    A 25-year-old Sri Lankan man accused of being an Islamic State affiliate has been charged with possessing a blueprint to target several “symbolic” Sydney locations.

    Officers from NSW’s Joint Counter Terrorism Team (JCTT) arrested Mohamed Nizamdeen at Kensington, in Sydney’s south-east.
    The University of New South Wales contractor appeared in Waverley Local Court today where he was refused bail, with the matter adjourned to October 24.
    Mr Nizamdeen is in Australia on a student visa, and police will allege they found documents containing plans to facilitate terrorism attacks on the university campus.
    Police searched a unit on Defries Avenue in Zetland about 2:00am today, where they seized several electronic items. They are currently searching his workplace.
    Australian Federal Police (AFP) detective superintendent Michael McTiernan said the charges were “serious and significant”.
    “It is quite a significant document which requires further analysis,” he said.
    “At this stage there is a number of locations and individuals named in that document who are potential targets.”
    Police allege Mr Nizamdeen was acting on his own, and despite telling a media conference he appeared to be an Islamic State affiliate, they have not charged him with being a member of a terrorist organisation.
    The ABC understands Mr Nizamdeen was working is a business systems analyst in UNSW’s IT department, including working on a project to help students better understand cyber security.
    NSW Police detective acting superintendent Michael Sheehy said investigations were in their infancy.
    “At this stage, there [are] no concerns for public safety,” he said.
    “This is clearly an offence in relation to the preparation of a document. It is not an offence in relation to capability of this individual.”
    The JCTT comprises officers from the AFP, NSW Police, the Australian Security Intelligence Organisation, and the NSW Crime Commission.
    Police said Mr Nizamdeen’s visa was to expire in September, and that he was in the process of applying for another one.

      Due to Western governments’ idiotic obsession with the “lone wolf” narrative, all too often does law enforcement end up out at the pointy and of things where well-trained and competent warriors (i.e., soldiers) truly belong.

      Oxygen thieves like Mohamed Nizamdeen barely deserve due process. In fact, all of us would be far better off if these anemic troglodytes stood before military tribunals without any press access. “Just the facts, Ma’am”, no hullabaloo, no sensationalism, no nothing.” Well, perhaps the odd and persistent rumor of those executed being buried inside a hog carcass with full bowels!

      One dead cop is waaay too many dead cops and the police community has yet to demonstrate even a dim awareness of this fact (when jihadism is involved). Where “The Thin Blue Line” and Islamic terrorism collide will become a sort of de facto, nuts-and-bolts, tactical urban combat lesson plan for all other LEOs (Law Enforcement Officers).

      What will it take to adequately (and appropriately) blur the borders twixt planning and “capability”? To jihadis, it is a distinction without a difference.     • Earlier this week a Dem Politician said that after the Dems remove Trump they are going after Supreme Court Judges they don’t like, now they are saying they are going to arrest police officers for enforcing the laws. I am saying police officers instead of ICE agents deliberately because of the verbal attacks the left wing politicians have been making on the police officers that enforce the laws on minorities.

      This is two more data points on the collapse of civilization and the rule of law, anyone who thinks that these Dem politicians are going to accept the results when the Dems lose in the midterms is living in a fantasy land. No matter who wins they are going to go after the Repubs and Conservatives, the right waited impatiently for 8 years to get Obama out of office, the left isn’t going to wait until the voters swing to their side they are going to attack now so correct what they think are crimes.         The Dems have made hollow threats before, the big differences was that 1) They hadn’t corrupted the Department of Justice and the FBI to the point the threats had some teeth in them, and
        2)The Dems hadn’t started Doxxing ICE Agents to put pressure on them and their families, and
        3) The Dems hadn’t turned Antifa, BLM and BAMN loose to create chaos, burn cars and hospitalize people for disagreeing with them.

        The Dems have done their best to destroy the rule of law and we are still waiting to discover how much damage they have done. We are also waiting to discover the violence they are going to unleash after the Midterms. I don’t care which side wins the midterms the Dems are going to turn their people loose to create hell for the rest of us.

    FARMERSVILLE, Texas

    Federal officials may sue a Texas town over its decision to halt a religious association’s plans to build a Muslim cemetery.

    The U.S. Department of Justice is investigating whether Farmersville violated a law designated to stop municipalities from discriminating against land use decisions, the Dallas Morning News reported. The U.S. Attorney General’s Office “has approved the filing of a lawsuit against the city under the Religious Land Use and Institutionalized Persons Act,” according to a city statement.

