ABOARD THE OCEAN VIKING (AP) – An NGO migrant transport with 82 migrants aboard says it has been given permission to dock at a tiny Italian island.

Ocean Viking’s crew said Saturday that Italian authorities instructed the ship to sail to Lampedusa island.

The Ocean Viking, which had appealed for days for a European port of safety, is operated by two humanitarian groups, Doctors Without Borders and SOS Mediterranee.

Please watch this well done and important video on the state of Canadian democracy. Keep in mind that indictments are being served against high ranking US government officials for breaking laws. This doesn’t happen in Canada. Canada is so much more corrupt than the USA, no Canadian should ever be allowed to criticize the US government or its procedures.

  2. If you don’t want to watch this whole thing FF to 34 minutes and watch the clearly gay interviewer react to what the guest has to say about same sex marriage.
    The fact is that he is right. EVERY TIME same sex marriage was put on a ballot in the US it was defeated. It took 9 people in black robes to decide this for 330 million people. IIMO that this is a disgrace and, quite frankly, it doesn’t matter what I think of gay marriage, I still find this method of forcing the issue a disgrace.
    When we look forward to acceptance of gay marriage, I just wonder how many people don’t want to be associated with the dissent and just answer in the affirmative.

    • The gay marriage thing was a con from the get go. It was never about equal rights for homosexuals. It was about deconstructing the institution and definition of marriage to make it something it is not. And it worked.

      With the left, the point is never the point. Had it been about equal rights, then a civil union with equal rights and responsibilities would have been fine. But what they really wanted was the destruction of the family. And they did a good job of it by convincing people that they were a racist if they did not support their own dissolution.

      We see the same tactic used now across every imaginable taboo and limit in our culture. Most recently, the push for cannibalism.

      • You are both right, the point Babs makes is why Trump won in 2016 and why he will win in 2020. The fact Vlad makes is why the left will start a civil war after the Trump victory in 2020. The left was so close to deconstructing/destroying the US Constitution and culture, then Donald Trump came along and the tactics the left has successfully used against the Conservatives aren’t working. Give Trump 4 more years even with the Dem opposition/resistance and he will fill all of the Federal Judiciary seats now open with strict constructionists and do other things that will repair the damage that decades of leftist has caused. This is something the left can’t accept, they were so close to taking over everything and are now facing being set back decades if not a Century or better in their quest to seize control. They will use any and all methods to try and stop the people from regaining their freedom and their control of the government.

    Also, assuming President Trump wins a second term, how possible is it that he could have a third term. Or is that just impossible? I ask because towards the end of his second term I recall seeing Bathhouse Barry musing about the same thing for himself.

    • After FDR broke tradition and won 4 elections for President an Amendment was passed that limits People to 10 years as President. The Repubs will stop any attempt to repeal that Amendment to get a Dem more then two terms and the Dems will return the favor. Of course the Dems don’t really care about the Constitution and the law so no telling what they will do.

      FYI shortly after he left office Bill Clinton called for the repeal of the amendment, ;he wanted to be President for live just like FDR.
