Florida Friday Sermon – Imam Hasan Sabri: Palestine In Its Entirety Should Be Liberated
During a Friday sermon at the Islamic Center of South Florida, Imam Hasan Sabri criticized U.S. President Trump’s “Deal of the Century” as “treason,” and said that Palestine in its entirety is Islamic land.

Bus carrying Copts attacked in Minya, at least 7 killed
CAIRO – 2 November 2018: At least seven people were announced killed and seven others wounded after a bus carrying a number of Copts was attacked near the monastery of Saint Samuel the Confessor in Upper Egypt’s Minya on Friday, an anonymous security source said.
The security forces moved to the scene to disclose the attack’s circumstances, and ambulance vehicles arrived near the monastery to transfer the injured to hospitals, the source added, affirming that the perpetrators are being pursued.
The main road to the monastery has been closed according to security instructions as it is located in a dangerous zone in the desert, in addition to the unavailability of communication network in its surroundings, the source said, adding that the victims used sub-roads to reach the monastery.
The security source stressed the need for all media to abide by the official statements only, and avoid taking information from unverified social media sources.

Egyptian prosecution opens investigation into the terror attack on Coptic Christians; President El-Sisi mourns the victims and offers condolences to Pope Tawadros
Egypt’s prosecutor-general Nabil Sadek has dispatched a team of prosecutors to the site of the terrorist attack on a bus which killed at least seven Copts and injured 12 near the Monastery of Saint Samuel the Confessor in Upper Egypt’s Minya on Friday.
In an official statement, Sadek ordered members of northern Minya prosecution and members of Supreme State Security prosecution to the site to investigate the attack.
He also instructed the team to head to hospitals where the injured are receiving treatment to listen to their testimonies on the circumstances of the attack.
Security forces are currently searching for the unknown gunmen who carried out the terror attack on the bus, the sources said.
The sources added that the bus was using a back road to reach the monastery, adding that the main road to the monastery had been closed per security instructions due to the danger present in the western part of the governorate, where the monastery is located, and the lack of communication networks in the vicinity.
Egypt’s President Abdel-Fattah El-Sisi called Pope Tawadros II, the head of the Coptic Orthodox Church, to express his sincere condolences for the victims of the terrorist attack, according to a statement released by the church.
El-Sisi had issued a statement on his official Facebook page shortly after the attack mourning the victims, vowing to continue the war against terrorism.
“I mourn with deep sorrow the martyrs who were killed today by treacherous hands which aim to undermine the firm fabric of the nation, and I wish speedy recovery for the injured,” El-Sisi said.
“I confirm our determination to continue our efforts to combat dark terrorism and apprehend the culprits,” the president added.
“This attack will not weaken the will of our nation in continuing its battle to prevail and build,” El-Sisi said.
The spokesman for the Coptic Orthodox Church Boulis Halim earlier confirmed to Ahram Online that there had been seven fatalities and a number of injuries.
In May 2017, a similar terrorist attack by gunmen on a bus carrying Coptic pilgrims heading to the same monastery left 30 killed and two dozen injured.

The new figures, published Thursday by the Office for National Statistics (ONS), show the UK’s population in mid-2017 was bigger than ever at an estimated 66 million people and is projected add another seven million over the next 23 years.

A spokesman for the unelected EU executive said: “We regret the decision that the Austrian government has taken. We continue to believe that migration is a global challenge where only global solutions and global responsibility sharing will bring results.”
Poland signalled it, too is preparing to leave the agreement last month, when Interior Minister Joachim Brudzinski said he was recommending that Warsaw quit the globalist compact for security reasons, asserting that the government wants “Poles to be safe in their own country”.
Earlier this week it was reported that Croatia would also withdraw from the UN compact as the Balkan nation’s president, Kolinda Grabar-Kitarovi?, said voters could “rest assured” that she would not be signing the declaration in Marrakech next month.
Hungary was the second nation to pull out after the U.S. — whose President Donald Trump characterised the compact as “no borders, everyone can come in!” — after the Visegrad nation slammed the “dangerous” UN document, the principles and content of which it said “looks as if it were copied” from open borders-backing billionaire George Soros’ blueprints for mass migration.
EU Migration Commissioner Dimitris Avramopoulos recently reported that Brussels is working hard to “enhance legal pathways” for enabling huge numbers of third world migrants to settle in Europe.

