1. Hungary: The new mission for christian democracy is to protect the freedoms and identities of the european people – says Fidesz’s vice president (interview)

The attackers want to conquer that, which is the very essence and foundation of Europe: the Christian lifestyle – said Katalin Novak, Minister of State for Family, Youth and International Affairs, in an interview given for PestiSrácok.hu. The Vice President of Fidesz’s Hungarian Civic Alliance explained the basics of Fidesz-KDNP’s European goals, a Christian-democratic revolution.

She also explained how Victor Orban mobilized the youth along the old-new idea of Christian freedom in Italy at the National Conference on Conservatism. Katalin Novak stated that European people are sick and tired of others telling them what and how to think. “There is no need to force anything on young people, we must not start an opinion dictatorship. Those who claim to be liberal are willing to tolerate only one kind of ideology, however, instead of opinion-terror we need to provide space for people’s natural, fundamental values” – she explained in an interview given via telephone right after having a prayer dinner with Donald Trump, where the participants’ goal was to strengthen the good relationship between Fidesz and the American Republicans.

3. Migrants Vastly Overrepresented in Norway Crime Stats

Figures from Statistics Norway show that migrants are vastly overrepresented in crimes, with younger migrants especially involved in violent crime and abuse in Oslo.

The figures were highlighted by Progressive Party members Sylvi Listhaug and Jon Helgheim, who revealed that young immigrant men from Somalia commit violent crime at a rate of 419 per 1,000 compared to 34 per 1,000 for native Norwegians.

5. France: Muslim on Trial for Beating Wife, Daughters for Not Wearing Hijab

A 35-year-old Muslim man in the commune of Cavaillon is facing trial after being accused of domestically abusing his wife and daughters who refused to wear an Islamic veil.

The man, who defines himself as a traditionalist Muslim, is said to have become enraged after his daughters refused to wear a hijab and did not engage in their homework that they received from the Quranic school they attended, Le Dauphinereports.

The mother testified that to police that the 35-year-old had beaten both her and her daughters repeatedly with various weapons including belts, sticks, and electrical cables.

Investigators say that the man may be charged with sexual offences as well.

The 35-year-old was arrested by French police the day after the mother reported the abuse to investigators . He has disputed the statements of the mother, which were backed up by the couple’s children.

6. Italy: Lockdowns Fail to Stop Surge in Coronavirus Cases

ROME (AP) – Italy’s number of cases of the new coronavirus leapt upward, with dozens of new confirmed cases reported in Lombardy, the northern region which includes the country’s financial capital, Milan.

The total number of confirmed COVID-19 cases in Italy had reached 115 on Sunday, state TV said following an announcement by Lombardy Gov. Attilio Fontana that there are 89 cases in his region. Most of those cases have popped up in small towns in the countryside, although Milan has at least one case.

7. Coronavirus: Police Raids Across Moscow to Track Down Chinese Nationals

MOSCOW (AP) — Bus drivers in Moscow kept their WhatsApp group chat buzzing with questions this week about what to do if they spotted passengers who might be from China riding with them in the Russian capital.

“Some Asian-looking [people] have just got on. Probably Chinese. Should I call [the police]?” one driver messaged his peers. “How do I figure out if they’re Chinese? Should I ask them?” a colleague wondered.

The befuddlement reflected in screenshots of the group exchanges seen by The Associated Press had a common source — instructions from Moscow’s public transit operator Wednesday for drivers to call a dispatcher if Chinese nationals boarded their buses, Russian media reported.

A leaked email that the media reports said was sent by the state-owned transportation company Mosgortrans told dispatchers who took such calls to notify the police. The email, which the company immediately described on Twitter as fake, carried a one-word subject line: coronavirus.

8. Study: Two-Thirds of Coronavirus Cases from China Undetected Worldwide

Results of a new study from the Imperial College London has found that approximately two-thirds of coronavirus cases from China continue to be undetected worldwide.

  1. Good interview because it brought out the best in Tommy Robinson. Frustrating because the comparison between Christianity and Islam wasn’t dealt with satisfactorily. It rarely is.
But he still did a good job, I thought.

  2. Interview with Viktor Orban from the National Conservatism Conference in Rome earlier this month. Interesting anecdotes and recent history and his formation as an anti communist, anti Marxist:

  3. 4. – “‘Off the cuff utterances’ are to be sharply questioned in this very special case of a former DHS official & high-profile whistleblower with numerous dangerous enemies in the jihad and on the Left. Terrible police work at best.”

    Susan Emerson’s Reply:

I live in Amador County, have family in the sheriff dept. The “suicide” statement was likely just an off the cuff utterance as our county has been hit with a large number of suicides. The dept is still investigating and will follow all protocol as he was beloved in our county!

  4. 6,7,8- Coronavirus is driving precious metals up. Gold has broken through its resistance at $1600 U.S.. Flight to safety even driving safe haven Yen down.

        • Where did you step on it?
          A comment somewhere?
It’s a classic, like the blood libel (organ-harvesting) or the Protocols (neocon-banksters-rothschilds).
          (((_(*u*)_)))

          • Be fair. It’s not nearly as well known as those other examples. And I don’t even think Vlad was aware of it (correct me if I’m wrong, Vlad.) Anyhow it doesn’t matter. I know now.

            • Both. I actually did read Arthur Koestler’s book when I was a teen or young adult. I think early 20s now that I think harder on it.

The thing about it is, it cannot be read without first reading the forward where Koestler explains in painful detail why it makes no difference and that Israel is the land of the Jews no matter what his archeology made plausible.

I believed the Khazar thing entirely.

Subsequent genetic studies however totally refuted the Khazar theory. Modern Jews overall do come from Israel and that is that.

But Koestler’s book was not antisemitic nor was the idea or the theory. Facts are facts and science is science.

The issue is how is it used?

Various antisemitic groups glommed on to Khazar as a powerful weapon to discredit Jewish claims to Israel, even though the same reasoning would discredit Islamic claims.

Koestler himself did not claim his ideas meant Jews had any less claim at all.

Either we believe in what is true, or we do not. There cannot be any healthy understanding that moves us forward even towards our own goals without acceptance of truths, even that are uncomfortable to our own narratives.

As it happens, genetic science disproved the idea that modern Jews are from Khazar.

I was tempted to launch into the idea that IQ differences in some ways are mitigated by the “stack of gadgets” theory of brain. This would couple uncomfortable scientific truths about humanity’s un-equalness with another well proven science of brains that explains why some people with low IQ can still function well in an advanced society while some very high IQ cannot. The gadgets are brains are made of also plays a significant role in who we are and what we can do, being of high importance, as is IQ.

But Ill save it for another time when I can cite more concrete examples and point at the science.

But if one reads The Bell Curve and also, The Blank Slate by Pinker, you get a good understanding of both and can put them together well yourselves.

So Khazar isn’t a landmine the way the Protocols are. The Protocols are a forgery to a purpose. The Khazar model is soft science which was retasked to become antisemitic.

Iranian Doctors Call For ‘Long Holiday’ To Contain Coronavirus, As Sixth Victim Dies

[A]n official of the Masoumeh Shrine in Qom, where so far four patients have died, has opposed shutting down the shrine and said that the mere presence of pilgrims will cause no problem. “Pilgrims are usually informed and will be cautious” about touching surfaces at the shrine, he said.…

The cases in Iran have no clear epidemiological link to the outbreak in China but many Iranian social media users and even Mohammad Eslami, a lawmaker, have pointed out a possible link between the continuation of Mahan Air flights to China and the outbreak in Iran. The airline is reportedly owned in part by the Revolutionary Guard.
