MEMRI TV – Philadelphia Imam Abdelmohsen Abouhatab in Antisemitic Sermons: The Jews Are the Vilest People
Imam Abdelmohsen Abouhatab, who is of Egyptian origin, delivered several antisemitic sermons at the Al-Aqsa Islamic Society in Philadelphia, PA.
On February 15, 2019, he said that the Jews are the vilest people in terms of their nature and moral values and that the “nefarious” Jewish media causes people to see Muslims as “oppressive and predatory lions.”
He said that the “enemies of Allah” are ordering heads of state to come to the Knesset, where they sit and “plot against their people, according to what the others want.”
Abouhatab then told his audience that in one of Israel’s wars, former Israeli PM Menachem Begin had once made bets on whether a pregnant woman was carrying a boy or a girl before slitting her belly open to find out.
Abouhatab added: “If faith had taken root in our hearts… we would have imposed the word of Islam upon the world.”
On January 11, 2018, Imam Abouhatab said that the propaganda and media are controlled by the Jews, who make people think that “power lies with 15 million people who own and control the riches of the world.”
On November 16, 2018, Imam Abouhatab said that an Israeli prime minister had once been asked about the hadith about the rocks and the trees calling to Muslims to kill the Jews hiding behind them, and that he had answered: “The hadith is true, but we are doing our best to prevent this.”
The Al-Aqsa Islamic Society has been involved in many interfaith activities.
It has hosted Philadelphia’s Interfaith Peacewalk since 2003, and has a full-time private Islamic school called Al-Aqsa Islamic Academy.
The sermons were streamed live on the mosque’s YouTube channel. In October 2018, the Al-Aqsa Islamic Society posted to its Facebook page a condemnation of the shooting at the Tree of Life Synagogue in Pittsburgh, in which it called for people of faith to stand united in condemnation of the attack.

Policy shift a warning to China on island dispute
Secretary of State Mike Pompeo announced a new policy on the South China Sea last week declaring the United States will defend the Philippines from an attack by China over a years-long island dispute.
The policy shift was announced by Pompeo in Manila on Friday. The secretary told reporters China’s island-building threatened both U.S. and Philippine sovereignty, security, and economic livelihood.
“As the South China Sea is part of the Pacific, any armed attack on Philippine forces, aircraft, or public vessels in the South China Sea will trigger mutual defense obligations under Article 4 of our Mutual Defense Treaty,” Pompeo said after a meeting with Philippines Foreign Affairs Secretary Teodoro Locsin.
The treaty article states that an armed attack in the “Pacific area” on either party would lead to action in response.
Until the declaration, the United States had not made clear the South China Sea was considered legally part of the Pacific under the defense treaty.

After Hoax Crimes, We Need to Talk Taqiyya

With the rise in hoax crimes, including the national story over the Jessie Smollet hoax, we need to have a conversation about taqiyya.
Taqiyya was practiced by a small population of Muslims. It allowed Muslims to lie in order to escape persecution. Taqiyya is not a widespread Muslim practice. In fact, most Muslims never heard of the term until it was used against us by people critical of Muslims and who questioned whether Muslims could be honest.
I certainly didn’t grow up learning the language of deceit.
As a South Asian Muslim, I initially wondered why people were talking about “pillows.” (Taqiyya means pillow in Urdu, the language I grew up speaking.)
One of the biggest hurdles in trying to talk to non-Muslims who have become critical of Islam and Muslims is that they’re convinced every Muslim is lying. It is impossible to move forward and hear each other if someone is convinced you’re starting from a place of deceit. That territory is made even more convoluted with the rise in hoax crimes, including Muslim hate crime hoaxes.
Where does that leave us? And where does that leave everyday Americans including American Muslims and Muslim reformers trying to develop common ground? Let me offer a line of reasoning that shows why radical Islamists don’t even need taqiyya to promote their ideas and ideology.

Now, why would that be? Could there be some truth to Olivia Manning’s observation how, ‘the problem with stereotypes is that there’s usually some truth to them’?
Far more importantly: Which decision involves less personal risk, a presumption of harmlessness or one of malice? Is there much, if any, room for error? Which of the two options can lead to immediate death?

There is no way of walking back from awarding one’s self such a treacherous and patently unfair advantage. NEVER. EVER. Full stop.
Taqiyya is the inescapable and vigorously defended domain of Muslims (by their own choosing) and no sane Infidel can possibly reconcile or dismiss this comprehensive betrayal of human decency.
For anyone demanding a doctrinal example of taqiyya in real life, look no further than the entire concept of hudna. (see: “‘Hudna:’ Neither a truce nor cease fire“, by David Bedein). Again, this twofaced filth is doctrinal, as in Koranic.
There is no way around or over this fundamental deal-breaker.
Even if all Muslims individually swore upon the Koran to abandon taqiyya, how could anyone possibly tell with the slightest degree of certainty? At the very least, there still would NEVER be any reliable way of detecting an onset of Sudden Jihad Syndrome or Radical Relapse™.
Just that one hazard alone is no longer acceptable when there are MILLIONS of jihadists (WITH BILLIONS OF DOLLARS BEHIND THEM) that would like nothing more than pulling a Major Kong of the Kaliphate on some slumbering Western metropolis.

