The People and States are starting to fight back against the left’s attempts to take more of our rights from us.
The 10th Amendment to the US Constitution: The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people
This is HUGE!!! These 8 States Could Form The Interstate Compact on 2nd Amendment Sanctuary!
The States are choosing up sides and things are going to get interesting. You can read the 10th Amendment which says that the Federal Government has only the authority delegated to it in the Constitution. The arguments on commerce are interesting and will make an interesting Supreme Court case.
The Problem is that the left has a long record of ignoring the Constitution, the laws and at times court orders.

France Condemns Iran’s Ballistic Missile Violations
https://aawsat.com/english/home/article/2125851/france-condemns-iran%E2%80%99s-ballistic-missile-violations
“The gap between Iran and France is getting harder to bridge as the fate of French fellow researchers Fariba Adelkhah and Roland Marchal, who are detained in the north Tehran Evin prison, has provoked further controversy between the two countries.
France, most recently, condemned a bid by Iran to put a satellite in space, urging Tehran to abide by international obligations on its controversial ballistic missile program.
“France condemns this launch, which calls on technologies used for ballistic missiles and, in particular, intercontinental ballistic missiles,” the French foreign ministry said in a statement after Iran announced it “successfully” launched a satellite Sunday, but failed to put it into orbit.
The statement reflects harsher stances from Paris, which at a point was a staunch supporter of the nuclear deal reached with Iran in 2015 and had exerted high profile diplomatic efforts to bring Tehran and Washington closer to each other.
Recalling Iran’s obligations under a 2018 UN Security Council resolution, the ministry added: “Iran’s ballistic program hurts regional stability and affects European security. France calls on Iran to fully respect its international obligations in this matter.”
The West believes that Iran’s ballistic missiles endeavors are not only civilian in nature but also aim to reach missiles that are capable of carrying nuclear warheads over long distances, something that Tehran denies.
There is a Western conviction that the most recent Iranian missile can reach 2,000 km, meaning that it can reach Greek-European territory.
Days before crucial parliamentary elections in Iran, Tehran on Sunday also unveiled a new short-range ballistic missile and its “new generation” of engines designed to put satellites into space.
The Revolutionary Guards’ website said the Raad-500 missile was equipped with new Zoheir engines made of composite materials that make them lighter than previous steel models.”
Saudi Arabia Urges Int’l Community to Reinforce Anti-Nuclear Terror Measures
https://aawsat.com/english/home/article/2126511/saudi-arabia-urges-intl-community-reinforce-anti-nuclear-terror-measures
“Saudi Arabia is highly interested in nuclear security and is keen to make it one of the main components of its national project’s infrastructure for the peaceful uses of atomic energy, said the Kingdom’s ambassador to Austria.
Prince Abdullah bin Khalid bin Sultan, permanent representative to the United Nations and international organizations in Vienna, pointed to the establishment of the Nuclear and Radiological Regulatory Commission (NRRC).
He said it has begun its work and responsibilities in an independent and professional manner in the regulatory aspects related to nuclear security, safety, and guarantees.
He stressed the Kingdom’s support for the international resolutions issued in this regard, as well as human and environmental protection and nuclear security, in accordance with international frameworks and standards.
Saudi Arabia has coordinated with the NRRC to organize a series of workshops and seminars on developing and building human capacities related to the fields of nuclear security.
This came in a speech delivered on Monday by head of the Saudi delegation to the International Conference on Nuclear Security, currently held in Vienna, Austria.
Bin Sultan pointed out that his country has consistently supported international resolutions on nuclear security, including Security Council Resolution 1540.
It has also ratified the Convention on the Physical Protection of Nuclear Material and its amendment and has supported the Code of Conduct for the Safety and Security of Radioactive Sources.
He further noted that the Kingdom is part of the International Convention for the Suppression of Nuclear Terrorism.
“The Kingdom stresses the importance of giving this aspect more international attention, given the tensions in the Middle East region and the spread of a number of militias and terrorist groups.”
