GB is such a flaky douchebag, cheeto face lame ass depreciating wanker, he’s late to the game in awakening to reality, shame on his stupidity previously regarding Alex Jones & being anti Trump…
Yeah I agree with all that but we are in no position to kick anyone with a big megaphone off our team at this time.
I wish a lot more people would take that attitude.
The time when we can insist on ideological purity is long past, anyone who supports most of what we believe and has a wide audience on TV, Radio or Pod Casts is someone we have to support.
The only thing that really impressed me about Glenn Beck was his featuring of John Stossel, whose work was light years of most other coverage about jihad at that time.
Beck tends to chew up the scenery a bit much for my tastes. That said, I agree with the sentiment expressed here about finding some sort of baseline unity amongst this ragtag band of diehards called Conservatives.
My own suggestion is one I made many years ago. Namely, all other faiths (i.e., from soup to nutsJains to Zoroastrians and even atheists or agnostics) are obliged to find common cause in opposing Islam at every turn. No quarter. Do not pass GO. Do not collect $200. And Muslims can keep calm, sit down, and pour themselves a tall, cool, foamy, refreshing glass of STFU.
As Poor Richard noted:
“We must, indeed, all hang together or, most assuredly, we shall all hang separately.”
Never in recent times has this near-cliché been freighted with so much of its original meaning. Neither has there previously been this new clarion call to rediscover the grit and sagacity of America’s Founding Fathers: By which they bequeathed Liberty and Freedom to us, their political heirs.