    The Farmersville City Council unanimously voted this week to enter negotiations to reach a potential settlement that would allow the cemetery to proceed and avoid a lawsuit. The city, about 45 miles north of Dallas, has roughly 3,300 residents, 75 percent of whom are white.

      Hundreds of people took to the streets of Gothenburg on Friday as part of a counter-protest against a rally led by the newly-founded Swedish right-wing party Alternative for Sweden (AfS).

      While AfS party member Per Sefastsson was addressing scores of supporters, a larger group of counter-protesters gathered, holding banners and chanting slogans such as “Stop racism,” “No Nazis on our streets” and “No one is illegal.”

    Authorities in southern Mexico declared a health emergency Thursday in the once-glittering resort of Acapulco due to mountainous piles of uncollected trash.

    The health secretary of the state of Guerrero said city authorities in Acapulco had not acted on previous warnings about the garbage build-up.

    Carlos de la Pena said Thursday there are “impressive columns of garbage” at several points in Acapulco. However, most are not close to the city’s beachfront.

    Acapulco Mayor Evodio Velazquez posted videos accusing the state government of not providing more money to solve the problem.

    Velazquez said the garbage piles were at points where residents normally dumped trash, and said they were cleaned up every day.

    Satellite photos published Thursday purported to show the establishment of an Iranian surface-to-surface missile factory in Syria, raising fresh concerns over the extent of the two countries’ military cooperation on Israel’s northern border.

    The photos, which were taken by ImageSat International and published by Channel 10 news, were said to show a facility outside Wadi Jahannam in northwest Syria resembling Iran’s Parchin facility, which has been linked to the Islamic Republic’s ballistic missile and nuclear programs.

    Beyond noting an apparent surge in construction work at the site and the building’s seeming similarity to Parchin, Channel 10 did not say how it was identified as a missile factory.

    Unlike other Iranian facilities in Syria that have been targeted in Israeli airstrikes, the report said the site was likely spared due to its close proximity to a Russian S-400 ant-aircraft battery, which is considered to be one of the most advanced air defense systems in the world.

    Iran has transferred short-range ballistic missiles and missile launchers to Shi’ite proxies in Iraq over the last few months and is helping those groups to start making their own, Iranian, Iraqi and Western sources said.

    The Zelzal, Fateh-110 and Zolfaqar missiles have ranges of 200-700 km., putting Saudi Arabia’s capital Riyadh or the Israeli city of Tel Aviv within striking distance if the weapons were deployed in southern or western Iraq.

    The Quds Force, the overseas arm of Iran’s Revolutionary Guards, has bases in both those areas. Quds Force commander Qassem Soleimani is overseeing the program.

  27. Will Iran Leave Syria?
    Chasing mirages does not add up to a successful foreign policy.

    Iran’s alliance with the House of Assad goes back to 1980 when Syria under Hafez al-Assad was the only Arab country that stood by Iran during its eight-year war with Saddam Hussein’s Iraq. In recent years, much of the Assad regime’s successes can be attributed to the military training and advice provided by the Iranian Revolutionary Guards and the fighting capability of Hizbullah forces from Lebanon again trained by the IRGC.

    Furthermore, more than 1,000 Iranians, including senior members of the Revolutionary Guards, have been killed fighting on behalf of the Assad regime. Iran is keen to profit financially from the reconstruction program that is bound to follow the end of the civil war and is unwilling to give up its strategic foothold in Syria.

    To expect Iran to eliminate or even reduce its presence in Syria is nothing more than a pipe dream. Assad is more than comfortable with the Iranian military presence in the country because it serves his immediate purpose of regime maintenance and because he does not want to become overly dependent on Russia.

    Assad is suspicious that Moscow might decide to withdraw its support to the regime if it serves its other more pressing interests. Under these circumstances, American efforts to persuade Russia to induce Iran to leave Syria appear futile.

