  1. IPT Exclusive: U.S. and Turkish Ties to Malaysia’s Hamas Lobby

Hamas’ recruitment, training, and propaganda network in Malaysia has close ties to a complex web of Islamist and pro-Hamas individuals and entities in Turkey, the United States and beyond. It is only by adopting a comprehensive approach to understanding the global reach of Hamas’s terrorist infrastructure that one can finally hope to dismantle and defeat it.

    • Erdogan’s Turkey Intensifies Involvement in Gaza and Jerusalem

      • Why is Jerusalem so important to Turkey?

      • Turkey, which supports Hamas, has a growing presence in east Jerusalem, as seen by the Turkish flags flying there. Its influence can even be seen in local restaurants and clothing stores.

      • Turkish support for Hamas also explains the appearance of Turkish flags among Palestinian protesters in the Gaza fence confrontation.

      • Turkey is using Muslim “tourism” to gain a foothold on the Temple Mount and other holy sites, possibly aiming to take control of them.

  5. French Police Mistreat Migrant Children Before Sending Them to Italy – Charity (sputniknews, Jun 15, 2018)
    https://sputniknews.com/europe/201806151065429763-france-police-migrants/

“Migrant children claimed that French border police detained and humiliated them before forcing them to return to Italy, a fresh report by Oxfam charity organization read.

“Oxfam staff and partners recount cases where border guards have cut the soles off the shoes of child migrants or stolen their phone SIM cards. In one case, a very young Eritrean girl was forced to walk back across the border along a road with no pavement carrying her 40-day-old baby,” the Oxfam report published on Thursday read.

The charity added that at least 16,500 migrants, a quarter of which are children, crossed the Italian-French border near the Italian town of Ventimiglia during the last nine months. Staying for months and years in reception centers, migrant children have no opportunity to attend school, reunite with their family members or gain information about how to claim asylum, the charity said.

Oxfam concluded by urging the EU member states to equally share ‘the responsibility’ for accommodating refugees and calling on the French authorities “to stop illegally returning children to Italy and to put an end to the illegitimate practices by French police and border guards.”
Earlier this week, several Italian charities accused French border police of falsifying young migrants’ birth dates in order to send them back to Italy. Under the Dublin Regulation, minor asylum seekers can not be sent back to Italy if they request to stay in France, while adult refugees can only claim asylum in the first European country they arrive in.

The report came a day after a French-Italian standoff, when French President Emmanuel Macron slammed Italy for its decision to deny entry to the Aquarius, which carried over 600 migrants saved in the Mediterranean. The criticism sparked strong objections from Rome, which repeatedly said that Italy is not to be turned into Europe’s “refugee camp” while the neighboring countries close borders and defend their frontiers with weapons.”

… And we all know how this represents a Crime Against Humanity™ whose dimensions and magnitude exponentially exceeds that of the gulags and Mao’s “re-education camps” combined. Not even the brutally lacerated feelings of a freshly triggered and unrestrainedly blubbering Antifa snowflake could possibly approximate the endless, cruelly imposed suffering of this illegally migrating African woman—who clearly departed home, in full gravidity, with predictably high hopes of whelping her (most-likely-illegitimate) pup on EU soil as some sort of “anchor baby”.

Why else might a heavily pregnant woman attempt this sort of an expensive, unpredictable, and dangerous international sojourn that would place her unborn child at such tremendous risk?

Oops … silly me, I forgot. [smacks forehead] This isn’t about her baby, the infant is merely a dispensable stage prop—just like a professional beggar’s self-inflicted sore—to be flaunted as part of the routine moral coercion being inflicted upon European virtue signalers, and not any sort of truly beloved child.

Otherwise, why risk the infant’s life so utterly when it would be far safer and so much better off in its idyllic, Takes A Village™, utopia? (Try not to laugh too loudly, please.)

  6. Finnish Politician Calls Citizenship Awarded to Iraqis, Somalis ‘Controversial’ (sputniknews, Jun 15, 2018)
    https://sputniknews.com/europe/201806151065430925-finland-citizenship-controversy/

“Today, Finnish passports are issued to foreigners six times more often than in the 90s, and almost all new holders are dual citizens. This is more than in any given year since Finland’s independence, a development the leader of the right-wing Finns Party finds worrisome.

Over the past two decades, the number of new citizens has been rising exponentially. While only 2,000 people a year gained Finnish citizenship in the 1990s, in 2017, the figure exceeded 12,000, a record high.

The right-wing Finns Party is worried over the development. Party chairman Jussi Halla-aho said that Finnish citizenship should “show recognition of one’s successful integration” and one’s commitment to Finland and “Finnishness.”

“It cannot be a gift you get easily, it’s no way of coaxing immigrants to integrate,” Jussi Halla-aho said, as quoted by the newspaper Hufvudstadsbladet.

Halla-aho also argued that the rapid distribution of Finnish citizenship to foreigners makes it difficult to monitor how integration is progressing. This, he ventured, was a way of concealing failed integration and mistakes in the nation’s migration policy.

“Somalis and Iraqis belong to the most disadvantaged in Finland, if one looks at the employment figures. The fact that they are among those who get Finnish citizenship the most is a big controversy,” Halla-aho said, demanding stricter immigration rules and nationality policies.