The rationale for the summits between US President Donald Trump and North Korea’s Chairman Kim Jong-Un may well be misunderstood by the critics of the American administration. By meeting with the North Korean leader, the administration is seeking to change the “accepted” narrative about the Korean peninsula and Western Pacific, just as it has with respect to the Middle East.
Whether the administration can be successful is an open question, but changes already secured in the Middle East give support to the administration’s strategy and goals.
In the Middle East, for instance, the “Peace Process” tail has, for decades, wagged the Middle East dog — with the Palestinian Authority (PA), previously the PLO, having near veto power over US policy in the region. So central was this to America’s thinking that former US President William Jefferson Clinton said in 2010, if Israel simply provided the Palestinians with a state, most terrorism would go away — as if the grievance of Muslim terrorists about not yet having a Palestinian state explains their wholesale murder of fellow Muslims, to say nothing of Christians, Israeli civilians and Americans, murdered in literally countless Islamic terror attacks .

Turkish police recently raided the homes of, and detained, more than a dozen nationals suspected of “joining conflicts in Syria, providing logistics and money, and recruiting for [terrorist] organizations.”
Four days after the raids, which were carried out on January 13, all thirteen detainees were released — eleven of them pending trial and the other two on judicial control. The Turkish government-run Anadolu Agency, which reported on the detentions, later removed the story from its website and social media pages.
Among the detainees was Hasan Süslü, president of the NGO Fukara-Der (Aid and Solidarity Association for the Poor), suspected of aiding Hay’at Tahrir al-Sham (HTS) — a coalition of al Qaeda-affiliated groups, formerly known as the al Nusra Front, and currently the dominant jihadist force in Idlib in northern Syria.
Ankara says it wants to establish a “buffer zone” around Idlib to prevent a Syrian government attack on the country’s last major jihadi-held area. The raids and brief detentions of HTS suspects in Turkey came three days after HTS reportedly “sealed its grip on northern Idlib. HTS signed a ceasefire with what was left of a rival alliance that sees it confirm its supremacy and unites the region under a jihadist-led administration.”

Originating from the French territory of La Reunion, the siblings, aged 41 and 38, had been linked to radical cells in France and Belgium before moving to ISIS territory in 2014.

She told reporters: “What western governments are trying to make citizens believe about ISIS-led attacks is false.
“If someone tried to hurt your family, you too would seek justice.”
She added that ISIS families were “being bombarded day and night”.
When asked by a reporter if ISIS’ so-called “caliphate” had been a failure, she said: “You could say that.”
The jihadi wife stressed that she wanted France to “leave her alone” and did not wish to return home.
She said: “I certainly don’t want to go back to France, I want France to leave me alone.
“Because I know full well that if I go back, they’re going to put me in jail, they’re going to take my children away from me.
“I’m not asking anything of France… The French killed my children and my husband. I have no regrets, I don’t want to live there.

French government policy has long been to refuse to take back fighters and their wives.
Foreign Minister Jean-Yves Le Drian recently branded them “enemies” of the nation who should face justice either in Syria or Iraq.
Mrs Maquere also said that she thought Hayat Boumedienne, another prominent French jihadist whose fate remained unclear, was also recently killed in the Baghouz area.
Mrs Boumedienne, 30, was believed to be an active member of ISIS and is also the widow of Amédy Coulibaly, an ISIS jihadist who was gunned down by French police four years ago after carrying out deadly attacks in Paris.
Mr Coulibaly took hostages at a Jewish deli on the outskirts of Paris on January 8, 2015, four of whom he killed before an elite police unit forced its way into the shop and shot him.
The Malian-born jihadist claimed his attack, which came a day after two brothers killed 12 people at the offices of satirical magazine Charlie Hebdo, in the name of ISIS.
His wife had sneaked into Syria a few days earlier.”

Dershowitz: House Dems seem to be ‘going too far’ seeking dirt on Trump

LANDMARK DECISION: Alabama Court Rules Aborted Baby Is A Person With Rights
In a landmark case, an Alabama court became the first court in the nation to recognize an aborted baby as a person with rights.
The Madison County probate court ruled that a father of a baby that was aborted by the father’s girlfriend has the right to sue the woman’s center that performed the procedure as well the employees of the center and the pharmaceutical company that made the medication used in the abortion.
On February 10, 2017, against his wishes, the girlfriend of Ryan Magers aborted the baby they had conceived. In early February 2019, Magers filed suit; the suit states that the baby (Baby Roe) was aborted at six weeks in 2017, despite the fact that Magers repeatedly begged his girlfriend to let the baby live. The girlfriend went to the Alabama Women’s Center, where she was given a pill that would abort the baby.
Magers said, “I just tried to plead with her and plead with her and just talk to her about it and see what I could do, but in the end, there was nothing I could do to change her mind.”