    The continental catastrophe that has engulfed Africa may go down in history as the greatest, politically motivated, human calamity of all time. Hundreds of millions of poverty-stricken people are getting poorer while an ever diminishing, tiny elite get richer and richer. Central authority in most countries is dissipating, legal strictures introduced by the colonial administrations have disintegrated and the rule of ‘might of right’ is back. Countries in the traditional sense of the word are ceasing to exist as borders are eviscerated by tribal allegiances trumping national identities. Warlords, and tyrannical traditional leaders have assumed control over vast swathes of sub-Saharan Africa and they rule ruthlessly. The world rarely and barely gets a glimpse of the blood-soaked barbarities routinely visited upon a multitude of wretchedly poor and defenceless people and when they do, they respond with little other than the muttering of meaningless platitudes. The damage being done to the environment through overpopulation, ‘slash and burn’ agriculture and uncontrolled logging along with the decimation of wildlife is sickening but the ‘Global Warmists’ are silent on this and the ‘bunny-hugging’ so-called ‘environmentalists’ do little other than wring their soft wet hands.

    All this has its genesis in the disastrous post WW II decision made in Europe to rapidly and, dare I say, recklessly, abandon Africa, coming on the back of a massive mindset change which saw most Western Europeans suddenly deciding they hated themselves and must henceforth spend the rest of their lives paying penalties for the crime of having been born white. The liberal-socialist political leadership that took power in post-war Europe (because too many real patriots and conservative libertarians were killed in the fight against fascism) was in complete control and the perverts, socialists and Stalinists who seized control of the once esteemed BBC were in full cry leading the glorious retreat from imperium and greatness. The stage was set in 1957 for Queen Elizabeth II to lead a tumultuous welcoming of Ghana’s charismatic (but utterly clueless) Kwame Nkrumah on to the world stage as the first leader of a newly ‘liberated’ colony; the ushering in of a golden dawn and the ‘de-shackling’ of a country. Thus, the catastrophe began to unfold.

    Underpinning the events of the next six decades the left-wing mainstream media did a superb job of convincing the vast majority of people that Africans were only good people and Europeans were only bad people unless they were paedophile priests like the venerated Bishop Trevor Huddlestone in which case they were modern-day saints. But if you were white and you had the temerity to suggest you were African by birth-right, loved your country, wanted to stay and work in your homeland for the better of all and entitled to the same fundamental human rights as other ethnic groups you were quickly condemned as a member of a racist, renegade white-supremacist tribe that did little other than extort and enrich itself at the expense of a benighted black populace. Under this sort of racial cover, Euro-Africans were effectively reclassified from 1957 onwards as non-human in the sense that normal human rights such as those pertaining to property and citizenship did not apply to them. They were unwanted vagrants who happened to be in the wrong place at the wrong time and to hell with them unless they did something wrong in which case all the rules applied – and more. Thus, when a white riot-policeman stomped on the toe of a black woman demonstrator (Mrs. Phombeya) in soon to be independent Malawi it probably elicited more angry international outrage than did the killing of almost a million Tutsis in Rwanda. When that genocide unfolded the man on duty was the universally lionised Kofi Annan who did precisely nothing despite the desperate pleas for help from Canadian General Romeo Dallaire who was on the ground in Kigali as head of the UN Peacekeeping force. US President Bill Clinton, that other famous ‘liberal-humanitarian’ also turned a deaf ear to the cries of the dying but he was probably too busy dealing with demands from Monica Lewinsky.

    The stripping of rights from Europeans has played out in some shape or form in virtually every post-colonial African country and is one of the leading causes of the political, social and economic collapse that has characterised the ‘independence’ era and now maybe the final, but possibly the most horrifying and violent chapter in this wretched saga may yet be written in South Africa with the ANC government signalling its intention to confiscate land without compensation from the white farmers who produce 85% of the country’s agricultural produce, much of which goes to countries north of the border. This, if it happens, will be much worse in every respect than Zimbabwe as it will lead to the destruction of Africa’s industrial powerhouse and the second biggest economy leading to mass poverty, starvation and probably a complex civil war with warring tribes vying for the last spoils of what was once a very rich and prosperous country. This will signal the return in toto of most of Africa to much the same lawless and chaotic state it was in when the colonisers arrived, the squander of its riches and the condemnation of the majority to lives of almost unimaginable misery.

    But there is twist in the end of the tale with the intervention of two of the world’s most powerful men. From Russia comes the news that Vladimir Putin’s government is keen to welcome 15,000 ‘Boers’ to farm in Georgia. Putin’s team is shrewd and they are not blinded by the modern-day demands of political-correctness; they know these are some of the finest and toughest farmers in the world, embrace a Christian ethos and they know they will make a massive contribution to Russian agriculture. Ironic indeed, when one is reminded it was not that long ago that Russians, albeit under the banner of the USSR, were at war with the same people they now offer sanctuary to.