Saudi Arabia has also urged the international community to boost all measures aimed at combating nuclear terrorism.
Bin Sultan pointed out that his country fights terrorism in general, and nuclear terrorism in particular.
“The Kingdom has donated $10 million to establish a specialized center for combating nuclear terrorism in cooperation and under the supervision of the International Atomic Energy Agency,” he noted, adding that its construction will begin soon.”
US Accuses Iran of Building Missiles through Satellite Bid
https://aawsat.com/english/home/article/2126576/us-accuses-iran-building-missiles-through-satellite-bid
“US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo on Tuesday accused Iran of honing its ballistic missile skills through a satellite launch and vowed to exert more pressure.
Iran, which is enemy number one for President Donald Trump’s administration, said Sunday that it had successfully launched a satellite but that it failed to reach orbit.
Pompeo said the technology involved in a space launch was “virtually identical” to the knowhow for a long-range ballistic missile.
“Each launch, whether failed or not, further allows Iran to gain experience using such technologies that could benefit its missile programs under the guise of a peaceful space program,” Pompeo said in a statement.
“The United States will continue to build support around the world to confront the Iranian regime’s reckless ballistic missile activity, and we will continue to impose enormous pressure on the regime to change its behavior,” he said.
Trump in 2018 slapped sweeping sanctions on Iran in a bid to decrease its military clout as it withdrew the United States from a nuclear accord negotiated by his predecessor Barack Obama.
Tensions soared last month after Trump ordered a drone strike that killed a top Iranian general, Qassem Soleimani, as he visited Iraq, where Iranian-allied Shiite militias had fired rockets on bases housing US troops.”
ISIS Claims Algeria Border Attack
https://aawsat.com/english/home/article/2126531/isis-claims-algeria-border-attack
“The ISIS terrorist group said on Tuesday that it was behind Sunday’s attack on an Algerian military barracks near the country’s border with Mali that killed one soldier.
The militant group sent the bomber in a vehicle rigged with explosives, but a sentry stopped him before he could enter the compound and the blast killed both men, according to a Defense Ministry statement. The group’s Algerian leader is a 47-year-old militant known as Abu Walid el-Sahrawi.
“The martyred brother Omar al-Ansari … entered the base and exploded his car against them,” the group said in a statement.
Algeria, in common with other countries in the Sahel and Sahara regions, is growing increasingly concerned about the risk of militant groups taking advantage of the escalating conflict in Libya and chaos in Mali to expand their presence.
In Mali, the government has said it is ready to talk with militant groups in the hope of ending an insurgency that has made swathes of the country ungovernable and stoked ethnic violence.
In Libya, chaos in parts of the country since the 2011 revolution has created space for ISIS, which launched a cross-border attack against a Tunisian town in 2016, but which is now mostly active in Libya’s south.
“We need to focus on both Libya and Mali,” a former Algerian counter-terrorism officer told Reuters. “This attack could be a preparation for what might come if we don’t contain the threats.”
Algiers has been discussing how to stem the rising militant threat in the Sahel with Mali in recent days, and has offered it some humanitarian assistance. It shares more than 1,500km of mostly remote, desert border with Mali and Libya.
Sunday’s attack was the first in Algeria for several years. In 2013, a militant group linked to al Qaeda staged an attack on the Tiguentourine gas processing facility in southern Algeria that killed dozens of people, including foreigners.
That was the deadliest spasm of militant violence in Algeria since a 1990s civil war between radical groups and the state in which more than 200,000 people died.
Algeria is already wrestling with a major political crisis after a year of mass protests that helped oust the veteran president and have continued, with demonstrators now demanding the ruling elite be fully replaced.
The country also faces economic problems, with declining energy sales contributing to a fall in state revenue and planned cuts in public spending this year.”

“The US is planning to cut funding to Palestinian security forces according to a budget proposed by the State Department, as Washington appears to be punishing the Palestinian Authority (PA) over its rejection of the “deal of the century”.