“An attacker bombed an Amsterdam cafe belonging to a Moroccan resident in the Netherlands on Sunday.
According to the Dutch AT5 television channel, the incident is a part of a “settling of accounts” between drug traffickers of Moroccan origin. The same cafe, named Smoke Palace, was the target of an explosion on the night of January 12.
The owner, Mohamed El Y., does not have a criminal record, but his younger brother, Mustapha, is said to have been on the hit list of one or more gangs involved in the drug trade, according to the television channel.
Mustapha was reportedly warned several times that his life was under threat from competitors.
The attacker used a heavy explosive in the bomb. According to the Dutch newspaper Het Parool, a car drove away after the bomb went off, but the driver was not identified. The police hope that CCTV footage will help identify the perpetrator.
In addition to the cafe, which took thousands of euros worth of damage, the bomb damaged two neighboring buildings considerably. Mayor Femke Halsema will decide this week whether to reopen the cafe or to close it permanently.

Turkey has been building a 144-kilometer-long (89.4 miles) wall along its eastern border with Iran as Soylu viewed this wall and security systems on field in Oct. 2018. In May 2017, Tehran welcomed Turkey’s planned border security wall for safety. In Jan. 2018, Turkey completed more than half of it.
Separately, Soylu slammed the PKK for recruiting teenagers in its combat against Turkey.
Soylu said that PKK also recruits teens for sexual abuse and the minors suffer from deviant behaviors.
The so-called ringleaders of the PKK are known for their “perverted” behaviors, surrendered PKK terrorists confessed to Turkish security sources.
“53 PKK terrorists surrendered since January. In 2018, 383 terrorists surrendered,” Soylu said.
“Between 1984 and 2007, some 52,025 people joined this terror group. This figure went down to 236 in 2018,” Soylu remarked.
Turkey completed 80 percent of its winter operations against terrorists and is now setting new goals for spring, summer and fall operations.

“Turkey will impart its media experience to a total of 95 media professionals participating in the program from nearly every region of the former Yugoslavia,” it said.
Participants will be trained in the theory and practice of camera operation, light directing, sound editing and visual media informatics technology at the TRT headquarters.
The first group of 25 people from Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, Serbia and Croatia already completed their training and received certificates, TIKA said.
Thanks to such training projects, professionals from different countries are expected to also exchange their own experiences with one another.

“The European Commission is insisting on the need to organise a temporary system to manage migrant disembarkations while awaiting reform of the Dublin regulation.
The point is among measures that Brussels considers “immediate necessity”, along with strengthening support to Morocco to stop the “significant increase” of migrant arrivals in Spain, improve the “appalling conditions” of migrants in Libya, and a more organised management of migrants on the Greek islands.
Regarding the management of disembarkations, European Commissioner for Migration Dimitris Avramopoulos said there must be lessons taken from the experiences of ad hoc solutions with the migrants who were rescued in summer 2018 and January 2019, to arrive at a more coordinated and systematic approach.
The accord would serve to show the EU’s solidarity and responsibility, in a bridge solution until the Dublin reform is finalised.
Avramopoulos said “irregular arrivals in the EU are less than the period prior to the crisis” and calls on taking advantage of this moment “to complete the reform on common asylum”.
The topic of the temporary system for managing migrant disembarkations will be discussed at the EU interior ministers meeting on Thursday in Brussels.
In an informal meeting of European ministers in Bucarest a few weeks ago, a substantial number of countries showed interest in this possibility.
The solution would also allow for breaking the stall on the mission Operation Sophia, whose mandate is currently in a technical roll-over until the end of March.
That is because EU countries haven’t yet managed to agree on the division of migrants rescued by ships that are part of the mission.

“In Germany, in Europe, there are those who attend terrorist organization events then go on vacation in Antalya, Bodrum and Mugla,” Soylu said, referring to Turkish resort towns. “Now we’ve taken action against them.
“All right then, let them come and go to prison directly from the airport. Being in prison isn’t so easy. From now on it won’t be easy to commit treason abroad then come to Turkey for fun and good times,” he told supporters.
Soylu’s comments were aimed at supporters of the Kurdistan Workers’ Party (PKK), which Turkey, the EU and United States lists as a terrorist organization.

Researchers for tech giant Microsoft said the attackers stole secrets and wiped data from computer networks after targeting thousands of people at some 200 companies over the past two years, according to The Wall Street Journal.
Microsoft did not immediately respond to an AFP query on the report.
The Journal said Microsoft traced the attacks to Holmium, a group linked to Iran, and that some of the hacking was done for Holmium by another Iranian group known as APT33.
John Lambert, the head of Microsoft’s Threat Intelligence Center, told the newspaper the attacks were “massively destabilizing events.”
The report said the hackers notably targeted oil-and-gas companies, heavy-machinery manufacturers and international conglomerates in Saudi Arabia, Germany, Britain, India and the United States.
In 2017, the security firm FireEye blamed APT33 for destructive malware that targeted organizations in the Middle East and elsewhere.
The news comes with Iran, according to security experts, seeking to step up its cyber capabilities amid increasing efforts by the United States to isolate the Islamic regime.”