    And in a rare break from the timidity of the past Donald Trump has stepped into the fray with a ‘Tweet’ warning of his administration’s concern over the possibility of another Zimbabwe-style land-grab and the ongoing farm-murders. This has stunned the country’s leadership. Never before has a Western leader of such stature remonstrated with them in such a way and the shock was almost palpable. While the public reaction was one of anger, defiance and outrage there has subsequently been a discreet but dramatic decision made to withdraw the troubling Expropriation Bill from parliament for ‘re-drafting’ and the political narrative has morphed dramatically from one of confrontation to compromise bringing relief, albeit temporary, to millions of South Africans. There can be little doubt President Trump will get no credit for this but he had the courage, the power and the political will to do something decisive and the Trump ‘Tweet’ may yet go down in history as a seminal moment when a newsflash in cyberspace saved a country from destroying itself.

    Sadly, but unsurprisingly the leftist ‘virtue-signallers’ are unimpressed and unamused; their aim to destroy Africa is not yet done and to do this they must destroy Donald Trump. A Democratic Congress will probably do that in November through a process of impeachment and the American-left will thereafter do as little as possible to thwart the destructive tendencies of politicians in southern Africa who have prospered so mightily on the back of unconditional Western largesse delivered by liberal politicians who refuse to hold them to account. For those of us who still wish for a future in our African homelands we watch Washington with trepidation and hope.

    The Islamic Republic of Iran likes to claim that the U.S. is solely responsible for toppling the democratically-elected Iranian leader Mohammad Mossadegh in a 1953 coup – so that Iran’s anti-U.S. attitudes are understandable, even justified. But as Ray Takeyh, a senior fellow at the Council on Foreign Relations, noted in a 2014 Foreign Affairs article, in the years prior to the 1953 coup, the U.S. was providing economic assistance to Iran – “assistance that helped ease the pain” of a British blockade which followed Mossadegh’s push to nationalize the country’s oil.

    It was Mossadegh who rejected every U.S. attempt to broker a solution between the British and Iran. As the country’s economy suffered, its citizens grew increasingly critical of their prime minister. Finally Mossadegh lost control of the military and fled.

    As Takeyh noted, “The documentary record reveals that the Eisenhower administration was hardly in control and was in fact surprised by the way events played out.” Post-coup, U.S. diplomatic cables cited Iran’s military “and great numbers [of] Iranian civilians inherently loyal to [the] Shah” as crucial.

Those with suicidal tendencies – 54% – said their preferred method of suicide was to die while carrying out an attack.

    Professor Ariel Merari, who led the study, asked, “What causes one particular Palestinian and not 1,000 others to get up one morning and decide that this is the day he’ll stab or run over a Jew?…We found that 67% of the attackers we looked at had indicators of psychopathology, including suicidal tendencies, and in some cases serious personality disorders that were close to psychosis.”

    Merari said family troubles were much more likely to motivate women to commit a terrorist attack. Security officials recount stories of women who took to terrorism because they were being forced to marry against their will, or because their husbands were divorcing them and trying to take their children.

    “Muslims, like Jews or Catholics, are not allowed to commit suicide…. Dying while carrying out a terrorist attack, on the other hand, is not only not forbidden, it is recommended…. The daily reporting of these incidents in the Palestinian media and the legitimacy they are given there guides a potential suicide terrorist to choose this manner of death.”

    I want to thank my old friend Lisa Nelson and ALEC for inviting us to present our case for a Convention of the States whose purpose would be to reform our Constitution.

    Why are we raising this prospect of reform to the fundamental law of the land? It’s because we are in the midst of a constitutional crisis the likes of which we have not seen since the Civil War. It’s because a political left which rejects the framework of the Constitution is now in control of the Democratic Party and is pursuing an agenda that has already destroyed key pillars of our democracy and will go on to destroy its very foundations if bold measures are not taken.

    The greatest weakness displayed in defending these foundations by those of us who cherish them, is our failure to leverage the power we have – the power the people have given us – to stop the assault on our institutions and values.

