  3. I used to wonder who PM Trudeau was trying to impress when he said, “We don’t do something because it’s the right thing or the moral thing to do, we get together and we talk etc…..”
    We got another example of the way he thinks with his response to the SNC Lavelin scandal when he said he wasn’t going to apologize for protecting Canadian jobs, (no one had asked him to, that wasn’t the issue).
    But what he obviously meant is that if the law stands in the way of him doing something that he wants to do (in this case it also benefits himself: Quebec MP, votes etc.), then the law is not important.
    He’s put himself above the law and he’s not going to apologize for doing so.
    This is how he thinks. And to quote the Old Testament: “As a man thinketh, so is he.”

    But in answer to my wondering, I think there are Canadians (many?) who think like him:

    The Law isn’t important, the truth isn’t important (the above video: many a true word spoken in jest.)

    So basically what you have left is power, power to impose your ideology, and many people agree with that too. (his ideology).

    Remember the meeting where he said he admired the Chinese dictatorship because they could get things done?

    This is who we have running our country. But…there’s an election coming up and maybe the Lord will have mercy on us, and enough people will vote him out.

  5. “Real Time” host Bill Maher minced no words Friday night regarding the news that Republican megadonor and billionaire philanthropist David Koch had died at age 79 following a long battle with cancer.

    “F— him… I’m glad he’s dead,” Maher said.

    This is horrifying lack of restraint and common decency is precisely why there are so many mass shootings in the United States today. Democrats, like Bill Maher, have been making shocking statements like this for years now and they are pushing the fulminating “Rambos” among us to kill people because they see it as a signal that the limits are off and the game is on ’cause it’s “Go Time!”…

    You don’t hear Rush Limbaugh or Newt Gingrich or Ted Cruz saying things like that, it’s always some flaming Democrat rat like Madonna or Rob Reiner that dispenses with common decency for themselves as they choose to discard it entirely on behalf of us all. Hillary Clinton called white working-class voters “A basketful of deplorables” and then went on to describe ordinary white Americans as a bunch of worthless bigots, lower than the filth beneath her feet. Cathy Griffin made her chopped-off Trump head and Auntie Maxine exhorted the Democrats to openly attack Republicans who they happen to catch eating lunch in a restaurant.

    Bill Maher is a total asshole just like The Reverend Mr. Al Sharpton and both will die with blood on their hands that they are too cowardly to openly admit to. How many times do the Simmering Rambos have to hear that Donald Trump is another Adolf Hitler and the Republicans are all Nazis before one of them gets the message and tries to shoot the PTA meeting or assassinate the President himself?

    Bill Maher, and foul-mouthed Democrats like him, are directly responsible for the uptick in mass-shootings and somebody needs to say it…