Lastly, Halla-aho also stressed that several people of foreign descent were internationally suspected of terrorist offences, thus undermining the credibility of the Finnish passport and Finns as low-risk entrants.

A record 12,219 non-Finnish applicants were granted passports in 2017, according to Statistics Finland. This marks an increase of 30 percent over the previous record year, 2016.

The majority of the new Finnish citizens are aged 30-32 years, and women outnumber men. Russians account for the largest number of new Finnish passport holders, followed by Somalis, Iraqis and Estonians.

Almost all of the applicants for Finnish citizenship also strive to retain their previous nationality. Last year, 98 percent of new passport recipients held dual citizenship. In 2017, there were a total of 117,024 dual passport holders living in Finland, 11 percent more than the year before.

According to Statistics Finland, 365,000 people living in Finland, a nation of 5.5 million, had a foreign background in 2016…”

  7. POLL: Immigration and Terror Top Issues for EU, Say Public in Every Member State (breitbart, Jun 15, 2018)
    http://www.breitbart.com/london/2018/06/15/poll-immigration-terror-top-issues-eu-say-people-every-member-state/

“Immigration is now seen as the most important issue facing the European Union (EU) by people in every member state apart from seven countries, where the top concern is terrorism, an official survey has found.

The revelation comes from the Eurobarometer, a series of public opinion surveys conducted for the European Commission, the bloc’s executive branch, and corroborates the results of a YouGov survey from May.

As recently as 2014, immigration and terror were perceived as less of a concern for the bloc than the economic situation, member states’ public finances, and unemployment.

When people were asked this year what “are the two most import issues facing the EU at the moment,” 38 percent said immigration was the most important issue in 21 member states.

This is up from 14 in autumn 2017 and included Estonia (62 percent), the Czech Republic (58 percent), and Hungary (56 percent).

Furthermore, immigration was named as the second most important concern in all the remaining member states except for Portugal.

The second most named issue was terrorism, with 29 percent mentioning it, putting it in the first position in seven countries.

This was down from 13 in autumn 2017, and the nations included Lithuania (49 percent), Cyprus (44 percent), and the Republic of Ireland (40 percent).

However, terror was also very widely cited in the second position in the Czech Republic (47 percent), Bulgaria and Poland (both 42 percent), and Latvia (41 percent). Overall, it emerged as the second most important issue in 15 member states.

The economic situation came in the third position overall and was mentioned commonly in Greece (30 percent), Cyprus (26 percent), and Spain (25 percent).

At a national level, the two most important issues for people’s home countries were seen as unemployment and health and social security, with immigration falling to the third most cited issue.

In May, a YouGov poll found the top two issues facing the EU according to people in Britain, Denmark, France, Germany, Greece, Sweden, Finland, Poland, and Lithuania was immigration and terrorism.

The only nation where another issue occupied one of the top two spots was Italy, where they were they were immigration and unemployment.”

They included Britain’s first all-women terror cell who plotted attacks in Westminster and the British Museum.

The surge in arrests was largely down to police operations.

Since 2001, 4,182 suspects have been held.

On average, one terrorist plot has been thwarted every month over the past year.

Andrew Parker warned of an “intense, unrelenting and multidimensional international terrorist threat” last month…”

      • The Smarter Bomb. Women and Children as Suicide Bombers

NR: This has, to an extent, been going on for quite a while. Back during the final “liberation” [vomit] of Iraq, there was a successful car bombing that relied upon two infants in car seats within the vehicle to lull sentries into a false sense of security.

As I have always said, a culture is utterly doomed once it begins to devour its children. Just ask Iranians about all of those ten-year-old boys (with plastic keys to “paradise” in hand) who were herded between the front lines, and into no man’s land as human minesweepers. Even hardened Iraqi vets openly wept to see the flower of Iranian youth being churned into blood-soaked tilth.

Complete and utter morons they can only be. These jihadist loons are neutralizing one of the most powerful weapons that they will ever have. At present, Western and Israeli troops show great reluctance to open fire upon women and youth, especially young children. It’s bred in at a genetic level.

Enough women and child vest bomb attacks and the West will break down that hesitation, if only as a matter of sheer survival. Then the learning process begins as we are taught to simply shoot through all human screens. Mowing down approaching, unidentified women and children who refuse to halt at a distance will be optional.

Thank goodness that Westerners have exceptionally good chances of relearning that old care and concern for women and children. With the above article—plus that of the Muslim father shaking his own baby to death because of Ramavan irritability—there is no strong indication that Islam ever even learned to prioritize for women and children in the first place. In fact, its thrice-burnished hidebound patriarchalism only points away from even the slightest hope that the surrounding Islamic countries will raise the slightest peep of protest about this gruesome terrorist filth.

The Second Coming — William Butler Yeats

How this immortal poet anticipated a possible template for Western Civilization’s collapse, nearly a CENTURY aforehand continues to boggle any sane mind.

To couch that dire prediction in such splendidly descriptive rhyme and meter only confirms Yeats’ genius, and makes the distinct possibility of its permanent loss (in Islam’s blood-soaked hands) all the more tragic, even before the fact.