    For example, the signature legislation of the Obama administration – the Affordable Care Act – was the greatest assault on individual freedom and individual choice in our lifetimes. You can’t keep your doctor if you like him; you can’t keep your plan; and you can’t choose not to have a plan – the government’s plan. Even worse, our real goal is a single payer system – to have all 330 million of you in the federal government’s pocket.

    Republicans promised to repeal Obamacare. For six years between 2010 and 2016, the American people elected Republican congresses to do just that. But they didn’t. Fear of the Democrats, fear of the media, fear of unintended consequences paralyzed them. The conservative dominated Supreme Court declared this unconstitutional socialist law constitutional. It took a bold president, unintimidated by the left and its media lackeys to begin to undo the damage.

    Another example: We control 33 state legislatures that fund and run the schools that shape our future generations from kindergarten to the graduate level. Over the course of half a century these schools have been turned into indoctrination and recruitment centers for the Democratic Party and its socialist left. Conservative faculty and conservative texts have been purged from our collegiate institutions, and conservative speakers barred from campus. At the K-12 level, school curricula have been turned over to racist organizations like Black Lives Matter, and terrorist organizations like the Muslim Brotherhood. Teachers feel entitled to organize students to leave their classrooms and join mass street protests for partisan issues like gun control. School assemblies are held where teachers burst into tears over the election of a Republican president and sow extravagant fears in their youthful charges as to what that might mean for their futures. Ludicrous doctrines dear to the left, like “gender fluidity” and “white skin privilege” are being taught to first graders. An alphabet book for five and six year olds current in public school systems is called “A Is For Activist.” And “F is for feminist. C is for Counter Corporate Vultures. M is for Megaphones Marching. Hip Hip Hooray it must be May Day. T is for Trans. U is for Union. Union yes!” “X is for Malcolm X.”

    The political subversion of our schools by an anti-American left is without doubt the greatest long term threat to our democracy. Yet 33 conservative legislatures are doing nothing about it. The solutions are quite straightforward. Withhold funding unless school administrators restore professional standards of fairness, inclusion and political neutrality to the classroom. Instead, state appropriations and education committees are sitting on their leverage and not using it. Because they fear unknown consequences.

    The same fear is behind the failure to support a Convention of the States whose purpose is to reform the Constitution to meet the threats we are facing now.

    The UN report accusing Myanmar of genocide over its attempts to defend its Buddhist and Hindu population against Islamic violence is out. Its conclusions are as unsurprising as its methodology is dubious. The report was instigated by the UN Human Rights Council, an organization stacked with tyrannies, particularly Islamic ones. Current members include Islamist regimes like Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Pakistan, Afghanistan and Iraq. Allies of the Rohingya Muslim colonists are prevalent. Buddhist and Hindu countries are underrepresented.

    The report’s methodology is quite scanty. The UN mission never actually made it into Myanmar. It claims to have “interviewed 875 witnesses who had fled the country”. But while the report draws all sorts of conclusions and makes all sorts of accusations about the government, it’s unclear if anyone in a position to know about government actions was actually interviewed, as opposed to the Muslim insurgent population.

    Black victims these days, for the most part, are the product of decades of Black Americans being used primarily by white progressive leftists to advance an anti-American agenda.

    The current brouhaha surrounding the despicable behavior of NFL athletes toward the National Anthem and the American flag is a prime example of what the Left has done to my race.

    One must assume these players and their guilt-conflicted white coaches and owners (and victimhood-inflicted black coaches) are being manipulated by the Left, because no intelligent, thinking people would deliberately cut themselves off at the knees. Essentially, what these young misguided mostly black men are doing is ensuring the demise of their lucrative paychecks. Further, I would wager that if these teams consisted of all white athletes, none of this idiocy would be allowed. We are witnessing this travesty because the vast majority of players are black and can whine “oppression” if appropriate action is taken against them for their unconscionable behavior.

    The twisted reasoning that claims these protests are to highlight “injustice” and “police brutality” is a laughable crock. What they do in fact is dishonor valued symbols of this nation’s heritage and cover over truth about black crime.

    Matthew Vadum Conservative Facebook employees fed up at the social media behemoth’s oppressive, intolerant corporate culture have created an internal group to fight back.

    It’s no secret that social media platforms have been suppressing and marginalizing ideas they don’t like — and the ideas they don’t like are overwhelmingly of the conservative and patriotic variety.