The US has been withholding humanitarian assistance to the PA since Donald Trump was sworn into office in 2017, but Monday’s budget proposal would nix funds that have continued to be paid to the PA’s security forces.

Palestine’s Mufti’s fatwa prohibits working with US ‘peace deal’
https://www.middleeastmonitor.com/20200211-palestines-muftis-fatwa-prohibits-working-with-us-peace-deal/
“The Grand Mufti of Jerusalem issued a fatwa prohibiting dealing with US President Donald Trump’s “deal of the century” and its promoters, Ma’an News Agency reported.
Sheikh Mohammed Hussein released a bold statement today declaring whoever negotiates with the deal a traitor to God and His Messenger (pbuh), and to the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque, Jerusalem and Palestine.
He stated that Trump’s so-called “peace plan”, which flagrantly violates international law, robs Jerusalem of its rightful owners, and deprives Muslims of their third most important holy site and the path of their Prophet.
It stipulates that Jerusalem is the “undivided” capital of Israel, while Palestine would have limited control over scattered neighbourhoods in East Jerusalem.
For Muslims, Al-Aqsa represents the world’s third holiest site, after Makkah and Medina…”
Yemen: Houthis hold 500 prisoners in southwest
https://www.middleeastmonitor.com/20200211-yemen-houthis-hold-500-prisoners-in-southwest/
“Houthis are holding as many as 500 detainees in a prison in southwestern Yemen, a Geneva-based human rights group has said.
The SAM rights groups, in its report published on Monday, uncovered the mistreatment of prisoners at the hands of the rebel group in Salih city of Taiz region.
The Houthis, who control most of the Taiz governorate, have imposed a blockade in the region, causing a humanitarian crisis due to difficulties in the movement to other parts of the war-torn country, and access to healthcare.
The rights group said it documented testimonies from 27 prisoners and three mediators who entered the facility seeking the release of the inmates.
Houthis, the report said, were employing against their opponents “several measures to physically and mentally torture” them, which include “electric shocks, beatings, starvation, and depriving them of sunlight and adequate ventilation.”
The report mentioned that “atrocities committed” by the rebels were similar to those practiced in “Tadmur prison in Syria and Bastille of France.”
It revealed that there were a total of 51 secret prisons in Taiz: 29 are managed by the Houthis, nine under the control of government forces, another nine run by outfits supported by the United Arab Emirates on the western coast, and four other private facilities.
The illegal secret lock-ups are set up by conflicting parties to torture and abduct their opponents, the report added.
Houthis have so far not responded to the accusations…”
Egypt tells Muslims to boycott Ertugrul and other Turkish dramas in bizarre anti-Erdogan fatwa

“Egypt’s highest Islamic authority has warned pious viewers against watching popular Turkish television series such as “Resurrection: Ertugrul” in a bizarre fatwa.
Turkish dramas have seen a global export boom in recent years with growing popularity not only in Muslim-majority countries but also in Latin America and Asia.
But Muslim viewers should stay away, the Global Fatwa Index said on Sunday.

Italy faces existential threat over low birthrate: president
https://www.reuters.com/article/us-italy-population/italy-faces-existential-threat-over-low-birthrate-president-idUSKBN2052E1
“Italy’s future is threatened by its diminishing birthrate, President Sergio Mattarella said on Tuesday, as new data showed the population had shrunk once again in 2019.
Italy’s growing demographic crisis, with births falling and life expectancy rising, is one reason for its chronically stagnant economy, and the situation is getting worse.
National statistics agency ISTAT said there were 435,000 births last year, down 5,000 on 2018 and the lowest level ever recorded in Italy. Deaths totaled 647,000 in 2019, some 14,000 more than the year earlier.
“This is a problem that concerns the very existence of our country,” Mattarella said shortly after the data was released. “The fabric of our country is weakening and everything must be done to counter this phenomenon.”
“As an old person I am well aware of the falling birth rate,” added Mattarella, who is 78.