        • It’s perfect.
Tards will simply appropriate it, like scraps of the Hebrew Bible and much of Hindu civilization.

    • “But local police have insisted the murder – described by a judge as a ‘revenge attack’ – was not ‘gang-related’ or that there is a difficulty with gangs of youngsters rampaging with weapons in Medway towns.”

I sincerely hope that the “judge” in question keeps stammering and bleating his same irksome denials right up and until he gets custom fitted for a snug hemp necktie. Out of sheer humanity and respect for fashion consciousnesses, I’m willing to give him an equally well-fitted hemp bow-tie.

As almost everyone with two lonely neurons that can be rubbed together knows, this sort of judicial “activism” is laying waste to Western Civilization (especially regarding once relatively-fixed American Constitutional law) and it should be penalized accordingly—if not by a factor of 10X.

CODA: If we don’t ensure the proper and complete punishment of these civilizational traitors, WHO WILL? To my own immense satisfaction, the topic of Communist and post-EU criminal trials now appear at Vlad Tepes Blog with increasing regularity. This is beyond gratifying. Our world deserves to see its premier tormentors twisting gently in the breeze (for a month or three).

With that in mind—especially given the MSM’s premeditated malice, along with its shameless self-congratulatory and monopolistic influence upon modern “interpretations” of truthiness and “reality”—subsequent generations will be more than fortunate if they have even a slight chance to learn about, and concomitantly respond to, this flagrant, naked assault upon Classical Enlightenment Values.

I can almost hear the mobs of enraged peasants who’re awaiting the tumbrels—with pitchforks and torches in hand—crowding whichever street’s sidewalks and chanting, “Here comes the judge, here comes the judge.”

      Be still my beating heart…

      • I delete most of my own such responses.
I’m afraid of the Canadian Stasi. What’s the risk to Eeyore? Vlad Tepes?

        • I know what you mean, that is why I don’t mention it much and then try to limit it to comments about Madame LaFarge from Tale of Two Cities. They haven’t moved on Vlad yet but that doesn’t mean they don’t watch what is said. Talk about revolutionary courts and the normal punishment handed out by them too often and things may change.

He is also charged with two counts of sending a number of letters promoting a ‘Punish A Muslim Day’, encouraging the commission of one or more of a number of offences.

Parnham further faces five counts of sending a substance with the intention of inducing in a person a belief that it is likely to contain a noxious substance, five counts of sending a number of letters conveying a threat and one count of making a bomb hoax.

The man, from Lincoln, is due to appear at Westminster Magistrates’ Court on Friday.

Parnham was arrested on Tuesday by counter-terrorism police as part of an intelligence operation. He remains in custody ahead of his court hearing…”

  11. ISIS releases chilling new propaganda video showing drones bombing World Cup football stadiums as the terror group vows to attack Russia (dailymail, Jun 15, 2018)
    http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-5842863/ISIS-threatens-bomb-World-Cup-using-drones-chilling-threat.html

“ISIS has threatened to bring death and destruction to the World Cup using drone bombs.

The terror group’s latest propaganda video shows drones blowing up football stadiums in Russia.

The animated video is accompanied by a voice which chants: ‘We’re watching you. We have drones, we’re scouting out locations and we’ll attack.’

The propaganda, which Daily Mail Australia has chosen not to publish in full, has been circulating on various social media channels including terrorists’ private chats.

ISIS expert Raphael Gluck, of monitoring group Jihadoscope, said the propaganda was a ‘fantasy’ but the threat should be taken seriously nonetheless.

He told Daily Mail Australia: ‘Obviously this is wishful thinking and make believe but governments are saying it’s only a matter of time until drones are used in some shape or form to carry out terror attacks in the West.’

This is not the first time ISIS fighters have threatened to use drones to attack civilians – and they have already used the technique to attack Iraqi and Syrian forces…”

    • Israel Unveils Kamikaze Drone Designed to Hit Complex Targets

Israel Aerospace Industries recently demonstrated its newest lethal assault drone, “Rotem,” designed to carry out “suicide missions” to destroy enemy targets.

The drone has a range of up to 10 km. (6.2 miles) and can hover for 30 to 45 minutes before diving down at a speed of 50 knots.

It carries a 1-kg. warhead, has a 1-meter strike precision, and can be deployed within one minute by a single soldier, making it ideal against enemy targets in urban and complex environments.

      http://www.israelhayom.com/2018/06/14/iai-presents-kamikaze-drone-designed-to-hit-urban-targets/

      • “The drone has a range of up to 10 km. (6.2 miles) and can hover for 30 to 45 minutes before diving down at a speed of 50 knots.”

Cool beans! A kilogram of HE (High Explosive) warhead arriving from, literally, out-of-the-blue at freeway speeds? What’s not to like? Especially when these much smaller payloads can be packed with fragmentation devices, cluster bombs, and other truly demoralizing munition types. Too bad that this delivery system wasn’t available for the ever-endearing Sheikh Yassin.

That, in just one minute, a single soldier can set up, deploy, and precisely deliver—with “1-meter strike precision“—a highly lethal Singeing Telegram™ (you saw it here first!) with such ease represents just another layer of the moral onion skin being peeled back.

