Of the Candidate: “O’Rourke was arrested twice in the 1990s — for, what he describes as, jumping a fence on the campus at the University of Texas at El Paso and for driving while intoxicated.
He was first arrested in May 1995 on the UTEP campus for attempted forcible entry, according to a copy of the police report provided by O’Rourke’s campaign in 2018. The charge fell under the burglary portion of the state penal code, section 30.02.
O’Rourke told the El Paso Times in 2005 that UTEP “decided not to press charges” and a LexisNexis background check of O’Rourke shows that the Class B misdemeanor was dismissed.
In September 1998, O’Rourke was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated in Anthony, a small town outside El Paso.
A witness told police officers that they observed O’Rourke driving at a high speed before losing control of his car and striking a truck, according to a police report of the incident. O’Rourke then attempted to drive away, but the witness stopped him, according to the report.
Law enforcement arrived and arrested O’Rourke, recording that he scored a 0.136 and 0.134 on a breathalyzer test, above a blood-alcohol level of 0.10, the state legal limit at the time.
O’Rourke was charged with a misdemeanor DWI, but the charge was dismissed after he completed a misdemeanor diversion program in 1999.
In summary: O’Rourke was arrested for two separate misdemeanors in the 1990s, including one for a DWI. Both cases were dismissed.”

I have a few very dumb friends who can no more work a computer than they can do differential calculus. And I thought about how incredibly dumb the average leftist-on-the-street always seemed in live situations. Like, they’re all sure that Donald Trump said, “All Mexicans are murderers and rapists”. Could it be that people with low IQs are too stupid to use computers so they are forced to rely on the mainstream media and therefore end up with heads full of grade-A manure from CNN and the rest then they vote for people like Justin Trudeau…
Think about it every time your computer does something weird and you have to use your IQ to make it work right again, like uninstalling a malware program or even if it’s just rebooting the thing because it’s lagging. Dumb people can’t do that…
Hey!! I know SFA about PCs(have interests other than “tools”) but have passed with multiple honours the degree in PC ****Ups at the University of Hard Knocks. My darling spouse who posts here when well, has scrambled, broken, confused, terrorized…ad infin., every computer that she has come within 1 m range of and yet she too can fix the problems, even if I have to grin and bear listening to her heroics for the next 3 months. Some of us were born morons but educated ourselves via life. Lefties may have been born smart but it was all downhill from birth and the one thing that leftist education has removed in toto is “critical thinking” and it shows badly. Now why is that light flashing? Who cares? I will just turn it off and hope : )
People with IQs below a certain level are permanently incapable of following written directions no matter how many “hard knocks” they recieve and have no more hope of making a computer work than a chimp does of starting a fire. It doesn’t matter how hard they try or how long they work at it, it’s like somebody without musical talent trying to sing in tune. Impossible!
I was just looking at CNN and I couldn’t believe how slanted and left-wing it is. Climate change this and hate-Trump that. Anti-gun, pro-coss-dressing teenagers. If we didn’t have computers that is all we would know. It would be terrible…
When i scroll through “a few worthy tweets” i can see the actual links, but these dissapear moments later before i can click on them. Same thing been happening recently when the issue was some Obama deepstate efforts to get rid of Trump. What’s going on? Something i’m doing wrong?

Slovenia: Citizen defense force formed to stop illegal migration
Citizens in the small central European state of Slovenia have formed a civil defense force to put a stop to illegal migrants entering their country from Croatia.
The Balkan route for migrants heading north from Turkey and Greece into Germany is well-known. However, thanks to Hungary’s national populist Prime Minister Viktor Orbán, the classic Balkan route which starts from Turkey or Greece, goes through Serbia, and then into Hungary has been sealed off.
‘Replacement Migration’, as the United Nation puts it, now comes mainly comes through Bosnia, Croatia, Serbia, and Austria. This is the alternative route that’s been established for illegal migrants to gain entry to Western and Northern Europe’s welfare states.
But patriotic Slovenian citizens have come together to stop the relentless flow of illegal migration. The group of concerned citizens has formed a civil defense union to help the Slovenian army capture illegal migrants who’re trying to make their way through the country, Euronews reports.
“I think the only solution here is to send the army to the border, the situation is similar now as if you were opening the gates of a prison and saying we’re letting out all the prisoners, who would stay in there? a single,” said Blaz Zidar, a member of the defense force.
Andrei Sisko, the commander of the citizen’s group, says: “What is the goal? The aim is to educate people and volunteers to defend their country as needed and to help the military and police to control public order. In times of massive migrations from the African and Asian states, especially Muslims, it is important to protect our borders. Because a state that is unable to protect its border is not a sovereign state.”
Recently, during a visit to Slovenia’s southern border with Croatia, Prime Minister Marjan Sarec announced that his country would increase its border protection against illegal migrants.
About 35 additional troops have since been stationed at the border.
