1. After someone threw a milkshake in what a rational definition of the word would say was political terrorism, Burger King UK endorsed the act with this tweet:

They tried to walk it back but the comments are revealing in this thread:

No matter how you feel about Tommy Robinson’s candidacy, political violence is a bad idea. It always leads to bad things. And businesses owners have every right to their own opinions in issues and politics, but if they decide to use their business to come down on one side or the other, they should know there will be consequences.
2. Remember the hoax a few academics pulled on PoMo publications? More on that
3. Shooting in Islamic Society of Tampa Bay parking lot during Ramadan event leaves one man dead
TAMPA, Fla. — The Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a deadly shooting early Monday morning at the Islamic Society of Tampa Bay.
Deputies say just before midnight, two men got into an argument in the parking lot outside the mosque during a Ramadan event attended by several hundred people.
At some point during the argument, one of the men fired at the other. […]
Authorities say the public is not in danger. They believe the two men knew one other and were both attending prayer services at the mosque.
(I can’t remember the last time this happened at a Buddhist temple unless a muslim also was the shooter)

5. Exactly how is this lying sack of dung, not a terrorist?
Is terror not violence for a political purpose? Is there a better definition that makes throwing things at people you attach labels to, not a terrorist?
6. Britain Tells Iran: Do Not Provoke The United States Or Trump Will Retaliate
GENEVA (Reuters) – Britain told Iran on Monday not to underestimate the resolve of the United States, warning that if American interests were attacked then the administration of President Donald Trump would retaliate.
“I would say to the Iranians: Do not underestimate the resolve on the U.S. side,” Foreign Secretary Jeremy Hunt told reporters on the sidelines of the World Health Assembly in Geneva.
“They don’t want a war with Iran. But if American interests are attacked, they will retaliate. And that is something that the Iranians needs to think about very, very carefully.”

The Paris Subway – What do they expect? All of the money is going to pay the Invaders to not work.
Didn’t see anything particularly noteworthy in that video. I’ve seen much worse, every time I was in Paris.
Once on a subway platform, I saw an African man trying to kill another one, pushing him to the ground and kicking him, while screaming at the top of his lungs. There was pure murder in his voice, and everybody pretended not to notice. They stayed away as far as possible, hard to do since the place was packed (which is almost always the case).
Lot of scammers around, hustling tourists. Pickpockets too. The last hotel I stayed in was extremely noisy, people in the street shouting and breaking bottles all hours of the night. Cabbies are rude and unhelpful. Everybody is rude, and people’s moods are in the range from grumpy to livid.
Tense, paranoid atmosphere. Security everywhere, and those knuckledraggers aren’t very friendly either (just like the cops). Can’t be reasoned with. A friend was attacked in a dept store because he barely speaks french, they pulled him by the hair and threw him out on the street.
Shithole, avoid. Rest of the country isn’t much better tbh.
Well its good to know they are still rude. Something of France remains.
Milkshake:only when farage gets doused is it news, when TR gets the same thing twice it is “funny”,is it because we are animals and farage is an important person?
None of it is funny.
(I’m not crazy about Farage either. The media sees him as human; we’re Untermenschen.)