As ever, Islam bears every last iota of blame. Throughout its entire existence, this genocidal ideology has been utterly reliant upon moral ambiguity as a key component of Islamic Obscurantism™.

Please rest assured that Muslims will bleat in apoplectic rage and hysterical astonishment when Westerners start taking pages out of Islam’s own playbook. This, despite how (with collective, tacit approval) their own vanguard of jihadist killers are the prime movers with respect to ensuring that Western nations, and their militaries, become evermore brutal. Sickest of all is that few, if any in the West (regardless of political stripe) will ever admit this.

    • ISIS releases chilling new propaganda video showing drones bombing World Cup football stadiums as the terror group vows to attack Russia

      Fecking priceless!

Evidently, ISIS didn’t get the memo about how riling up an ex-KGB spook like Vladimir might not be the most brilliant scragedy. After all, just the name “Vlad” should give the screaming meemies to anyone intending serious harm against non-Muslims (H/T: Eeyore).

Frustratingly, it seems that Putin has only managed to partially digest the same bolus that currently clogs Moscow’s gut. As in: “Playing patty cake with Islamic jihadists is the A-Number-One, top-rated, Lloyd’s of London-Underwritten, 100% guaranteed way of getting your @ss burned to a cinder” in short order. See Britain, Russia, and NATO in Afghanistan…

Cruel as this may sound (and it most definitely does), I almost hope that ISIS succeeds in Moscow. It would be “turnabout is fair play” on an International Grand Master level of vindictiveness and vitriol that, quite frankly, I would rather not (but will forcibly) stomach. Then again, there are so many ways that the USSR brutalized our free world, Israel in particular, to where just the notion of Russia having to scrape its own sh!t off of its own shoes (Virginia!) makes my pulse rate rise … yes, that’s it!. Just the pulse rate rises and not any other of those niggling appendages.

Should such a totally un-wished-for calamity happen, at least there will be a few remaining hours over which Russian and EU NATO forces will be able to lovingly share minutiae like one-time key pads, cypher algorithms, and their latest maritime map revisions.

At any rate, depending upon Russia’s potential response, Putin may well find himself painted into a corner that irrevocably defines Russia’s so-called anti-terrorist “Doctrine” right and proper. After so much sh!t-stirring that the USSR (i.e., Russia) has done over the last sixty years, they have been begging on bended knee for a well-deserved, ear-ringing, pimpslap of drunken Mike Tyson proportions.

The Soviet Union’s facilitation and training of just the “Palestinian” jihadist contingent, constitutes a certifiable Crime Against Humanity™. How Moscow has managed to ignore the horrid return-gesture given them at Beslan will be the fodder for future generations of (post-Islamic) PhD historians.

While I wish ZERO harm upon anybody who attends these World Cup events in Russia. Yet, anyone that does go and (intentionally or not) remains unaware of the tremendous risks involved is a flapping maroon.

Finally, contrary to most external perceptions, Russia remains in desperate need of foreign hard currency inflow and would be financially maimed by any sort of anti-tourist mega-meltdown like the 9–11 Atrocity—much less even just another small scale Nord-Ost-style theater attack—during the World Cup events.

Too often I have squawked about Russia’s “reversible” political overcoat. The Kremlin will forever turn outwards whichever protective coloration it deems most utile, if only because it buys them more time to hollow out the West. With that done, Russia will then turn outward its camouflage of unending disinformation and whatever else is needed and continue its well-established program of subverting or simply crippling its First World opponents, even as it spreads its own Second World culture.

Either the Kremlin assumes the position a consistent stance about Islamic terrorism (as if!), or that entire nation must face the fact that its own diplomatic word will be of ZERO value. [waves at Communist China]

The West has seen this over and over again with regard to faithless trade partners and pretentious military alliances (Pakistan, anyone?).

      Basta ya!

      • I have loved ones who have loved ones in Russia and throughout the former USSR. That’s skin-by-proxy in the game.

And think of all the Russian-Israelis, beavering through the Soviet archives, all the data about the gulags that would otherwise be destroyed. They’re stealing as fast as they can, but they need more time…

  12. Non-Muslim police officers take part in 18-hour Ramadan fast to ‘gain a better understanding’ of the local community (dailymail, Jun 15, 2018)
    http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-5845449/Non-Muslim-police-officers-18-hour-Ramadan-fast.html

“Non-Muslim police officers have taken part in an 18-hour fast for Ramadan to help boost relations with the Islamic community.

Northamptonshire Police said the move was to ‘show unity’ and ‘gain a better understanding’ of the local community during the Muslim holy month.

PSCO’s were this week pictured at the Headlands Mosque in Northampton, joining in with the evening iftar meal having fasted from sunrise to sunset.

Northamptonshire Police said the move was an attempt to get ‘deeper into community roots’ while the mosque also welcomed the officers’ participation.

Trustee of the Mosque, Mr Ayub Abdulla, said: ‘It was heartening to see people from the police taking part in the fast and joining us with their families for the evening meal.

‘The local officers, in particular our two local PCSO are extremely helpful and take an active interest in helping us and facilitating greater understanding between us.’

