  1. Thank you for that interview, he is using different wording but is saying the same thing I have been saying, China’s economy is shaky and stands a real good chance of collapsing if 1) they try to last until the 2020 elections, or 2) They use raw naked force to crush the Hong Kong Protests and get sanctions imposed in which case the collapse is almost a certainty. As Brad said the Chinese Economy is bleeding and if the CCP (meaning Xi) doesn’t understand that Trump not only isn’t going to back down but will raise the stakes every time China refuses to stop being a parasite they are doomed.

  2. Last night Yucki posted this interview with the Epoch Times that has an IMO rather pessimistic view of the situation with China. It is worth watching in juxtaposition to this Brad Johnson interview.

    • From the tone of the interview and the pessimism shown I have to wonder if the General wasn’t one of the people Obama promoted because he considered them to be politically loyal to Obama and the left and thus was safe to promote.

    • This American Thought Leaders is much less pessimistic, and his predictions are much like mine and in some cases are more detailed then mine but leading to the same end.

    • RE: China might not be as strong…
      – Yep, there’s that Himalayan wall, vast desert/grasslands, jungles. Too bad they didn’t work on development of their interior while they had a super-abundance of young brawn.

With Tibet China controls the watershed of _18_ rivers in South and So. East Asia. That’s her real leverage over India, vastly more important than any ‘string of pearls’ maneuvers.

Control over the watershed is also India’s imperative for exercising full sovereignty over Jammu/Kashmir.

Tards call for “autonomy” (actually secession) on the basis of sectarian majority. Creeping ethnic cleansing is a routine tactic for tardish imperialism. That can’t be tolerated, especially in strategic regions like watersheds.

      • The watershed is more important in the short run, in the long run the string of pearls is just as important. If China can take operational control of the Indian Ocean and the South China Sea they will have the ability to force all trade with India, Nam, Thailand, Cambodia, Laos, Burma and Bangladesh to be carried out through China. This would mean that all of the nations would become vassal states China which could over a 30 to 50 year period seize total power in those nations appointing the Government officials, writting the laws and forcing the culture to become the CCP culture. Food and trade are weapons that China is not afraid to use and which an act the West considers to be criminal since it hurts the civilians rather then just the Government officials. China believes in total war and until Trump took office President Reagan and Thatcher were the last Western leaders to have the guts to stand up to China. Trump as a businessman is putting economic pressure on China in ways that haven’t been seen since the end of WWII.

We will have to wait and see if China has enough economic depth to wait out the 2020 election. The problem is they may not have that depth and despite their interference the Dems will probably lose the 2020 election. What happens when they face 4 more years of Trump who is not pissed about their interference in the election to try and keep him from being re-elected.

  4. Great interview, as always!
Each tweet of our Prez, costs CCP untold hours of analysis. Better off investing time and talent on their own IP development.

    • Here are the facts that tell me that China is in a very shaly position, Damned if they do and Damned if they don’t. China has broken more economic laws from the US, the economic laws are as harsh as the laws of physics but they take longer to react and punish.

    • About 14 to 15 minutes in Gordon starts talking about the currency manipulation and the capital flight. This is has been happening for a long time, every time the high ranking members of the CCP borrowed money and shipped it to the US our Europe it was money China couldn’t use. The same thing when the oligarchs moved their money out of China, which is why China has been inflating their money supply so much. Now with the threat of the Mainland moving troops into Hong Kong the money people there have moved as much of their liquid assets to the west as they can.

When predicting what is going to happen look at what the big money men are doing, they will tell you what they think the state of their economy is and their movement of as much money out of China says the Chinese economy is very weak.

  8. When watching the videos remember the statement of one of my Professors in Collage, “Don’t be afraid to trust your self, if your training and experience says something some expert is BS it is probably BS.” All of my experience in the business world says China’s economy is shaky, just as shaky as the economy of the Soviet Union just before it fell.