U.S. troops that are confronted by the illegal migrant caravans now in Central America that are approaching the nation’s southern border will be authorized to use force to defend themselves, President Trump said Thursday as he promised a new executive order next week that will prevent those entering the country illegally from making asylum claims.
Trump’s comments came the day after he released a hard-hitting video reminding voters of Democrat shortcomings on immigration policy. The ad features an expletive-spewing Luis Bracamontes, an illegal alien who was sentenced to death for murdering two cops in 2014 in Sacramento, California, when Barack Obama was president. “I’m going to kill more cops soon,” the smiling, remorseless killer is shown saying in the video.
“It is outrageous what the Democrats are doing to our Country,” Trump wrote Oct. 30 in a tweet that included the video.
Meanwhile, there are now four caravans of thousands of border-busting foreigners from El Salvador, Guatemala, and Honduras that are headed for the United States. Many are violent or reportedly are suffering from communicable diseases. The first is currently near Matias Romero in the Mexican state of Oaxaca. The second is around Huixtla in the Mexican state of Chiapas. The third and fourth caravans are near Escuintla, Guatemala, and Ahuachapan, El Salvador, respectively.

This year’s midterm election offers the starkest contrast between the two parties in recent memory, making the choice of which to vote for obvious. We have reached a critical point in the long-developing transformation of our country from a democratic republic to the concentrated power and “soft despotism” of a technocratic elite. This year’s vote will determine whether Donald Trump’s pushback against that transformation will continue, or whether it will stall.
Democrats, of course, have been the main engine of that transformation. For over a century their politics and policies have relentlessly shifted further and further toward the progressive left. They have embraced and institutionalized the doctrines of technocracy based on a rejection of the Constitutional order and its philosophical assumptions that common sense, practical experience, virtue, and traditional wisdom are sufficient to make people capable of self-rule.
Democrats also rejected the Founders’ deep-seated fear of concentrated and centralized power, a lesson taught on every page of political history for 2500 years: No amount of technical training or knowledge can change a flawed human nature and its permanent vulnerability to the lust for power that always ends in tyranny. Hence the Founders’ separation and dispersal of power among the sovereign states and the three branches of the federal government. Protected by divided powers, the liberty of self-reliant and self-governing citizens became the bulwark against the self-aggrandizement of power by elites, and the tyranny that follows.

We all know that the midterm elections are different this time around. They are usually like “all politics,” namely local. But this time around they’re different. They are all presidential, all about Trump, as most everything is. And for the anti-Trump crowd — I’m talking about the political commentators and “analysts” — any and all things bad are held to be Trump’s fault. This is presumably because they believe that their condemnations of Trump will result in a Democrat takeover of the House of Representatives.
This pattern covers a wide variety of events. If a pro-Trump nut case mails out (maybe) dangerous packages to a bunch of Democrats, that’s held to be Trump’s fault. Ditto for the anti-Trump lunatic who slaughtered Jews in a Pittsburgh synagogue. He was somehow inspired to do it by Trump.
The question is whether the voters believe the same thing. I certainly haven’t been converted to Never Trumpism, although I have read a lot of it. I really don’t care what pundits think about the president, and I don’t need them to instruct me about the Middle East or Italy or federal income taxes. As for next Tuesday, I know enough about the (local) candidates to make up my own mind, so the smarties don’t affect me much.
I don’t have any trouble recognizing that a man who opens fire in the Tree of Life Synagogue and yells “All Jews must die.” isn’t reflecting the president’s views. I think that most voters know that. I also think that even the most rabid Never Trumpers do not believe that Trump’s personal inclinations include directing death threats at the rabbi in Pittsburgh, now in full swing.

San Francisco Treats Illegals, Tricks Citizens
California’s “motor voter” scheme may be sending one million illegals to the polls.