Positive Action Officer, Kamilla Poole, said: ‘Fasting for the day with no food and water was quite an experience and I realised that it requires a significant level of dedication and self control to do it.

‘As part of my role, I want to get deeper into the community roots to help increase participation and recruitment from all parts of the community.’

Chair of the Northamptonshire Association of Muslim Police, Sophia Perveen, said: ‘When organising this event, I didn’t expect officers or staff to fast, as it can be quite a shock to the system, however it was really encouraging to see them give it a go.

‘This helped to send a powerful message to the local community that officers are willing to try different approaches to gain a better understanding of different communities, their needs and how it impacts their lives.’

    • “Northamptonshire Police said the move was an attempt to get ‘deeper into community roots’ while the mosque also welcomed the officers’ participation.”

What if it was merely a strategy to keep that many more police officers unshod and off of the streets? Idiots!

  13. Any sufficiently advanced technology is indistinguishable from magic. Arthur C. Clarke

Lucifer Rising – Arthur C. Clark; 2010 – Counterfeit Light of the World
“A generation would soon be born that had never known a world without Lucifer.” Best selling author and world renowned scientist, Arthur C. Clarke, penned these words in his science fiction masterpiece, 2010: Odyssey Two–a book/movie sequel to his ground breaking 1968 work, 2001: A Space Odyssey. Unknown to those who only watched 2010, there was a major difference between the motion picture and the novel. Eerily, the book contained a section titled “Lucifer Rising.”

In Clarke’s Lucifer Rising story line, the hydrogen atmosphere on the planet Jupiter is ignited. The ensuing new “little” sun is dubbed “Lucifer” and illuminates the earth with its light. The result: darkness no longer existed. Fear, suspicion, and crimes of the night disappear. Mankind has become illuminated through the light of Lucifer.

To occultists and New Agers, the symbology of Arthur C. Clarke’s writing was unmistakable. Lucifer, the “light bearer” shines his knowledge (occult “truth”) upon all humanity, chasing away fear and ignorance, and providing mankind with the opportunity to discover his own intellect.

  15. Turkish Ex-General: Ankara-Moscow S-400 Deal a ‘Response to US’ Threats’ (sputniknes, Jun 15, 2018)
    https://sputniknews.com/analysis/201806151065435294-s400-turkey-russia-war-iran/

“In addition to Turkey’s deal with Russia on the purchase of S-400 air defense systems, Ankara has revealed hopes for the joint production of the next generation S-500 missile defenses. Sputnik has spoken with retired Turkish Air Force lieutenant-general Erdo?an Karaku? on the issue.

Former Turkish air force base commander Lieutenant General (ret.) Erdo?an Karaku? told Sputnik that Russo-Turkish arms cooperation is expanding in leaps and bounds and will impact the balance of power in the region, which is currently embroiled in several conflicts. He added that it could possibly prevent further escalation such as a Israeli-US strike on Iran.

“Amid this uncertainty about the shipment of US-made F-35 jets to Turkey, Ankara is looking into alternative variants for military cooperation. The main one is strengthening our relations with Russia in the military technical sphere. At the same time, Turkey is working on developing its own jet, but we face the UK’s opposition over this question,” the retired officer told Sputnik.

According to Karaku?, Russian-Turkish cooperation is in the interests of both countries. He pointed out that negotiations about the S-400 shipment create the right environment for the further joint production of S-500 missile systems. He cited the Turkish President’s latest statements as an example of readiness for such a level of cooperation.

Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan has recently revealed that Ankara is looking forward to the joint production of a new generation S-500 air and missile defense system with Russia.

“I have contacted President Putin with a proposal about the joint production of the S-500,” Erdogan said in an interview with 24 TV, without giving the Russian president’s response to the idea.

Additionally, Anadolu news agency quoted the Turkish president as saying that Moscow had given Ankara a loan to buy the S-400 missile systems on “very acceptable terms.”

Speaking about the strategic co-working between Turkey and Russia with regard to regional policy, the General stressed that both Russia and Turkey want to ward off the hegemony of the Western countries in the Middle East, so “Turkish-Russian alliance is a response to the threats from the US.”

“It’s known that the US together with Israel is working on a plan of joint strike on Iran. Russia and Turkey are naturally against it. I assume that cooperation with Russia, including military relations, can avert the attack on Iran,” Karaku? told Sputnik.

The agreement about delivering the Russian S-400 to Turkey, signed in December 2017, triggered tensions between Ankara and Washington, which threatening to impose sanctions against Turkey, as the United States believes that the weapon is incompatible with the NATO defenses, and banned the shipment of F-35 jets slated for Turkey.

Despite the threats, speculations over deeper cooperation have risen, as Turkey’s has reportedly shown an interest in buying Russian jets of the fifth generation. An analyst from the British consulting firm IHS Janes Andrew Heller has suggested that the Russian state-owned arms tycoon Almaz-Antey will be the only foreign player in the Turkish military market within the next ten years, if the S-400 agreement is taken into account.”