Italy’s overall population fell by 116,000 to 60.3 million, with a steady rise in migrant and immigrant births helping to offset the declining domestic birth rate.
Many other European countries are suffering similar challenges, especially in ex-communist eastern Europe, while Germany has also seen a decline in domestic births partly offset by increased migrant and immigrant births…”
Artillery shells rain on center of Libyan capital
https://www.reuters.com/article/us-libya-security/artillery-shells-rain-on-center-of-libyan-capital-idUSKBN2052PO
“Artillery shells on Tuesday hit the center of the Libyan capital, which eastern forces have been trying to take in a near year-long war, residents said.
The Libyan National army (LNA) faction of Khalifa Haftar moved on Tripoli held by the internationally recognized government in April, failing to breach defense in southern suburbs but increasingly dragging civilians into the conflict.
Shells landed late at night in the central Nouflin and Souq al-Jumaa districts, which had been mostly spared so far from the conflict, a Reuters reporter said.
Parts of the capital were plunged in darkness as power failed. The electricity grid has been often hit.
There was no immediate word on casualties from authorities and no more details available. The war has displaced some 150,000 people, according to the United Nations.
Haftar is backed by the United Arab Emirates (UAE), Egypt, Jordan, Sudanese and Chadian fighters as well as and most recently, Russian mercenaries. France has also given some support.
That has prompted Turkey to come to the aid of Tripoli Premier Fayez al-Serraj by sending troops to Tripoli. Up to 2,000 fighters from Syria’s civil war have also joined the battle to defend the capital, a U.N. official said last month.
Both sides held ceasefire talks last week in Geneva but have repeatedly blamed each other for daily violations of a shaky truce declared a month a go.”

Seventeen militants killed in shootout in North Sinai: Ministry
http://english.ahram.org.eg/NewsContent/1/64/363307/Egypt/Politics-/Seventeen-militants-killed-in-shootout-in-North-Si.aspx
“Egyptian security forces killed 17 militants during a raid on their hideout in the North Sinai capital of Arish, the interior ministry said in a statement on Tuesday.
The raid came after security forces received information that a group of terrorists were using the hideout in the Obeidat district to launch violent attacks targeting police and army personnel, the ministry said.
The militants exchanged fire with security forces, leading to the death of 11 terrorists. Others fled to an abandoned house in the Hous district and were followed by security forces, resulting in the death of six others.
The militants were found in possession of machine guns, three improvised explosive devices and two suicide belts.
Earlier this week, the military said it had killed ten terrorists as it thwarted a terrorist attack on a security checkpoint in North Sinai.
Egypt is fighting an Islamist militancy based in the northern part of the Sinai Peninsula that has gained pace since 2013.
Hundreds of security-forces personnel have been killed in attacks claimed by militants, while the military has killed hundreds of extremists as part of an extensive campaign to crush the militancy in the border region.”
Greece aims to send 200 migrants a week back to Turkey
https://www.hurriyetdailynews.com/greece-aims-to-send-200-migrants-a-week-back-to-turkey-151945
“Greece has announced that it will begin building closed camps for migrants on its Aegean islands in March and plans to send 200 asylum seekers back to Turkey each week.
The new camps, expected to become operational by mid-2020, will be designed to accommodate 20,000 asylum seekers for a maximum of three months at a time, Greek Migration Minister Notis Mitarachi told radio station Skai on Feb. 10.
The islands of Lesbos, Chios, Samos, Kos and Leros will take the lion’s share of the migrants, he said.
Mitarachi, appointed migration minister in mid-January, said Turkey has fully cooperated with the return of migrants, adding that the government aimed to send 200 rejected asylum-seekers back to Turkey each week.
The camps to be shut down currently house some 42,000 people in dire conditions that have been repeatedly castigated by rights groups and the Council of Europe.
They have a nominal capacity of just 6,200, according to the U.N. refugee agency UNHCR.
