Duh-VERSE-uh-tee.
Another name for it is “pollution”.
Had they shown the photo of the perp’s face instead of the blurred version, he would have been caught a long time ago. I hope he’s still living in the Netherlands.
That’s true, and police is often criticized for it.
And it’s indeed possible that he doesn’t live in the Netherlands, esp in summer most of the people you see in the street are tourists. But I think it would have been mentioned if he spoke a foreign language, they’re not *that* incompetent.
Be on the look out for a knuckle dragging mouth breather with a man bun.
