap their carbon tax immediately on Alberta families.”
(Here we should get a fairly conclusive indicator of Trudeau’s fealty. To the COMINTERN phoney environmental attack on Canada as a polity, people and culture, or to Canada’s institutions, laws and courts. We all already know which way he will go on this. But it will be good to have this data point for anyone still willing to speak out at a dinner party)
6. Speaking of Trudeau and where his real loyalties lay: (WARNING: Pure PC Word salad for FIFTEEN MINUTES)
7. Turkey to continue drilling in eastern Mediterranean with UK ship
Turkey has purchased its third offshore drilling ship which will arrive in the country in the next two weeks, Energy Minister Fatih Donmez said on Monday.
“We ordered a new drilling ship from Britain called Sertao,” Donmez told an energy conference in Istanbul. “We will give it a national name which is not clear now. Turkey awaits delivery of the ship, which is very important to preserve the rights of Turkish Cypriots and Turkey in the eastern Mediterranean.”
Having bought its first two drilling vessels from Norway, Turkey purchased the Sertao at an auction in Britain for much less than its predicted market value of around $120 million. It had lain unsold in Port Talbot, in Wales, for nearly two years after the company which owned it went bankrupt.
According to a Turkish maritime publication, the ship was bought by the state-run Turkish Petroleum Corporation for $37.5 million.
8. Petition: We /DEMAND/ the Grooming Gang Review is released to the public!
We, the British public, /DEMAND/ the immediate releasing of the official research of UK Grooming Gangs undertaken by the UK Government.
The government is refusing to release official research on the characteristics of grooming gangs, claiming it is not in the “public interest”.
Survivors accused ministers of making “empty promises”, while a man who prosecuted abusers in Rochdale called for the Home Office to “show some courage and publish” its findings.
It comes after The Independent revealed that almost 19,000 suspected child sexual exploitation victims were identified by local authorities in just one year, sparking renewed calls for prevention efforts.Sajid Javid promised the review as home secretary in July 2018, pledging that there would be “no no-go areas of inquiry”.

Thank you M., ML., Wrath of Khan, Ted L., Coram Deo, Richard, EB., Babs, and all who sent in links, news and their thoughts so far this week.
Tim Poole does a decent condemnation of Socialism and Sander’s pretend naivety about it
1. Dog abuse. It’s true. Violence begets violence.
You don’t need the second amendment for this one. That would be too quick. You grab the pipe from that soulless piece of sh*t and show him what it feels like. Then you grab the little pouch and bring him home. That’s why I hate these type of videos because you cannot be there to stop it. I came across that video last week and I had to watch a couple of these videos as an antidote. Did it help? Not really.
Chunk the Groundhog
https://www.youtube.com/user/jeffpermar/featured
Every day is groundhog day.
The dog-beater was wearing some kind of official uniform, no doubt he was acting on orders. Not saying he wasn’t enjoying it though, and if you absolutely need to put down a dog, there are more humane ways. But in chinese culture there’s no love for dogs, probably not for animals in general. Btw I didn’t see it die. It barely reacted to the last hit, but it was groggy, not dead.
Btw I clicked the link for the 2nd animal abuse video, and it’s the same one. It’s a tweet, and in the thread somebody claims that the chinese are also throwing cats off roofs.
It reminds me of Mao’s policies. He made the population throw rocks at birds who were a pest at the time. Starlings, I believe. Next year there were no starlings, so their prey was thriving. That included catterpillars, who were a far worse pest and ruined that year’s harvest. Now the Chinese kill cats, hmm I wonder what will happen next year.
Kill cat => Rats =>
Bubonic plague.
I looked at the first 30 seconds and when I saw the stick, my brain went into reeling mode. I didn’t look at it.
I think many Chinese are more brutal with dogs than Muslims are. These people have no soul.
I saw one about one month ago, I skipped through it. A Chinese family put a beautiful dog in a vat of boiling water that was heating on the ground. The poor dog tried to escape and the damn guy kept poking it with a stick to keep in the boiling water.
When the dog was down to raw skin, he hung it upside down in full sun with the poor dog still alive. The family went along their business as if nothing was wrong.
This barbarity makes you hate them although it is also prevalent in Vietnamese culture also.
I once saw a video in Polynesia where they were roasting a pig alive on a rotating spike above a fire pit. The roasting rod was inserted into its anal cavity and pushed into its body and emerged at neck level subcutaneous.
These videos stay with you. When they say all cultures are equal, bullshit! They skin dogs alive and also have a worldwide market for products made from unlabeled dog skin.
And that is why I am totally neutral – no feelings – when I see how brutal the CCP is with their people.
9. India
Warning: Dilley curses a lot. But it is happy cursing, if that makes any sense. He is also very positive which is a good thing, especially these days. Sometimes it’s good to come out of the cave.
His segment on India begins @ 26:37.

#1 the first video is a training exercise. It cuts off early, I’ve seen a longer version in which a “training” banner can clearly be seen.
That doesn’t mean they don’t use these tactics, obviously. Which doesn’t come as a surprise, CCCP is notorious for its brutality.
I find the video pretty tame tbh. I wonder if it’s just propaganda, and in reality they just torch the car with a flamethrower.
Longer version here, “exercises” banner at 1:22

Tim Pool… Bernie
I know this is an age of hyperbole and lies but I’ve just got to say that Bernie Sanders is one of the most ignorant fools I have ever seen. The guy literally does not know what he is talking about on any subject and it is lost on me why so many people choose to follow him when he is such a know-nothing. I wish we had a nice video of some poor Cuban business owner on his knees and crying as Che Asshole Guevera held a pistol to his head then pulled the trigger for the crime of being successful. Like AOC, he has no actual knowledge relying instead on the propaganda he has heard rather than ever looking at or comprehending any actual facts. Bernie actually thinks that the “Palestinian People” have been thrown out of their beloved country by the evil Jews and that the whole thing would be resolved if only those Jews would just sit down at the table and be reasonable. What an idiot! All he knows is that he is always, always, always really left-wing and that’s all there is to that…
Fidel Castro was guilty of the crime of depriving human beings of the right to determine their own lives and for that crime, he should have had a meat hook-driven through his ankles and then been hanged in public like Mussolini – only alive.
Then they should take the Chinese guy killing the dogs and do the same thing to him. Maybe it would be funny listening to him howl for a while…:(
I had a neighbor like this. He lacked the ability (or the will) to distinguish truth from falsehood. A Palestinian asked him to pay for his daughter’s surgery because Israel (he said) does not provide medical care to Palestinians. The neighbor had an unexplicable urge to be seen as more righteous than thou, so of course, he stepped in to help foot the bill.
I wonder who coined the phrase “useful idiot.”
I think it was Lenin.
I’m always grateful for the {GRAPHIC} warnings.
I’ve seen enough up close and personal, and there’ll be more.
I’d just as soon avoid PTSD-refresher videos.