The migrants are currently allowed to come and go freely on the Greek islands.
The closed camps will allow asylum seekers to go out during the day, but will be locked in at night, according to government spokesman Stelios Petsas.
The decision to create closed camps was prompted by a series of violent incidents and growing exasperation among islanders in recent months.
The conservative government of Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis, in power since mid-2019, has said it wished to “accelerate” a review of procedures for granting asylum.
It has already passed a law stiffening asylum requirements for migrants and has pledged to deploy additional border patrols.
It announced in October that it planned to shut down the largest of the camps on the islands facing its neighbor Turkey.
Those who win refugee status will be transferred to the mainland, officials said.”
Amnesty International Germany awards human rights prize to ocean rescue activists
https://www.dw.com/en/amnesty-international-germany-awards-human-rights-prize-to-ocean-rescue-activists/a-52335304
“Amnesty International has awarded its human rights prize to the luventa10, crew members of a sea rescue ship that saved refugees stranded at sea. The activists currently face human trafficking charges in Italy.
The German branch of Amnesty International is recognizing the “luventa10,” members of an ocean rescue group, with the organization’s human rights award, Amnesty’s office in Berlin announced on Tuesday.
The NGO’s German wing awards the prize along with €10,000 ($10,900) every two years to individuals and organizations that, despite difficult circumstances, stand up for human rights.
Criminal investigations have been brought against ten ocean rescue activists from Germany, the UK, Spain, and Portugal, “even though all they’ve done is save humans from drowning in the Mediterranean Sea,” Amnesty said, explaining its reasoning behind the choice.
The rescue ship “Iuventa” — operated by the German rescue organization Jugend Rettet, or “Young People Save” — trawled the Mediterranean Sea from July 2016 to August 2017. Rescuers helped save over 14,000 people from drowning in that time period, Amnesty International reported.
An Italian court has charged the activists with “aiding and abetting illegal immigration.”
Amnesty calls the charges “more than shaky.” Iuventa10 stands as an example of how those that help “are criminalized for not forsaking people fleeing their home countries in their moment of need,” the organization said.
An awards ceremony will take place in Berlin on April 22.”

Honour Crime: Swedish Muslim Migrant Sentenced for Beating Daughter with Kebab Spit
https://www.breitbart.com/europe/2020/02/11/swedish-muslim-migrant-sentenced-beating-daughter-kebab-spit/
“A Swedish court has sentenced an Iraqi asylum seeker to eight years in prison for honour crimes after he beat his daughter with a kebab spit, locked up his wife, and forced his daughters to wear Islamic veils.
The father, who fled to Sweden from Iraq with his family in 2006 and was highly active at the local mosque in Hässleholm, was found guilty of abuse, serious abuse, illegal threats, and unlawful coercion from a period between January of 2015 and September 17th of 2019.
Investigators were made aware of the father’s behaviour in 2019 when two of the family’s seven children reported his actions to social services in Hässleholm, telling of serious abuse and death threats, including being labelled “whores” by the father if they refused to wear the Islamic veil.
The investigation was considered an honour crime with prosecutor Malin Paulsson stating that the father repeatedly told them not to bring shame to the family, SVT reports.
The mother also told investigators that her husband had kept her locked in the house for at least ten years and that she was only allowed to leave to take out the garbage.
The oldest daughter was also forced to pretend to be handicapped in order for the father to collect social assistance, with the father refusing to allow a doctor’s examination to prove the supposed disability.
Physical abuse from the father was also prevalent toward the daughters and their mother, with punches kicks and beatings with a kebab skewer taking place. One beating was so brutal that the wife suffered a miscarriage.
According to a 2017 report, an estimated 240,000 young people in Sweden live under the shadow of honour culture.
Honour-related violence has even led to murders in Sweden, including a 2015 case in which a man stabbed his wife 66 times and cut off her nose and upper lip.
In 2018, Dilek Baladiz, a manager at Onigo, a Swedish centre designed to help young people suffering under honour violence, claimed to have seen a huge rise in young people seeking help.”
