Much like the Hijab debate cannot be said to be about “a piece of cloth” any more than strutting around in a Nazi uniform is just about a piece of cloth, the Islamic call to prayer cannot be compared to Church bells. They mean different things.
One of the most pernicious tricks communists/Neo-Marxists/Postmodernists do, is to find a level of abstraction where a comparison can be made to sell their case, when they know full well its a lunatic comparison. But it works nearly all the time.