  17. The surprise place where hijab can spell trouble (BBC, Jun 15, 2018)
    https://www.bbc.com/news/world-middle-east-44411333

“”It is easier to be wearing hijab in London than Cairo.” This is how 47-year-old Dalia Anan describes her experience as a woman wearing the Islamic headscarf – also known as hijab – in London compared to her hometown in Egypt.

Dalia, an engineer who works in the IT industry, moved to the UK two years ago to be with her children, who are studying in London.

“I feel judged in Egypt more than I do here,” she says.

But this was not always the case.

Egypt, whose population is predominantly Muslim, used to be a welcoming space for women who chose to wear hijab.

But for the past few years this has been changing, especially for women from the upper class.

“After a certain time in the evening, you are not allowed into some restaurants or what are regarded as ‘cool’ places, especially in the north coast,” Dalia says.

    ‘Low class’

The north coast resorts along the Mediterranean Sea are Cairenes’ number one destination during summer holidays and will be their go-to place during the Eid festival which marks the end of Ramadan.

Dalia says she was denied entry into two high-end restaurants in one of the north coast’s top resorts last summer because of her hijab.

For Cairo’s upper class hijab-wearing women this is all too familiar…”

        [rimshot]

Bottom line: Go around in the preferred garb of women bomb vest terrorists, and you’d better expect at least a soupçon of pushback.

This is where the now shopworn and tiresome equation of, “Not all Muslims are terrorists, but almost all terrorists are Muslim”, begins to collapse rather shabbily. People finally are beginning to twig on the fact that normalizing this “body bag” apparel for public consumption is an invitation to disaster.

The more Muslimas who are attired in this manner, the easier it will be for (similarly gowned – gender of occupant irrelevant) terrorist fish to swim around in that ocean of unspoken—yet openly demonstrated—support. Again, at this point, the old, “Not all Muslims are terrorists”, disinformation meme really wears thin and begins to fray a bit at the edges.

There comes a time when even just tacit cooperation must be regarded as covert (if not overt) advocacy for the jihadist killers. Waddling around in the same sort of camouflage that murdering jihadists employ (in the process of killing innocent people) should only be interpreted as clear and present support for those who use that same tactic.

Put another way—Try flying into some Central American country dressed in full military digital camo, wearing shiny combat boots, a webbing belt and all its dangling bits, along with an olive green duffel bag over your shoulder, then see just how long it takes for the local constabulary to demonstrate a potentially uncomfortable interest in your arrival.

How is it that everybody is magically supposed to disregard the inherent threat level of someone who obviously adheres to this world’s most genocidal ideology and dresses in a manner which only facilitates the actions of Islamic terrorists?

The irony of this realization nucleating within the nation that’s home to Al-Azhar “University” (i.e., Sunni Terror Central–Global HQ) makes it all more delicious than a four-course, paired wine dinner at Chez Panisse.

It only goes to show that certain segments of Islam’s upper class (in Egypt, at least) is tiring of this incessant fundamentalist bullying and disruption of daily life. I’d like to include the recent anti-terrorist moves by MbS and his Magic Kingdom™, but that superannuated Kabuki exhibition is so crowded with window dressing to where you can barely see past all of the crepe-paper hearts and flowers.

That entire Wahhabi mare’s nest cannot be given any serious stamp of approval until much more Saudi wealth is directed over towards killing their own Sunni terrorists. Until then, KSA is benched on the sidelines.

  18. Turkish President Erdogan Threatens ‘Operation’ Against US Rating Agency (sputniknews, Jun 15, 2018)
    https://sputniknews.com/business/201806151065434730-turkey-erdogan-us-warning/

“Ankara is seemingly on a collision course with a leading American rating agency as the country faces the prospect of yet another downgrade in the space of a few months.

Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan warned that he would launch an “operation” against the Moody’s rating agency after the company’s analysts decided to place Turkey’s economy under review for a downgrade, The Financial Times reported on Thursday.

“God willing, we will conduct an operation against Moody’s after June 24. Moody’s is making unnecessary statements despite the fact that we are not a member of it. What a shame,” President Erdogan said earlier this week.

He issued the warning over ten days after the US-based ratings agency indicated it might downgrade Turkey over ambiguity of the state’s economic policies and claimed that “political interference” is adversely affecting the Turkish economy.

Prior to this, in the first quarter of 2018, Moody’s reduced Ankara’s credit rating, which investors and potential creditors use to gauge the stability and security of a country’s economy and government-issued securities, such as bonds.

The country is facing the growing prospect of an economic crisis, with government-issued debt being downgraded and the national currency falling to a record low against the US Dollar (USD) in recent days.

Outside the economic sphere, Ankara has often clashed with the US over differing foreign policy stances, especially in the Middle East…”

  19. The creepy AI that can predict the future: Machine that anticipates your movements several minutes in advance could pave the way for next-level Big Brother surveillance

An intelligent machine capable of anticipating your next move minutes in advance sounds like the stuff of nightmares – but is now a reality.

Researchers have taught an AI to recognise patterns in people’s actions, allowing it to accurately predict the next move in a sequence minutes in advance.

The software, which was built by a team at the University of Bonn in Germany, was taught to anticipate actions by watching hours of cooking videos.