MEMRI –Head of Hamas Women’s Movement: Trump, You Lunatic, You Idiot… We Will Liberate Palestine
Rajaa Al-Halabi, head of Hamas Women’s movement spoke at a rally in Gaza.
She said: “We say to Trump: You lunatic, you idiot, we have one last opportunity and that is to liberate Palestine in its entirety.”
Al-Halabi continued to say that the Palestinians’ “pure feet” will liberate Al-Aqsa and “walk all over the Jews.”
She added that the West Bank settlements will be liberated just like Gaza was.
MEMRI –Al-Aqsa Mosque Address by Ahmad Al-Khatwani: There Is Only Room in Palestine for an Islamic State
Palestinian political researcher Sheikh Ahmad Al-Khatwani said in an address at the Al-Aqsa Mosque in Jerusalem that was uploaded to the Internet on January 30, 2020 that Palestine cannot geographically or demographically support both a Jewish state and a Palestinian state.
He said that there can only be an Islamic state in Palestine, which he said will be liberated only by Islamic hands, and not by secularists, nationalists, Pan-Arabists, Communists, or socialists.
He said that everything but an Islamic state has been tried and predicted that an Islamic state could easily and swiftly liberate Palestine and annihilate Israel.
He also said that an Islamic state would conquer Rome and Moscow.
In addition, Sheikh Al-Khatwani said that the Islamic nation and the military power necessary for the establishment of an Islamic state already exist, and he emphasized that the conflict in Palestine should be seen as a conflict between Muslims and Jews and between Muslims and Crusaders.
MEMRI –Hizbullah Senior Official Hashem Safieddine in Iran: Our Answer to the Deal of the Century Is Jihad
Hashem Safieddine, head of Hizbullah’s Executive Council, said in Qom, Iran, that Iran has not changed its slogan since the first day of the Islamic revolution: “Death to America.”
The crowd responded to this by chanting: “Death to America!” Safieddine continued to say that the “axis of resistance” will thwart the Deal of the Century.
He added that the response to the Deal of the Century will be more missiles, more “operations”, and targeting Zionist soldiers. Safieddine elaborated: “The answer to the Deal of the Century […] is Jihad for the sake of Allah […] until Jerusalem and Palestine are liberated.”
MEMRI –Senior Iranian Official Mohsen Rezaee: We are Looking for an Excuse to Raze Tel-Aviv to the Ground
Mohsen Rezaee, secretary of Iran’s Expediency Council and former IRGC Commander-in-Chief, was interviewed on Mayadeen TV (Lebanon) on February 8, 2020.
In the interview Rezaee said that Iran has precise information on American activity in the region.
He said that all the American bases are under surveillance, all the aircraft carriers are under control and Iran has precise information on American activity in Iraq and the Gulf countries.
Rezaee added that Iran even monitors American soldiers when they go to hotels in Kuwait or Bahrain, and it knows such things as the names of accomplices with the U.S. and the food sources of the U.S. troops.
Rezaee said that Iran had targeted the American military base in Ayn Al-Assad because it knew that it was very important to the Americans.
Rezaee stated that he has no doubt that if the U.S. attacks Iran, Iran will “raze Tel-Aviv to the ground.”
He added that Iran has been looking for a pretext to attack Tel Aviv because Israel played a role in the “martyrdom” of IRGC Qods Force commander Qasem Soleimani.
Rezaee continued to say that the American presence in the region is volatile and the goal of the “Deal of the Century” was to give it a stable foothold in the region, to do away with the Palestinian cause, and take over Gaza and disarm Hamas.
Rezaee said that he expects a significant weakening of the U.S. over the next decade.
He added that once the people in Saudi Arabia and the Gulf countries realize that America is no longer as strong as it was, there will be a revolution in Saudi Arabia, followed by a revolution in other Gulf countries.
He said that the global collapse of the U.S. will begin in “West Asia.”