On Tuesday, San Francisco will become the largest city in the nation to allow noncitizens to vote, and the city has spent $310,000 on a “new registration system” specifically aimed at illegals. As the San Francisco Chronicle reports, the plan is the first in the state and follows Proposition N, a 2016 ballot measure allowing votes by noncitizens over the age of 18, reside in the city, and have children under age 19.
By the count of the Chronicle, only 49 noncitizens have signed up to vote on Tuesday, which works out to $6,326 for every illegal voter, but there’s more to the story. City officials are worried that voting could expose illegals to ICE, who might come looking and possibly deport somebody. So supervisor Sandra Lee Fewer, a backer of Proposition N, urged the city to spend $500,000 to warn the illegals.
Whatever San Francisco spends, their effort pales in comparison with the state’s Department of Motor Vehicles. The DMV’s 2015, “motor voter” law allowed the DMV automatically to register as voters those who get driver’s licenses. Secretary of State Alex Padilla claimed that protocols and “firewalls” would keep ineligibles from voting, but there was room for reasonable doubt.

US is reportedly granting 8 countries Iran sanctions waivers
The U.S. government has agreed to let eight countries, including close allies South Korea and Japan, as well as India, keep buying Iranian oil after it reimposes sanctions on Tehran next week, Bloomberg cited a U.S. official as saying.
Iran’s biggest oil customers – all in Asia – have been seeking sanctions waivers to allow them to continue buying some of its oil and have argued that a total ban would spur a further rally in the price of crude.

Two Saudi sisters found dead along the banks of the Hudson River had made statements they would rather kill themselves than return to Saudi Arabia, the New York Police Department said its detectives had learned.

Sounds like little else. Have the authorities even released the cause of death? That will tell a lot of the story right there. After all, how many sisters impulsively lash them selves together and hop into the drink?
A major complication is that the women most likely lived in the same house as their killer(s). It means that DNA traces anywhere outside their bodies will likely be excluded as evidence.
How supposedly sane people can even tolerate the presence of a culture which practices so-called “honor killings” defies all imagination. Trudeau will have a lot to answer for.

Khashoggi Case- Analysis of an Information Operation
Executive Summary:
The Turkish government successfully used an information operation to elevate the case of Jamal Khashoggi’s disappearance into a major international incident with strategic implications. The disappearance of Khashoggi is contemporaneous with the disappearance, and possible murder, of the head of INTERPOL, Meng Hongwei.
In one of these cases a highly visible individual with international position vanished without a trace and little fanfare; in the other a stunning amount of media coverage resulted in one of the largest news stories of the year. The US Secretary of State was personally dispatched to investigate, as was later the Director of Central Intelligence.
The difference in these cases is caused by the existence of the Turkish information operation (IO), and the absence of any similar operation attempting to push for Chinese accountability.
The Turkish government attained success through an adaptation of a Russian technique that the RAND Corporation calls the “Firehoses of Falsehood Propaganda Model.”1 In fact the “Falsehood” aspect of this model is dispensable; the model works much better if the information can be proven true, and still quite well if the information is merely not demonstrably false.
What is essential to the model used by the Turks and the Russians is the repeated injection of wild stories, not all at once but in controlled sequence. This creates a building effect similar to the increase of tension in a novel or screenplay. The audience comes to see attaining a resolution as necessary to their personal psychic well-being.
A major difference in the Russian model and the Turkish model is that the Russians tend to push their firehose narratives through propaganda outlets of their own creation. Although Turkish-language media supported and helped to drive the narratives, as did Arabic-language media controlled by Turkish ally Qatar, the main outlets that Turkish intelligence used to execute their operation were major Western English- language journalist outlets. This becomes clear upon an intensive study of the data.
While protecting the lives of dissidents and journalists are worthy goals, it is also important to a self- governing people to be able to recognize outside attempts to manipulate them or drive them to actions that may not align with their self-interest.
Some Western outlets, including the Washington Post, performed reasonably well at alerting their readers to the possibility that these stories were manipulative. Others, especially the New York Times, treated the successive firehoses as if they corroborated one another.
Better practices among journalists are necessary in order to ensure that similar operations in the future do not overwhelm clarity of thought in our political process.

The Human Rights Tribunal in the westernmost province of British Columbia awarded them more than C$173,000 ($132,000, £102,000).
Resort owner Kin Wa Chan said he wanted to hire Chinese employees because he believed they were cheaper.