Dr Jürgen Gall believes the intelligent software will eventually be able to prophesize your actions ‘hours before they happen’.

If the team manages to fine-tune the algorithm to be able to anticipate actions that far in advance, it’s possible to imagine a slew of real-world application, from home automation gadgets, to Big Brother-esque surveillance.

  20. Loot Venezuela’s Reeling Oil Giant

EL TIGRE, Venezuela — Thousands of workers are fleeing Venezuela’s state-owned oil company, abandoning once-coveted jobs made worthless by the worst inflation in the world. And now the hemorrhaging is threatening the nation’s chances of overcoming its long economic collapse, union leaders, oil executives and workers say.

Desperate oil workers and criminals are also stripping the oil company of vital equipment, vehicles, pumps and copper wiring, carrying off whatever they can to make money. The double drain — of people and hardware — is further crippling a company that has been teetering for years yet remains the country’s most important source of income.

Are you paying attention, America? Just look up “Ruin Pron” for Detroit. The magnificent grand ballrooms, auto factories, and theater halls, all left in unrecoverable ruins by vandals and scrappers.

You can only leave a factory abandoned for so long. In the US, it’s more of a case that the jobs were off-shored and some developer wants to tear down the vast structure and populate it with condominiums. In the long run, it is a distinction without a difference. Once the factory is gone, it’s usually gone for good.

How Venezuela is going to recover from this self-cannibalism will be very instructive for the EU and the USA. All had best take heed to see whether Venezuela ever climbs back up and out of poverty’s gravity well. How and when that happens will be of key interest because it’ll probably be on the watch of a Cromwell-type that has no fear of breaking eggs for his omelet.

I see DE-Nationalization of their petroleum industry in order to attract DFI (Direct Foreign Investment) and get the ball rolling again. If this happens and the Venezuelan government attempts to barge in and expropriate the repaired facility, they should be met with violent opposition (i.e., gunfire) by Blackwater mercenaries.

Now Alegria is one of the thousands of Nicaraguans desperately seeking to process migration documents and flee to neighboring Central American countries, as two months of anti-government dissent has triggered increasingly violent state repression.

  24. Trump to slap a 25% tariffs on up to $50 billion of Chinese goods; China says it will retaliate

The Trump administration will impose a 25 percent tariff on up to $50 billion in Chinese goods, a decision that brought swift condemnation from Beijing as trade conflicts between the world’s two largest economies escalate.

In a statement Friday, President Donald Trump said the measures will affect Chinese goods “that contain industrially significant technologies.” The action comes “in light of China’s theft of intellectual property and technology and its other unfair trade practices,” he added.

Trump noted that the White House could impose additional tariffs if China retaliates with duties of its own on American crops or other products. Shortly after Trump’s announcement, China’s Commerce Ministry said it would impose tariffs immediately and at the same scale as the U.S. did. Beijing added that all previously agreed to trade negotiations are no longer valid.

  25. FBI Prioritized Russia Probe Ahead of Clinton Probe, According to Inspector General Report

The Department of Justice inspector general released a scathing report showing insubordination and anti-Trump bias within the Obama-era FBI.

The report called former Director James Comey insubordinate, and said FBI agent Peter Strzok prioritized the Russia investigation ahead of the Clinton email investigation.

Part of the the Department of Justice Inspector General’s report after its release in Washington, Thursday, June 14, 2018. The report documented in painstaking detail one of the most consequential investigations in modern FBI history and revealed how the bureau, which for decades has endeavored to stand apart from politics, came to be entangled in the 2016 presidential election.(AP Photo/Jon Elswick)

A text message from Strzok to Lisa Page was also in the report, which suggested the pair would stop Trump from becoming president.

It was revealed the FBI showed preferential treatment to Clinton’s team, obtaining information through consent rather than subpoenas. On top of that, some electronic devices were not investigated in what appears to be an attempt to complete the probe before the election.

The government watchdog report also confirmed the FBI already cleared Clinton before interviewing her.

The president has been briefed on the report.

This comes after Attorney General Jeff Sessions suggested the results could prompt more firings in comments made Wednesday.

  26. The DOJ IG report makes it pretty clear what the FBI’s ‘priorities’ were in 2016
    By J.E. Dyer June 15, 2018

There will be a whole lot more to say about the Justice Department Inspector General’s (IG’s) 500-page report on how the FBI handled the Hillary Clinton emails investigation. Tonight I will focus on just one point.

The point crystallizes in a passage that starts on page 328 of the report. Immediately preceding this passage, the IG discusses reasons offered by FBI headquarters personnel for the delay in processing the Anthony Weiner laptop for evidence related to the Clinton emails “matter.”

FBI officials had been aware of the laptop’s potential significance since around 28 September 2016, at the latest, but it took until the end of October for the Bureau to decide to reopen the Clinton matter because of the laptop. Announcing that they were reopening the case, only days before the November election, couldn’t help looking political, and having potential political consequences.

One of the chief reasons offered by FBI officials for this timeline was that the Russia-Trump investigation took priority. If you’re looking for reasons to excuse the FBI for its behavior, that might sound superficially plausible.