    But this new revolt is significant because internal dissent is almost unheard of at Facebook. When Google engineer James Damore wrote an internal memo arguing that forced diversity at the company wasn’t a positive thing and that so-called underrepresentation of women in the technology field probably wasn’t related to sexism, Google fired him.

    The internal group, called FB’ers for Political Diversity, came into being after senior Facebook engineer Brian Amerige posted an item titled, “We Have a Problem With Political Diversity,” on Facebook’s internal message board last week.

    According to a New York Times article, more than 100 of Facebook’s approximately 30,000 employees have joined the new group since it was formed days ago. However, at press time, there were two groups with the same name listed on Facebook. One had a membership of 476; the other, 1,228.

    “We are a political monoculture that’s intolerant of different views,” Amerige wrote in the internal message board post, the New York Times reported. “We claim to welcome all perspectives, but are quick to attack — often in mobs — anyone who presents a view that appears to be in opposition to left-leaning ideology.”

    A “whiff of grapeshot” is how English historian Thomas Carlyle described Napoleon’s method of stopping a Royalist riot during the French Revolution. Napoleon ordered his men to fire cannon loaded with “grapeshot,” shrapnel, directly into the mob, killing some and scattering the rest. The saying has lived on as a lesson in deterrence: decisive and brutal force used at the right time can avoid a more serious engagement with higher casualties.

    The failure to learn this lesson about deterrence has compromised our now four-decades old conflict with Iran. The mullahcracy’s latest burst of braggadocios threats and empty boasts about “controlling” the Persian Gulf and the Straits of Hormuz is a good opportunity to display some old-school deterrent action.

    We rich, comfortable moderns, of course, look on such brutal methods as relics of our savage past––barbarous behavior beneath our morally superior sensibilities. Don’t we live in the “international rules-based order,” where all agree that lethal force should be used only as a last resort, and that diplomacy and “engagement” should be the best way to resolve conflicts? Of course, the history of just the last century shows empirically that this is a pipe dream. In the real world our enemies and rivals live in, force isn’t an adjunct to diplomacy, but diplomacy is a “technical adjunct” to force, as Robert Conquest described the diplomacy of the Soviet Union, and what an advisor to Lyndon Johnson called a “weapons system” for the North Vietnamese.

    The Israeli Navy will soon receive a significant boost in its operational capabilities after it was announced that Israel Aerospace Industries (IAI) entered into an agreement to equip Israel’s newest and most powerful warships – the Sa’ar 6 – with Barak-8 missile defense systems. The Barak-8 is a sophisticated missile defense system that can intercept aircraft and is equally adept at countering incoming missile threats. The platform is currently in service with the Israeli Navy as well as the Indian Navy and air force. This development comes on the heels of an announcement by the Israeli Ministry of Defense that it awarded a contract to Israel’s Elbit Systems for the delivery of electronic warfare suites to the Israeli Navy.

    The Sa’ar 6 class of corvettes includes a series of four new warships that will be used alongside other naval assets to patrol Israel’s Exclusive Economic Zone (EEZ). The Sa’ar 6 is a formidable platform brimming with sophisticated weaponry and electronic surveillance equipment. It will be armed with 40 Barak-8 missiles as well as multi-round launchers equipped with C-Dome interceptors produced by Rafael Advanced Defense Systems. The C-Dome is a point defense missile system capable of intercepting short-range rockets and artillery and was based on the combat proven Iron Dome and Barak 1 designs. The Barak-8 and C-Dome missile defense systems will be able to provide the navy with a formidable multi-tiered defense capability against a variety of threats including aircraft, drones and sea-skimming cruise missiles like the Chinese C-802 and Russian Yakhont, both of which were supplied to Hezbollah via Iran.

    The Sa’ar 6 will also be fitted with an Oto Melara 76mm Super Rapid gun mount, which offers high rate of fire against air and surface targets. To address long-range surface threats, the Sa’ar 6 will deploy the combat-proven, sea skimming IAI Gabriel IV and Boeing RGM-84 Harpoon anti-ship missiles. Rounding out the weapons package will be two torpedo launchers for MK54 Torpedoes, and two 30mm Rafael Typhoon remote, stabilized weapons platforms. The warship will also accommodate helicopters like the AS565 Panther of the Maritime Helicopters Squadron. The Panther, which is also known in Israel as the Atalef, is a versatile platform that can be used for combat assault, anti-submarine warfare as well as search and rescue operations.
