1. An excellent example of the mealy mouthed nature of news reporting and police pressers today. Three minutes and 37 seconds of video to say a man stabbed someone and was shot by police and they have no idea why. Which is likely code for it was a muslim and the motive is Islamic jihad.

2. A group of “Asian” men in the UK attacked two women because one was Chinese.
A woman was punched and knocked unconscious after she stepped in to defend her Chinese friend who was accused of carrying coronavirus.
Trainee lawyer Meera Solanki, from Solihull, was out with friends celebrating her 29th birthday at Birmingham‘s Ana Rocha Bar and Gallery on Frederick Street.
Miss Solanki was inside the venue with her friends including Mandy Huang, 28, who was visiting from London, when the group were targeted by a group of Asian men.
The friends left the bar after Miss Solanki said she was repeatedly harassed by one of the men who later followed the three women out of the venue at around 2am on Sunday 9 February.
Miss Solanki said: ‘I was having birthday drinks with a group of of girls and guys including Chinese friends.
‘There were a group of Asian men inside the venue – one of them kept coming up to me and harassing me. He seemed to have a problem with me being an Indian girl with a multi-racial group of friends,’ she told The Sunday Mercury.
3. Man charged with murder in stabbing death at Edmonton City Centre mall

A 33-year-old man has been charged with second-degree murder in the stabbing death of a woman Wednesday night at a downtown Edmonton shopping centre.
Sheri Lynn Gauthier, 33, died after she was stabbed in the parkade of Edmonton City Centre mall late Wednesday.
Police responded to a report of a stabbing at 11:45 p.m.
Gauthier was transported to hospital after she was found. She died in hospital.
An autopsy determined she died from stab wounds and the manner of death is homicide.
A suspect was arrested early Thursday.

4. This Breitbart article is incorrect about one thing. It started with a subway derailment in Toronto a month or so ago, and we posted about it here. We have had tips from insiders suggesting the nature of that derailment but nothing solid enough to justify posting here. But for sure, it was the first of this series we know about.
CN, Canada’s largest rail company, refused to confirm or deny whether they suspected the derailment may have been an intentional act of sabotage but CN senior manager of public affairs Olivier Quenneville did confirm no one had been injured in the incident and no hazardous materials were involved.
“The incident is still under investigation and we will not comment further,” Quenneville told the broadcaster.
The incident is one of three train derailments that have taken place in February across Canada staring with the derailment of 32 cars near Guernsey, Saskatchewan, on February 6th. A fire engulfed 19 of the cars and 1.2 million litres of crude oil was spilt as a result of the derailment.
The Canadian Transportation Safety Board (TSB) stated: “A review of the locomotive event recorder download determined that the train was handled in accordance with regulatory and company requirements.”
The Saskatchewan incident came just two months after another derailment just 10 kilometres away that resulted in 1.5 million litres of oil spillage.

A man in his 70s was stabbed inside London Central Mosque Thursday afternoon, receiving non-life threatening injuries in the attack. Police said the stabbing was not terror-related.
London’s Metropolitan Police were called to the London Central Mosque at Regent’s Park on Thursday afternoon where a man in his 70s, reported to have been a Muezzin — prayer leader — was stabbed by a member of the congregation who police said was “believed to have been attending prayers”.

Bosnian security minister Fahrudin Radoncic has claimed that as many as 100,000 migrants could be heading from Greece to Western Europe in the coming weeks.
Radonic stated that the Bosnian border would be unable to handle a wave of migrants stating, “Our border is very permeable. We don’t have enough [guards] or material resources.”

In a twist of grim irony, the 59-year-old Iraqi immigrant and father of seven, who instituted a sadistic reign of religious terror within his family, was previously praised for “fighting extremism” and running his mosque with “zero tolerance for extremism”.
59-year-old Iraqi-born Ismail Ali Suliman Darragi, the leader of Hässleholm Mosque in Sweden’s southernmost Skåne County has been sentenced to eight years for assault and brutality after keeping his wife prisoner for ten years and abusing his seven children, including with a kebab skewer, causing his wife at one point to suffer a miscarriage, the news outlet Samhällsnyttreported, citing a verdict from the Hässleholm district court.

8. Moroccan Man Violently Attacks Australian Woman in Fez
Rabat – Police in Fez arrested a Moroccan man on Friday, February 21 after he allegedly attacked an Australian woman using a blunt object, according to a report from Morocco’s Directorate General of National Security (DGSN).
The victim was with an acquaintance on Avenue Lala Maryam in the center of Fez when the suspect approached and struck her in the head with an iron object without an apparent reason.
DGSN added that the suspect, who was not carrying any form of identification, entered a fit of hysteria as citizens and police restrained him.
Investigations indicate that the suspect suffers from mental illness. Medical records show that he had undergone psychiatric and neurological treatment at a specialized hospital in recent years.

Not much of a tie in for this video but it is fascinating. If there is a tie in, its how much damage BS environmental regulations can do.