But the IG report doesn’t just leave it there. In the passage starting on page 328, it goes on to make – in mild, precise language – a very telling point. The FBI is a big organization, and there were plenty of options for processing both cases with adequate attention and manpower for each one. Yet the FBI didn’t do that.

    https://libertyunyielding.com/2018/06/15/the-doj-ig-report-makes-it-pretty-clear-what-the-fbis-priorities-were-in-2016/

    • Be sure and read the full article it spells out the key points as seen by a professional data analyst. The implications in most of the conclusions say that things are as bad as I thought and in some cases worst.

I still say the coverup that is shown by the report and the way the people investigated were allowed to redact the report shows that the DOJ and the FBI are currently incapable of of investigating themselves. We are at the beginning of this investigation (which needs independent investigators) that has the potential of bringing down a lot of very important people in the US Government.

  28. IG report reveals texts by FBI agents calling Trump supporters ‘retarded,’ ‘uneducated, lazy POS’
By Joe Newby June 15, 2018

The inspector general’s report released yesterday dotted some the i‘s and crossed some the of t‘s in texts by FBI agents that had previously been redacted. One especially revealing text was written by the now-infamous Peter Strzok in response to an almost prayerful question by his lover and FBI attorney Lisa Page, which read “[Trump’s] not ever going to become president, right? Right?!” Strzok’s answer: “No. No he won’t. We’ll stop it.” It’s unclear who we refers to, but Strzok’s political bias rings out loud and clear.

Texts by other agents are included in the report as well. Many of them express a similarly low opinion of then-presidential candidate Donald Trump, but others share equally low opinions of Americans who might pull the lever for Trump. According to Fox News:

California University Wants Your 4-Year-Olds To Touch Each Other And Watch Porn
    9:16 PM 06/13/2018
    Gabrielle Okun | Reporter

The University of California, Santa Barbara wants to teach four-year-olds to touch each other and watch porn, according to Fox News Wednesday.

UCSB’s sociology department created material for parents to encourage their children to explore sexuality on the university’s online platform called SexInfo Online, Fox News reported. The website was created by students from the university who have studied human sexuality. The website includes several sections devoted to sexual education with a specific section devoted to adolescents called “Childhood Sexuality.” (RELATED: Parent Kicked Out Of Sex Ed Class Because Planned Parenthood Doesn’t Want Them To Know What They’re Teaching)

The section discusses childhood masturbation, sexual play, and sexual attraction between children. The photo on the section includes two young children touching and kissing each other on the lips. The site also tells parents not to discourage their children from masturbating. (RELATED: San Diego Parents Pulling Their Kids From School Over Inappropriate Sex-Ed Curriculum)

“It is not unusual to see children try to pleasure themselves through physical exploration and masturbation or look at the bodies of other children (especially those of the other sex) because of this natural curiosity. This infatuation, discovery of pleasurable feelings, and desire for knowledge is completely normal,” according to the website. 32. Federal Judge Jails Paul Manafort: No Bail Before Trial

A federal judge has jailed ex-Trump campaign chair Paul Manafort ahead of his October trial, citing recently filed obstruction charges.

Andrew Weissman, special counsel Robert Mueller’s leading prosecutor, filed an 18-page motion early this month the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia, asking Judge Amy Berman to determine if Manafort violated the terms of his bail by possibly influencing witnesses testimony.

“Mr. Manafort is innocent and nothing about this latest allegation changes our defense,” Manafort spokesman Jason Maloni told Breitbart News in a statement June 5. “We will do our talking in court.”

  37. FBI IG Report: A Slap On The Wrist
Highly anticipated report lets Hillary’s protectors off easy.
    June 15, 2018
    Joseph Klein

Department of Justice Inspector General Michael E. Horowitz has released his 500 plus-page report, which purports to shine a light on the mishandling at top levels of the Department of Justice and Federal Bureau of Investigation of the 2016 investigation into Hillary Clinton’s use of a private e-mail server while she served as Secretary of State under former President Obama. Such mishandling included violations of Department of Justice standards and FBI protocols. The report from the Department of Justice’s Office of the Inspector General (“OIG”) criticized certain actions and decisions of former FBI Director James Comey, together with those of other senior FBI officials who were involved in the probe, including former Deputy FBI Director Andrew McCabe. Mr. McCabe is already the subject of an earlier criminal referral from the OIG for his alleged unauthorized leaks to the media and lying to federal investigators about his media contacts. Special FBI agent Peter Stzrok and Lisa Page, an attorney who has since left the FBI, were targeted in this report for their blatantly anti-Trump text messages. Former Attorney General Loretta Lynch was also criticized for exercising bad judgment in connection with her infamous tarmac meeting with Bill Clinton.

Mr. Horowitz’s report focused on process and procedures. The inspector general made clear when he launched his investigation in January 2017 that “his review will not substitute the OIG’s judgment for the judgments made by the FBI or the Department regarding the substantive merits of investigative or prosecutive decisions.” Moreover, this report did not address whether the Department of Justice or FBI abused the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act to obtain a surveillance order against former Trump campaign advisor Carter Page, or the government’s reliance on former British intelligence agent Christopher Steele’s salacious and unverified “dossier” in its FISA court application, which the OIG is investigating separately.