Last year the group Judicial Watch filed a request for Berkeley Unified School District’s emails related to Antifa leader Yvette Felarca, who is a teacher at an area Middle School. Felarca sued the school district arguing that releasing the emails (anything with her name or the name of her Antifa group “BAMN”) would violate her rights. Two dark money mailers sent to thousands of voters without any disclosure of who paid for it—a likely illegal act—were sent by the same St. Louis printing company, which has been used by many Democratic campaigns in the state this cycle.
The two mailers—the first one targeting Republican representative Ann Wagner and the second targeting Republican Senate candidate Josh Hawley—both lack the standard disclosure statement identifying who paid for them, earning them quick criticism from state Republicans.
The Wagner campaign immediately called the mailer targeting the congresswoman illegal and said it would be filing a complaint with the Federal Election Commission. The Missouri Republican Party similarly called the mailer targeting Hawley illegal and called on his opponent Sen. Claire McCaskill (D., Mo.), a frequent critic of dark money groups, to condemn the mailer.
Though there is no disclaimer of who sent either mailer, the Free Beacon was able to identify the printer who sent out the mailers based on the postage permit number, which is the same on both.

But everything has its time, and talk these days requires such language.” While this could be Prince Muhammad’s motto, his domestic status and mettle are likely to be put to the test as the crisis unfolds. Ankara might leak further evidence of what happened to Khashoggi, or it might officially publish whatever proof it has.

“Pakistan’s authorities have struck a deal with a hard-line Islamist party to end a protest over the acquittal of a Christian woman convicted of blasphemy.
As part of the deal, Asia Bibi will be barred from leaving the country, though it is unclear for how long.
The protesters will also be able to file an appeal to the Supreme Court over its decision to release her.
She was convicted in 2010 of insulting the Prophet Muhammad, but was acquitted earlier this week.
But the ruling enraged some in the majority-Muslim country.
Hardliners who support Pakistan’s blasphemy laws have been taking to the streets since Wednesday’s ruling.
Pakistani Information Minister Fawad Chaudhry told the BBC, “We had two options: either to use force, and when you use force people can be killed. That is not something a state should do… We tried negotiations and (in) negotiations you take something and you leave something.”
He defended the agreement against allegations the government was capitulating to extremists:
“We need to take steps against extremism, we need to take steps against such kind of violent protesters and we need to come up with a permanent solution. Right now this is not a cure. This is firefighting, what we are doing. The cure is the real thing and our government is committed to the cure.”
He clarified that the decision on whether or not to bar Asia Bibi from leaving the country would be made by a court, and added the government would “take all steps necessary to ensure Asia Bibi’s safety”.
What’s in the deal?
It was reached between the government and the Tehreek-i-Labaik (TLP) party, which led the mass protests, local media report.
Under the agreement, as well as beginning legal proceedings to put Asia Bibi on a list which would ban her from leaving Pakistan, the government will also not block a review petition filed against the verdict.
The deal also envisages that all protesters arrested since Asia Bibi’s acquittal will be released, and any violence towards them will be investigated.
In return, the TLP is asking its supporters to stop the protests and disperse peacefully.
The authorities earlier said that Asia Bibi was scheduled for release later this week.
Speaking to the BBC this week, her lawyer Saiful Mulook said she would need to move to a Western country for her own safety. Several countries have offered her asylum.
What was Asia Bibi accused of?
The trial stems from an argument Asia Bibi, whose full name is Asia Noreen, had with a group of women in June 2009.
They were harvesting fruit when a row broke out about a bucket of water. The women said that because she had used a cup, they could no longer touch it, as her faith had made it unclean.
Prosecutors alleged that in the row which followed, the women said Asia Bibi should convert to Islam and that she made offensive comments about the Prophet Muhammad in response.
She was later beaten up at her home, during which her accusers say she confessed to blasphemy. She was arrested after a police investigation.
On Wednesday though the Supreme Court acquitted her, saying that the case was based on flimsy evidence and her confession was delivered in front of a crowd “threatening to kill her”.
Why is this case so divisive?
Islam is Pakistan’s national religion and underpins its legal system. Public support for the strict blasphemy laws is strong.
Hard-line politicians have often backed severe punishments, partly as a way of shoring up their support base.
But critics say the laws have often been used to get revenge after personal disputes, and that convictions are based on thin evidence.
The vast majority of those convicted are Muslims or members of the Ahmadi community, but since the 1990s, scores of Christians have been convicted. They make up just 1.6% of the population.
The Christian community has been targeted by numerous attacks in recent years, leaving many feeling vulnerable to a climate of intolerance.
Since 1990, at least 65 people have reportedly been killed in Pakistan over claims of blasphemy.”
